Like a private experience to bathe your own dog. Affordable, had all of the tools necessary. I didn't have to bend over and get my entire bathroom soaked. Will definitely come again. The owner showed me how to use the soap dispensing nozzle on the shower attachment. Also showed me the different features of the dryer. Only downside was picking my 50lb to put on the shower.

My dog and I both adore Tara! She is friendly, and always does a great job on my poodle. More importantly, she makes sure my dog is as comfortable as possible with the grooming process. Prioritizing my dog's comfort pays off, he is always so happy to be at Buffy's Bubbles.Tara takes the time to listen to what I'm wanting for my dog's haircut and why I want that style. She will then offer fitting suggestions or alternatives if needed. Tara also takes the time to educate me on how I can best care for my dog's grooming needs between appointments.

I love this place! I have used the self-service and the professional grooming, and both were lovely. My guy is a 15 yr old senior pup, and she was extremely accommodating to all of my concerns. His fur was wonderfully clean and shiny, nails perfectly cut and filed, and most importantly, my pup was comfortable and relaxed in both being dropped off and being picked up. Awesome service <3

Amazing groomers!!! Tara takes care of most of my dogs and does an amazing job. She also communicates very well with you about the care of the dogs as in if she notices things that maybe and issue with your pet. She is amazing and I highly recommend her

Jennifer was an absolute angel. I’m traveling for work and she was able to get my baby in for a desperately needed grooming. Very cute shop with homemade goodies for your puppy and nice retail selection. 10 out of 10 for sure!

I started taking my dog to Buffy's Bubbles a year ago. Tara is fantastic with her, and my dog absolutely loves her. I never worry when I leave her for a grooming appointment and that peace of mind is priceless when it comes to our fur babies! Tara has even introduced new grooming techniques like hand stripping to keep my dog's springer spaniel fur in check. She looks great (and smells great!!) after every appointment.

A review has been long overdue. We take my older rescue dog and our much younger rescue dog to Tara for grooming on a regular basis. Our older dog is extremely nervous and has had horrible experiences at other places where they didn’t have the patience or kindness to work with her — but Tara has built trust with her and I never worry about leaving her there! She always comes home happy, clean and smelling amazing!! Our younger dog loves to go there for grooming and has also been boarded with Tara before. It was such a relief knowing our girl was in such capable and kind hands! She treated our pup like one of her own and provided us regular updates (which we loved). I’d highly suggest taking your pup to Buffy’s Bubbles!

I had a great experience at Buffy’s Bubbles. I used the self-wash which had everything I needed. There is only one self-wash station so be sure to make an appointment. The owner Tara was sweet and conscientious when other dogs were dropped off or picked up from grooming which was in a separate room from the self-wash. I loved Buffy’s Bubbles.

I have been taking my cockapoo to Tara since she opened her business and had always had a great experience with her. She was very patient with my dog who is very stressed when it comes to grooming and he grew to like her very much. Recently after signing up for a membership with Buffy's Bubbles there was an issue with my payment going through, as soon as I was made aware of this I apologized and asked Tara to call me to resolve the issue to which provided her my payment information a second time. This conversation was on a Tuesday evening. Wednesday evening Tara texted me and let me know that she was still having issues processing my payment and that she would be emailing me an invoice so I can pay online. I responded promptly "Ok No problem" and waited for the invoice to come through (it never did). Saturday morning I received the following email from Tara: "Your VIP Bubbles membership and all grooming appointments for Eddie have been cancelled for failure to pay the membership fee. I will miss Eddie and wish you the best of luck in your search for a new groomer".Frankly I felt blindsided by this considering I live a block away from the building and could have easily stopped in to provide payment if it was that much of a struggle. I have the proof to show that the email from the online payment service never came through.Following some discourse regarding the cancellation of any of my dog's future appointments, Tara then stated that I clearly had no intention of providing payment and I essentially took advantage of her. I have never refused payment anywhere and have always been especially grateful for the services she provided me and my dog. She also included that I was disrespectful and left my dog with her all day without ever being charged for it. The truth is, I would drop him off in the morning and she told me I could not pick him up until 2PM because she had other clients and was too busy to be stopping in between dogs to check me out and get him all set to go. This was never a problem for me and she never once expressed that this was no longer what she wanted me to do.I am extremely disappointed that Eddie will no longer be taken at Buffy's over a misunderstanding and miscommunication. I do not appreciate my character being questioned and agreements being thrown back in my face all because of a miscommunication. Poor customer service is an understatement. It blows my mind that an owner of an establishment would treat their loyal customers this way. One of the most bizarre experiences I have ever encountered.

