Our boy is very happy and enjoy being with his friends. Personnel is very attentive and provides all the care that your loved one needs which makes him feel at home. Facilities are always clean, beautiful and also have great service options for bathing, grooming and boarding.

Referred by a co worker, delighted with service, groomer does a great job with our Myles, bath, nails, ears and even will brush his teeth when asked. Great job with deep brushing his shedding coat. Reasonable price and runs on time. He is happy to go and we are glad they groom even if we do not use their daycare services. YET.

Dogtopia adds a personal touch to their services. I love that they know my puppy's name. My puppy begins to howl when she is on her way to Dogtopia because she is so excited to get there and play with her friends. I notice a difference in her behavior if she misses her daycare routine. Jeannie and the rest of the staff are great!

Our energetic pup loves playing with his friends and all the pets he gets from the wonderful coaches. We are amazed by all of the enrichment activities that engage and stimulate the pups. We are so thankful to everyone at Dogtopia!

We love Dogtopia! Staff is wonderful and friendly! The place is clean and sanitized! We love the events they have all the time, with treats for the pups and photos to bring home. Our pup loves going to daycare! Couldn’t ask for better care for your dog!

I absolutely love bringing Luna to Dogtopia! It is always so clean, the staff is so nice and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Luna is always so excited to go there! The activities and photos they do are so fun, and it makes me so happy to know I am leaving her somewhere where I know she will be loved! You know she had a good day of play when she comes home absolutely exhausted! My one comment for improvement would be regarding the handling of the accounts. I have now had two instances where I was charged for the membership or for one day when I shouldn’t have been because I asked for my membership to be frozen/unfrozen. I have also left voicemails and never heard back and had to continue to reach out. I think it is important to have someone at the desk who is capable of making these changes or informing those who can make the changes in a timely manner. Communication is key in any business. Another thing I noticed is that the cameras seem to be down a lot and I am not able to see Luna at play. It would be nice that this functionality was working properly and more reliable.

My dog is still pretty shy and hopefully he starts playing with others soon but I just love the fact that I get to see him during the day. I wish we would see the cameras 24/7 but they get turned off midday and in the evenings through the night.

Great doggie daycare! My pups love coming here. When we pull up they whine and then pull me to the door. I can’t say enough good things. I also love the curbside pick up. It makes it so much easier when you have human kiddos. Thank you for providing excellent care!

I visit Dogtopia when my dog walking clients need rides to and from daycare. The staff is always friendly and they always promptly greet you and get your dog in a timely manner.

Another great experience at Dogtopia! We have used for both day care, as well as two boarding experience. The staff are friendly and you can tell how much they love the dogs. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute when we had a change in plans. The app makes it so easy to schedule and I also love checking in on the webcams. Our dog loves coming here and getting to play all day rather than staying home alone! Great exercise and socialization! Also think the prices are very reasonable and the activities are cute and hilarious. We definitely recommend sending your dog here!

Our dog always seems to have a great time when he goes to the daycare. He always comes home tired. We do not take him everyday. It is more of a specific occasion for us. That is why I really like the Dogtopia app for the phone. It makes scheduling the service very easy.I also appreciate their commitment to make sure their dog guests are up to date on their vaccines. It makes us more comfortable leaving our dog with them. All in all……a professionally run business that we trust with our dog, Tater.

We tried several other doggie daycare facilities before Dogtopia opened. None worked, a couple were huge fails! We toured Dogtopia before the grand opening and could immediately see it was different. We have been taking our beloved samoyed to Dogtopia since the very first day it opened. We love it! More importantly, our dog loves it & they love her. We have peace of mind dropping her off for daycare or overnight boarding knowing she will receive good care from the well-trained staff.

