I cant say enough about our experience at this location. My 3 pups have had the best haircuts and most thorough grooming, and they are treated with compassion and kindness. I love how prompt service is, and love that the dogs can be picked up right away so that they are not there longer than they need to be. Our 3 dogs are completely different breeds and cuts, and each of them looks absolutely adorable!

I used to have to take my dog to the vet to get her nails trimmed. They would have to have 2 people so that one could hold her down and the other could trim her nails. We did this for 14 years since she was a puppy. I was very nervous about finding someone new since we moved away from her vet. I decided to try Petco Grooming. They were wonderful! She was treated with her. The nail trim went smoothly with no agitation from my dog. We've been back numerous times and always it is the same. I am so happy to have found them.

I recently started bringing my dog to petco to get his nails trimmed. I brought Tucker in on 11/19/23, this being the third time we’ve visited. The first two times we went, there weren’t any problems. He is always nervous to get his nails cut with every groomer we go to, but he is always fine and is good with whoever takes care of him. I don’t know how he was treated after the staff took him away for a few minutes, but I was at the cashier about to pay for his nails when the workers come out SCREAMING at me that I needed to get my dog right now because he was showing teeth. I understand the policies you guys have with dogs showing teeth, but I feel like this situation was handled very poorly. I was embarrassed to be yelled at in that way in the middle of your store for something you probably see every day. I just wanted to suggest maybe a calmer approach next time.

Kiki is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to us and to Jasper. We are so glad we found her. No one could cut his nails. Kiki is extra special and we’ll be forever grateful. She has made our lives so much easier. It is no longer a dreaded chore for us!

We have been a costumer of petco for grooming at the warwick location for many years. Over the past year or so every grooming has been getting worse and worse. I had to get my dogs their rabbies shots and when I did I scheduled an appointment for 3 of my dogs to be groomed. The first ones was the other day and he came home with a terrible haircut and very very patchy. Today I went to drop the other 2 off and they refused one of them because she was matted. When I made the appointment about a month ago for her she wasn't matted. I wa stood sorry for the long time for scheduling that they were down a groomer. When they refused the one they told me that she was neglected. Like it's my fault that they had to schedule the appointment almost a month out. They took the other dog in and just as with my other dog the other day came out with a terrible haircut and very very patchy. The neglect comment was the breaking straw. They judge me and let my dogs come out looking they way they do after and expensive wash and cut that they just lost my business. I have 7 dogs that went there and now will not go back. I would recommend that you find a different groomer and not let them take care of your dog!

Gray has been grooming our dog Hazel for over a year. She does a wonderful job and Hazel loves her. All the girls that work in grooming are so nice ,alway have a smile on there faces!

Was calling to see if my kitten could get groomed, and instantly was all set lol, first of all the phone lines dont work for "press 1 for grooming 2 for etc" doesnt work, then someone answered the phone by screaming "HELLO!!?" Like wheres the thank you for calling petco or even ya name, THENNN before i could even finish saying hi shes in my ear again screaming "I CANT HEAR YOU" & I instantly hung up because the customer service is lacking, don't recommend just based off that 4 second phone conversation, seems chaotic over there lol

Almost super hard to navigate the app to request appointments but our groomer at the store is amazing. She is gentle with our boy and he is comfortable letting her work on him. Great people!!

I was extremely impressed with the kindness and courtesy of the staff at this location. I have been going to Petco in North Kingstown for many years, until yesterday. The manager of the store was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had set up a grooming appointment for Dec 20th at noon, when I arrived I was informed my appointment had been cancelled due to short staffing. I informed the store manager I never received notification. She insisted that I was sent numerous text messages and phone calls. This was not true. Instead of truing to help me she dismissed me from the store. I contacted the Warwick location and Leah told me to come right over. She was kind and caring. I will continue to go to the Warwick location going forward. I believe the actions of the manager in your North Kingstown location should be addressed. I actually received a cancellation text at 4:00 pm yesterday as I was picking up my dog at the Warwick location.

Brianna was great. Tucker has a low platelet count and when I initially took him for a grooming, she called me right away when she noticed he had bruising related to this condition. After a few rounds on some steroids he was back to healthy and she helped me identify signs I can look for. I was so embarrassed I didn't notice anything when I took him the first time. Now he looks and feels great.

The stylist Calandra was amazing. She was so sweet to my boy and made me feel very comfortable leaving him in her care. After a not so stellar experience at another grooming establishment, Calandra was a breathe of fresh air. Thanks again for taking care of my Thor!

Terrible experience with staff..... my dog was rejected for his grooming appointment while I was on my way to the location for being a large breed even though I made an appointment online with his full breed information. Staff never thought to contact me prior to appointment date to cancel or reschedule..... only given that information because I called them while driving over!!!! Large breed discrimination at its finest.

Our Dog is a bit hyper so we didnt think the groomers would be able to cut his nails let alone bevel them. He came out in 5 minutes with perfect nails, no sharpness either. Extremely professional groomers.

Took my cat there who turned out to be uncooperative. They were so patient and recommend I ask the vet for something to make it easier for Kiki and said I can come back then Thank you for your patience and will be returning next week

We have been using PETCO grooming in West Warwick for our three yorkshire terriers, each of whom has a different cut and style, from sport to show cut. We are extremely pleased with our groomer Brianna, who has not only a delightful personality but demonstrates exceptional grooming skills. A genuine asset to your organization!

I get my dog vaccinated with Vetco in the very same location. Every time I have a grooming appointment with this specific location they never have anything stating he's been vaccinated and instead of trying to assist me in getting that information they try to reschedule my appointment. I should not have to call or email Vetco every two months because the grooming salon and Vetco dont translate with each other. It's such a LARGE waste of time.