I love this place. I’ve been taking my dog to Buffy’s Bubbles for the past year and they do such a great job. Whenever I took my dog to other groomers he would always try to get away from entering the building. At Buffy’s he walks right in and acts like he is visiting a friend. And I love the grooming they do. Overall a great experience.

i bring my 3 dogs here and she does a fantastic job with all of them. This is the first time i have ever taken any of my dogs to a groomer, i would not go anywhere else. We brought our 2 year old lab in for grooming recently to Buffy's Bubbles. She is a rescue and is very nervous with other people but she was well taken care of and we felt comfortable leaving her there. Our lab came back happy and looking and smelling great. Her coat was so shiny. We will most certainly be back and we highly recommend.

Started bring my Dobby here after Mollycoddles suddenly closed. I had major anxiety about leaving him with a new groomer but after the first visit I felt super comfortable leaving him with them. The guy at the desk was super friendly as well as Tara. Dobby is always nice and soft both fur and his tiny little feet. His nails are always perfectly cut and both times he's been he's come home smelling so good. They have never been rude and have been very professional. Dobby's been twice and is booked for a 3rd. Prices are very reasonable especially for the work that goes into grooming. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a groomer.

Always happy to support a new, small local business. Tara, did a wonderful job given the difficulty of my dog. She explained the paperwork and options very clearly. While she wasn't able to bathe him completely, (dogs fault, not hers), she remained professional and in constant contact. We will definitely visit again. 10 out of 10

When I first took my cat there they were wonderful and did a good job. I took my cat there last week and had to pick her up 10 minutes after i dropped her off because she said my cat had flea dirt. I took my cat to my vet today and it was confirmed that my cat didn't have flea dirt or fleas. I personally don't think she is a cat person so if you have a cat, take it to someone who loves all animals not just dogs. She could of had the courtesy to tell me in the first place that she didn't want to do my cat instead of me putting my cat through all that trauma getting her there. Lots of my friends are cat owners and I told them all not to waste their time because obviously she is not a cat person. Her loss!$$$$$$$

I brought my dog in to have her nails trimmed a couple weeks ago. Tara was very patient with my skittish girl! I returned this weekend for a full grooming and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely found my new groomer. Thanks Tara!

This was my second time at Buffy's Bubbles. Mollycoodles had closed down and my dog was going there for over a year. This groomer was recommended by my vet. The first time at this establishment, one of the groomers was very curt with me. I took it as if she was having a bad day. My second appointment, I was perplexed. My dog's grooming was fine. The groomer stated that my dog was fine, but a little nippy. I apologized to the groomer for his behavior but the groomer stated that his behavior was fine and no problem. I paid the groomer and gave her a tip. Then, I asked to schedule another appointment for the next month. The groomer stated that she will no longer be doing his type of grooming?- whatever that means. She stated that she decided at the last minute to no longer service my dog who is a Coton De Tulear. Then, a man came out from the back and I felt like I was being treated as if I did something wrong. She stressed that her decision not to service my dog had nothing to do with my dog's behavior. So, when I reflect on my first interaction with this groomer and the behavior today- is my dog being denied grooming services because his owner is a person of color? Afterwards, I called my vet about what was stated to me and received another referral for a groomer. Always trust your first instincts.

I have been taking my shituz Gizmo to Tara for over 2yrs now, Gizmo stands on his hind legs waving at the front door till she opens it. He does not take to everyone , she took her time gaining his trust and now I bring my boxer Roco as well.I have recommended Buffys to several ...shes amazing!

I was able to make a self-wash appointment with no difficulty. The establishment is small but clean with lots of nice toy and treat delights. The proprietor was extremely helpful in making my selection of shampoo and conditioner including a shedding helper, skin moisturizer and joint refreshing conditioner. She mixes them up in an application bottle so he was able to get all the sudsy goodess he needed—no skimping and no extra charge. With tax it was a little over $20. Who knows if these all work, but my pup was clean, stress free and that made us both happy. Apparently he is one of few dogs who doesn’t mind a blow dry! She did a horrible job, she charged $70 and she didn’t do a full cut, she didn’t cut his under side, under his ears, paws or under his tail or his nails. I had to have my vet do his nails and I had to finish cutting his hair. I won’t be back!To the owner: I didn't tell you to give him half a haircut and if you say he's ready he should be ready, I'm not going to stress him out by having you bring him back in! If you did his nails then why did the vet say they looked like they were not even cut?

When I went to pick him up he seemed right at home! I will support this small business and encourage others to check them out, as well!

If you love your pets PLEASE! Stay far away. Just look at Yelp reviews. Brought my dog there for a bath. 4 1/2 hrs later still not done. He came out HALF SHAVED! He is a Portuguese water dog. You don't shave them. Never mind not getting our money back. Look closely at photos that's all you need . I implore you, STAY AWAY