We’ve only just had a meet and greet, but was so impressed. Viewing windows, camera available, multiple staff members in each room. My dog had a great experience. We are excited to book our first play date

The thoroughness of the staff. I have been to five (5) doggy daycares in the past month and they were the ONLY ones who gave me a tour. They were the ONLY ones who had me fill out a very extensive registration packet asking pertinent information about my dog. They were the ONLY ones who offered much needed downtime for my dog so not to be overstimulated and overly exhausted by the end of the day. Something I’ve always worried about. They also ALWAYS have someone to answer the phone. Very clean. Very professional. Hopefully they continue to stay that way and it wasn’t just to make a good first impression. 😊

I am very impressed dogtopia Warwick. They are nice and good care for my dog. All employees are nice, friendly. I know I am not often use this service but this is first time to use boarding because we were vacation and that make me very disappointed 1. I couldn't use web cam to watch my dog I had contacted the problem couple times they would refill information but didn't work. when I asked them no one know how to fix or helping at all until 2. I picked up my dog the cost was $395 I asked I saw website $47.5 and she said yes it supposed to be 47.5*4 =190 plus tax. I never had problem about cost just asked because this was my first time. but she said she would asked and call me back. Nobody called me back... then sent email to tell me If I don't pay to refer collection...I am very appreciated! I feel bad to owner that you have some receptionist lacked information to give customer. lacked servicethank you for helping me and take care my dog.

Amazing staff, they truly love dogs and are so attentive to each one. The staff is also super friendly and nice. I feel so comfortable bringing Ginger and Jack here. They truly know each dogs personality and how to make them feel comfortable. Ginger is a little shy with people and the staff know exactly how to act with her. I love how clean the rooms are, that the staff knows how to handle dogs, that they have cameras and that they have enriching experiences for the dogs. Highly recommend this place!!

Dogtopia is a excellent doggie day care facility. It is a brand new, state of the art facility. It is kept extremely clean, my 3 year old Golden Retriever Molly loves going. The coaches that work there along with the front desk staff and David the owner are exceptional. They truly love the dogs, are very welcoming and accommodating. Molly comes home as clean as when she went there. The outside is astro-turf so no muddy mess. It is a great place!

The team know my dog when he walks in. They seem to really care about all the dogs. My dog loves them! When he first started, he was so shy and nervous. Within a coupe weeks, he couldn't wait to get out of the car and now runs into the building excited to see the Rovers and other dogs. When we get home, he has the "Dogtopia Daze" that carries over into the next day. He sleeps very well on the days he attends, which is a bonus for us.

Dogtopia truly knows your dog. I took my two for about a year, and stopped for a couple of months. When I brought them back, one of the girls there was so happy to see them, and said she was worried something had happened! So sweet. My dog yells at us to bring her back!

All of the Dogtopia staff genuinely care about the dogs and it shows in how much fun the dogs have. Our eleven month old pup knows the way to Dogtopia and gets super excited when he realizes it's a daycare day. The special activities are wonderful and have helped our pup to overcome his natural reluctance when it comes to having his photo taken or other unfamiliar activities. From bobbing for apple slices to participating in crafts, we are always amazed how innovative and creative the activities are. We can't thank everyone enough to allow our energetic pup to play to his hearts content and all you do to enrich his life.

