This place is so welcoming and has quite the selection! My dog Baxter loves their pupcakes and the duck chew sticks. Ordered a cake for his birthday and they had many examples of cakes they've done previously to browse through. They really do put your pup first with great prices!

I will NEVER use Jack’s Snacks again. I ordered a cake for my dog’s 2nd birthday. They told me that it’d be $57 and about 8 inches tall. I asked if it’d be possible to make the cake 2 feet tall. My dog is a rescue, and it was his first birthday with us, so I wanted to go all out. The woman checked and said yes but that I would need to pay a 50% deposit ($75). I paid the deposit and went to pick up the cake with my fiancé a few days later. The cake was a 6 inch by 6 inch cube that was 7 inches tall. I was shocked. I told the woman behind the counter that the cake order was incorrect, and she went out back and called her boss. She returned and said the cake would only be $25 more. I explained that I had already paid $75 and showed my receipt, but she said that was the cost and asked if we wanted the cake or not. We bought the cake, because 30 people were coming over in a few hours for the party, but asked if anything could be done to increase its size. The woman said no, a new cake would take too long to bake. I asked to speak with the owner (who the woman had just been talking to). The woman said she was unavailable but would call us when she had the time. That was on Saturday. We never got a call. I called on Tuesday (which is when we were told the owner would be available). The owner again wasn’t there, but I was told she’d call me back that same day. It is now Wednesday evening, and I still haven’t received a call.UPDATE: The owner called on Thursday and refunded our money, so I changed my review from one star to two. I can't raise the rating any higher, because the incorrect order, lack of trying to help us make the cake what we asked for, and slow response in refunding the money was extremely disappointing.

I go here every year for doggy birthday treats. They have a great selection of baked goods for pups as well as accessories. Last year we did cream puffs, this time I got donuts. My dogs love them!

Loved Jack's Snacks and will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends. I walked in and it smelled amazing. They bake their treats in house, they are inexpensive and so friendly. I'm sure my pup will love his birthday cake 😊❤️ Great job Jack's Snacks!Update: Papi LOOOOVED his cake and wanted to eat all of it. Even my brothers pup Chico who never eats peanut butter treats couldn't get enough. We saved some for later because it can be frozen and stored 😁👍Thanks Jack's Snacks!

I had a great experience at Jack snacks the staff are amazing and very helpful. The prices are mid-range too high but the quality is great. I bought my dog Sasha a cake, a custom made birthday hat, some dog biscuits in the shape of the shape of squirrels and two very unique dog collars. My family and Sasha want to say thank you for making her birthday great.

Got a cake in May, sister's dog loved it. We froze the leftovers presliced so we can just break off a section to give her a treat from time to time after thawing. Don't mind that bit of frosting that moved during transit.

Every employee I have interacted with is so sweet. Dogs love the snacks and treats, and their chews are one of the few that don't upset my dogs' tummies which is always a bonus.

This is a fantastic place to get special treats for your dogs. They use human ingredients to make delicious dog treats. I just picked up the birthday cake for one of my pups's birthday is today. The people there are great the products they make are great and it's my go-to place for anything special for my dogs. Please don't forget to hit the like button before leaving.

This is a wonderful little dog bakery. The staff is friendly and they have a good variety of baked goods for your dog. They accept credit cards for payment and have a few other pet related goods for sale. Many of their baked goods are soft which is good for an older dog with trouble chewing. They also do bone shaped dog cakes with custom decorations on top for special celebrations. Just be prepared to split it with other dogs or save some for later because it would probably be too big to eat in one sitting even for a larger dog breed. It is definitely worth dropping by to get a special surprise for your dog.

The cake we bought for our puppy's birthday was devoured in less than 5 minutes. She had some help from her sister (both came from the same litter of 11). It was fun to see them both eat it and then take turns.

Very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and got a full sized cake for my dog's bday and she even offered to write her name on it with a smile on her face. We'll be returning here whenever we need a specialty snack for our pup.

Pups loved the cake. It's very dense so break it up for your dog before giving it to them will make it easier to eat. All the dogs at the party were at first just licking thier slice, but after cutting it up for them they all devoured it. The medium cake is pretty big, fed 4 dogs plus leftovers for each to take home.

Love this place! The all natural selection for treats is awesome and the birthday cakes are the cutest!!! They even have toys, collars, etc and are always happy to see everyone's furbabies. It's about a 30 to 40 minute ride from my house but so worth it.

The store itself is small with a cute selection of cookies and treats for both dogs and cats. They also have a section of toys and leashes. The one complaint I have is that the ship owner was not very warm and welcoming for such a small buisness. My dog enjoyed the cookies shaped like cats. Would come again for a special treat.

Best dog treats of all. Made onsite, all natural and every dog I have ever given one to has loved it and come back for more. Not to mention my own dog who would turn up her nose if it wasn't Jack's. Or she would hide the biscuit and save it for later.Highest marks!!
