This is the best doggie daycare in the State. I was referred by a friend at work and I am so glad that we take our Saffi there. The staff is super nice, the place always smells clean, and Saffi comes out at the end of the day gleaming and happy! Even though I live in Cranston, the location is not inconvenient and very easy to get to. Highly recommend!

Captain loves going to Metropet! They have social time and quiet time so dogs aren’t over-stimulated. Our dog comes home happy to see us yet also flips out when he arrives each time running to the door! Our vet recommended Metropet and two different people also raves about the dog care here. We’re so glad we found them!You have a test day then set up a schedule through purchasing packs of days. It’s convenient so you’re not paying each visit that way. You text or set up the next visit when you’re there to make sure you have a spot.They only feed your dog what you send so no worries if your dog has a sensitive stomach.

We board our dog here, and he absolutely loves it. The staff takes exceptionally good care of him, and they provide report cards during the day. He also comes back smelling normal and not like he's been in the kennel for two weeks.

I’m absolutely disappointed in this place! It’s obvious this place is understaffed and money hungry. I took my dog here for a few months and the first couple of times seemed okay. Then my dog started coming back with gashes on his face and neck with ointment on it. I didn’t notice till I got home. I immediately got ahold of staff and they seemed extremely concerned and was sorry. So I gave them another chance about a month later, after my dog’s wounds were healed. I picked him up and THE EXACT SAME THING happened. I was disappointed in myself for trusting that things would be different this time around. He’s now attending "Camp Bow Wow" with live cameras for my viewing and I couldn’t be happier.

The best doggie daycare I've ever been to. All of the staff are friendly and amazing with my dog. He is a rescue that demonstrated aggression towards other dogs and now he is happy to go to "school".

Our three pups always have a great time at Metropet! The staff is always friendly and most importantly our dogs love them. I know I can trust that they are loved and well cared for while we are at work.

Not only is the back room not padded, it’s just concrete and old rusty cages they leave the dogs in from 12:00-2:00. sometimes even longer. They have their elementary/ early middle school kids watching dogs when they don’t have enough employees. (a very frequent occurrence, every week.) The poor dogs that board here stay in the cages way too long. (doggie day care dogs show up and because the dog is “boarding” they stay in the cage for more than 24 hrs.) The outside is just black tar (also no padding, dogs paws would bleed.) They let dogs in that have a history of aggression. (This dog that is KNOWN to bite people bit me and they didn’t care at all and just told me maybe someone should have said something.) They lie to and underpay their staff, when their little kids aren’t watching people’s dogs. The unprofessionalism of this place is just unsafe for the dogs and the employees working here. IF THEY DONT LET YOU SEE THE BACK ROOM DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG. whatever daycare you choose make sure nothing stays behind the scenes.

Metropet is AWESOME! Bullet's (my Bull Terrier) tail swings in crazy circles with happiness when he knows he is going to spend the day with them. Great staff! Great owners! Great place to bring your best friend so they are not spending their day waiting for you to come home.5 STARS!

Best doggie day care!! My girls have been going for years. They love going. They cannot wait to get in the door. I get pictures and video updates throughout the day. The customer services is by far the best. The owner Sue is just amazing. She is so flexable and understanding. I cannot say enough good things about this center. I highly recommend this day care for all their services to anyone.

I would highly recommend Metropet to any family with a K-9 member. We bring both our dogs (Niko & Lady) here who come home exhausted from a full day of activities. Lady, who is our rescue Lab, is very standoffish to new faces especially men. When we dropped her off on Easter, she surprisingly went right to a new male employee. That's how comfortable our dogs are at Metropet. Yes, we dropped both dogs off on a HOLIDAY for a full day visit. I'm not sure how many other RI doggie daycares are open for holidays, but so glad our kids with paw's facility is! 🐶🐶

My 3 year old lab retreiver Bodom loves to go to metropet. He comes home exhausted and so calm. The staff is professional, attentive and a pleasure to work with. If your looking to give your dog a day (or more) of being a dog and playing check Metropet 1st you will not be dissapointed

Metropet is an excellent, safe place to bring your beloved furchild. They are a daycare facility that also does boarding, grooming and nail cutting. It is a safe environment for your pet, with friendly, knowledgeable staff and it is super clean! You know your pet is safe here because they only let dogs in who: 1) Are up to date on vaccines/heartworm/flea and tick medications -you need to bring your vet records for proof, they will need a copy of it 2) All of the staff are trained in animal CPR and a majority of the staff are trainers and can understand body language/behaviors 3) They take the time to get to know each and every dog that goes there by giving an assesment for a "trial" day to assess their personality/friendliness/temperament before they are allowed to mingle with the other dogs. This is hands down, the best facility out out there, I wouldn't trust any other place. They are friendly, animal lovers themselves, clean facility, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, thorough and educated. My dog LOVES it there, can't wait to get inside once we pull into the parking lot, and comes home exhausted from playing his heart out.

My dog and I love this place. He is always excited to to there. I have noticed an improvement in his behavior now that he has somewhere to go to get all his energy out. He even learned a few new commands. Staff is friendly, professional, and really care about the dogs.

Metropet is a wonderful locally owned doggie daycare. The owners are often times on site and all of the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Staff was great, the dogs seem to have a good time and when we pick them up they didn't seem to be ever under any pressure they were happy and healthy just the way we drop them off and clean, overall everything went quite well and we were very happy with the place and the staff. The only reason they didn't get that last star is just my opinion I feel that they're a little pricey. On the other hand they do get to socialize with all the other dogs everyday and not stuck in that pens so I guess it's give a little take a little,

I wouldn’t send my dog Bilou anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly and treats Bilou so well. Bilou didn’t understand how to play with other dogs and the staff took the time to work with him. Bilou now plays so well and loves to go everyday. His tail starts wagging as soon as we pull into the parking lot.

They take great care of my dog, and send a report card and pictures every day. My dog seems so happy and comes home tired, which is awesome when you have a black lab. You should take your dog here!

Awful place. There’s a reason this place is one of the cheapest places in RI. Understaffed, very rude, and they definitely don’t know how to de-escalate dog fights. Not properly trained at all.