My husband and I started to bring our dogs to Dogtopia of Warwick when they were six months old three times a week for playtime and socialization. In the past six months, they have both contracted Kennel Cough and Giardia twice. This led to over $3,000 in Emergency Room, Office Visits and Medications to heal them. The staff at Dogtopia are pleasant, but they are not equipped with the skills to identifying and dealing with a dog that comes to this facility that exhibit symptoms that would compromise another dog’s health such as a cough and loose stool. This facility has a significant amount of staff turnover, so our pups never get experienced and well-trained humans that are consistent and well educated. We would have expected a call from the facility if either dog appeared to have Kennel cough or loose stool. But it was not until we picked them up in the evening and in the car ride home we discovered they were ill. When I brought this up to the manager, Jessica. The concern was left unresolved and dismissed. I also discussed with Jessica about another staff member treating our German Shepherd as if she was violent when I brought her in for drop off. I would like to note that our German Shepherd has never been violent to anyone. Jessica’s response was in such that the front desk staff are not as trained or in a position to receive dogs. I don’t think someone afraid of dogs should be working a front desk at a dog facility or in any capacity. That issue was never even resolved. Other staff at the facility insisted that the neglect our dogs experienced was the fault of the prior manager, even though they have a full team that are allegedly trained with more than 100 hours and an owner who is absent. We were never contacted by the owner David. He is always in meetings and absent from the day to day running of this facility. I did receive an email once saying he would like to talk but he never ended up reaching out. We have two dogs; one is a German Shepherd and the other is an Australian Shepherd. Our Australian Shepherd was discharged from Dogtopia over an incident with nipping. We took Dogtopia’s recommendation and brought him to training at the Dogtopia facility and worked with him full time at home. Even when we had to miss a class, we made the class up in another session. All of these training courses never really progressed to more than standing around and giving our dog a treat every three seconds and putting them in a crate to calm them down. My dog is very calm in a crate and is fully crate trained. However, the trainer and all the staff that recognize our Australian Shepherd agreed that he and us were doing very well, and they missed him. Today we went for another evaluation with him, and Jessica the manager said he did not pass because he was over stimulated. I’m just not confident that this facility is well equipped to handle the capacity or are well trained to handle all the responsibilities that come with caring for our dogs and keeping them healthy. The mop buckets are never cleaned after each use and the water in them is basically recycled contaminated water to clean up another mess. The dogs will lick the floor and get sick. It is my opinion that you send your dogs to a facility that has the capacity and skills to take excellent care of your pups while keeping them healthy. Advise to the owner: Do something! Even after reading past reviews, you only respond if you get 5 star reviews. Take some advise and care of the pets we send to your facility like they are your own and do not ignore problems. Stop hiding behind fake meetings and engage with the customers that keep you in business. I hope this review makes you a bit more compelled to be a leader within your organization.Response to owner FALSE and a true representation to who you are as a filthy dog facility that cannot handle the capacity of dogs with undertrained staff you have. Also he is my HUSBAND not partner. Bye.

We love Dogtopia and my high energy puppy is so excited when we pull up to Dogtopia. She comes home exhausted which is very hard to do and wonderful for us. The people are fantastic and learn everyone's names so quickly. They take a lot of time to explain everything and do a good evaluation.Although I understand the reasoning I really wish they would allow unspayed females, not in heat. Our puppy is going to be a big dog ( she is over 50 lbs at 5 months). For her bone and joint health we cannot spay her until she has completed two heat cycles. We will have to leave when she is seven months but will be back when she is spayed in about a year.

ONE EMPLOYEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING/CONTROLLING 20-30 DOGS AT A TIME AND ARE NOT ADEQUATELY TRAINED WHATSOEVER. We boarded our 11 mo old pit mix, Lenny. Hes barely 40lbs. Watching the cam our 1st day on vaca we noticed a dog fight break out. After several min the employee pulled the dogs apart n SMACKED ONE OF THE DOGS ON THE TOP OF THEIR HEAD THEN TOOK 2 EMPTY METAL BOWLS AND BANGED THEM TOGETHER IN FRONT OF THE DOGS FACES TO GET THEM TO STOP UNTIL HE EVENTUALLY GAVE UP. We never saw any access to water for dogs. All the empty bowls were stacked on top of the crates. We were told 4 times wed get a tour n never did were guessing it’s cuz they’re hiding something. Lenny was kept with 20-29 fully grown, adult dogs. He can adjust to dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes, but can’t control how the dogs behave towards him. Their cam access isn’t available on Sundays (which we weren’t told). The cameras went off at random times during the day, turned on too late/shut off early. The first 2 days we saw him on cam he was having a blast. After that he was hiding, walking around with his tail between his legs avoiding all the dogs and whatever staff was with him. He usually needs to be the center of attention and included in whatever is going on. He doesn’t like being by himself, he always wants to be next to someone whether it’s a person, cat, dog, whatever. He was hiding in the corner and wed only see him if another dog went near him n he’d walk away. That wasn’t exhaustion, that was fear. Seeing how scared he was brought me to tears. Even when we brought him home, if me or my fiancé moved too fast or was standing up while he was laying down, he starts shaking, which hes NEVER done before. SOMETHING happened. We had to bring him to dc 3x prior to boarding. 1st 2 times he came home with minor scratches n seemed like he had fun. 3rd time he came home covered in older-newer layers of URINE n more severe wounds (seemed ok tho n tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an off-day; it was also too late to find another facility). We picked up Lenny from boarding, taking him out of the car we noticed he had feces on his thighs, legs, his tail, n feet. There was also feces n BLOOD on his dog bed. His bed was covered in black fur (he’s a tan dog). Guessing that on Sun when they’re cams are off they’re left in their crates all day.Guests are greeted with an extremely pungent scent of dog urine. The 1st day we dropped off for dc, another dog had peed in their lobby. THEY WIPED IT UP W PAPER TOWELS. The scent is due to improper sanitary procedures, which Erica their new GM admitted. I have videos of the way that they clean up the dogs urine and feces. After dogs urinate several times in several spots and are walking though it tracking it everywhere, an employee will grab the mop that’s already sitting in the bucket, go over all the little puddles dragging it across the floor to the next one spreading urine everywhere, then will put the mop back in the bucket. The mop head doesn’t get changed, the solution doesn’t get changed; it just gets swept over then put back in the bucket until next time, when they grab that same dirty mop and do it again. The feces is handled by them picking it up, throwing it away. That’s it. The food we brought was barely touched. Lenny lost 6 lbs from when we dropped him off to bringing him home. The moment he got home he immediately drank the 2 full bowls of water that were left for our cats n ended up eating 4 bowls of food because he was THAT hungry and thirsty (he only eats when he’s hungry). We’ve boarded dogs before, this was Lenny’s 1st time. I’ve never had a dog come home so thirsty, hungry, and scared. He’s still not acting normal towards us and we have to bring him to the vet to make sure he didn’t catch anything from the unsanitary conditions he was sitting in for 6 days. I can only imagine what happens when the cameras are off n no one’s watching. Something happened there n although I’ll never find out what it was, I will NEVER bring my dog there again n u shouldn’t either

My puppy goes to Dogtopia Warwick frequently for daycare and occasionally for boarding. It is my first time owning a dog and the staff at Dogtopia has made it a lot simpler. They are knowledgeable and always willing to offer helpful advice. They are an extremely well run business. They are excellent with communication, their app makes booking with them simple, and the staff are all hard working, organized and friendly. My schedule has been in flux as a result of the pandemic and Dogtopia, especially their manager, Brittany, have been extremely helpful and accommodating.Best yet, my dog lights up the moment we pull in the parking lot.

It was clean and well laid-out and the staff were very welcoming. Your descriptive information was clear and convincing that our pet will have a safe and fun place to spend some time. The "nanny-cams" are a great idea similar to the Blink cameras we use at home. The variety of pricing schemes is flexible and quite reasonable for the services you provide. Very glad to have made our initial visit and will be a regular customer.

Every time we bring our two dogs to Dogtopia, they get so excited. Without fail they are warmly welcomed in the lobby. Many of the employees recognize them immediately even though they only attend sporadically. When we boarded them this summer for a long stay, I received a few emails with photos of my boys playing and having fun. It was so comforting to know they were in such good hands.

I cannot explain how wonderful Dogtopia is. Our dog has anxiety, takes medicine for it, and normally is very afraid of people. Even though he typically only boards when we travel, the staff at Dogtopia know who he is and make him feel right at home. Whenever we pull up the camera he’s always happily wagging his tail wandering around (if you know our dog, this is amazing for him) and we even watched him walk up to one of the workers to get their attention! The facility is super clean, and our favorite part is that they have a very conviennent app for scheduling and viewing the cameras.

We LOVE Dogtopia! Our dog gets so excited for her days there! The staff is amazing, friendly, and really takes care of the dogs needs. The place is very clean and you can see staff always working it keeping it that way. The fun special day they offer, picture day, arts and crafts, etc are adorable. I would HIGHLY recommend Dogtopia to a friend

If I could give Dogtopia ten stars, I would! The team designs creative activities to engage pups in new experiences, takes great care in helping each individual pup to adjust to the daycare environment when they are new, and at each pickup, the coaches always have time to tell me how my pup's day went and what he was up to. They place each pup in the right environment for their personality -- not just based on size or breed. My big, goofy hound dog Hank always goes into Dogtopia with his full body wag and is SO excited to see his favorite canine coaches. I can't say enough great things about the team and the facilities (right down to the padded floors that provide a much more comfortable day than other doggy daycares!) Thanks Team Dogtopia!
