I can't say enough good things about Bow Chika Wow Town! The staff is exceptional (especially Nicole)! I had to board my two dogs for a wedding, and one of them, Eva, had never been away from me in the 7 years I've had her. She is terrified of other people so I knew this would be a challenge. Her brother, Magnum, used to go to daycare but hadn't gone in over 7 years, so I was excited to get him back to playing with other pups, yet nervous there would be a learning curve in his old age. I was nervous about how Eva would react to staff, but I brought them a few times before the stay to get used to it. As expected, Eva was petrified. I brought them a few more times and did a trial overnight stay before the 6-day board. By the end of it, she was her happy-go-lucky self having the time of her life, something I didn't think I'd ever see! They sent me pictures, videos, and report cards while I was away, easing my mind completely. They never gave up on her, and never made me feel like she couldn't be part of " the town". Magnum had a blast at daycare and they loved on the two of them while I was away. They truly gave me and my pups a new lease on life. We have options now and I can't be happier to have found a place we all love!

I love Bow Chicka Wow Town and so does my LuNa. The staff are all so welcoming and happy and excited to see my girl when we arrive. LuNa loves it - she loves to go play with her friends and we love that she is all tired out by the end of the day. The snacks they offer, the overnight services, the adorable photos and different things they send home at times - I would recommend it all.

I’ve been taking my 1 yr old Great Dane to Bow Chika Wow Town for around 4 months. Wow, this has been such a great experience. She pulls me through the door and can’t wait to greet all of the staff. She comes home tired, happy and safe. I’ve seen the video feed and know their team does an excellent job managing large groups of large dogs. So happy to have this facility in our neighborhood!

I’m so happy I found Bow Chicka Wow Town for my mini dachshund puppy, Indy. Daycare has been great for her socialization and it’s such a relief to know that she’s in good hands while I’m at work. The staff is friendly and professional, and most importantly, they love my pup! They provide updates on her progress so I always know how she’s doing. It’s great to see my nervous, timid girl coming out of her shell and growing into a more confident, playful dog. Can’t say enough good things, I wouldn’t bring her anywhere else!

I HIGHLY recommend BCWT. The care they put into their fabulous facility is evident and my dog is truly so happy every time she visits. They send lovely report cards and allow you to view the pups playing throughout the day on their live cams. They are all so kind and love each dog so much. They are accommodating, friendly, clean and truly go above and beyond. I am SO happy to have found this gem.

We love bringing our Finnegan to Bow chika Wow Town daycare! The staff if professional and friendly and the play rooms are clean and bright. I love the transparency of being able to check in on Finn on live cams to see what a good time he is having. I love knowing he is in a safe environment to keep socialized and burn his puppy energy!

Our dog has attended day care here without incident a number of times. Recently we did a trial overnight stay in anticipation of a longer trip to see how our dog would do. Though advertised on Bow Chica Wow Town's site that there is personnel present overnight on premises we were shocked when viewing the live cam in our dog's private room that he was left unattended, alone, in the dark howling in distress for over six hours (confirmed by staff the next day that no one was in the building). The explanation offered from Jackie (facility manager who was unapologetic) was that "the over night person called out and it happens like any other shift, what do you want us to do?" We placed multiple calls that night to the facility and sent emails with no return calls. We fell asleep watching our dog howl powerless to do anything. Our dog never had an issue with the dark or being alone, but now is afraid of the dark or to be left alone. A simple phone call could have averted the whole incident. Had anyone at the facility (manager, desk clerk, etc) made a call to us that no one would be present with our dog overnight we could have had someone picked him up. No apology was made and we still had to pay the whole fee even though we did receive the service we paid for. It's shocking to know that there is no call forwarding service or that anyone is even watching the cameras in the event a pet in their care experiences an emergency.

This was the first time that Charlie went to daycare. We chose Bow chika Wow Town because of their personal care for the dogs and we were very pleased with the experience. She will be overnight boarding there soon!

We have a pit bull type dog that gets rejected due to breed restrictions at all kinds of places. Bowchikawowtown assessed our boy for his behavior and not his looks. For that alone I appreciate them. It’s a first class operation and the busy reception room lets you know that they take great care of the animals in their care. Plus webcams!

I can not say enough positive things about my experience with Bow chicka Wow Town. Incredible customer service, helpful tools within their website platform to get to know you and your pup prior to evaluation day, a super clean and welcoming facility… Unlike other doggie day cares - they actually allow a full day experience during the evaluation period - so your pup is never overstimulated. The report card and photos after are such an incredibly nice personal touch. Offering advice and feedback… which I had yet to experience anywhere else. DogTopia and Camp Bow Wow dismissed my pup in under 10 minutes with no explanation… and although he also didn’t pass for open play day care at Bow chicka Wow Town - they offered helpful suggestions and approved him for day boarding. Dogs are very much like our own children and I wouldn’t trust mine with any other facility. Incredible experience!!! Can’t wait to come back.

As soon as our puppy was cleared to be around other dogs (post-shots and what-not), we were excited to have him start daycare. My partner and I work during the day and live in Providence, so giving him an outlet to be looked after while socializing is important to us. My coworker recommended BCWT as "THE BEST". Working in Warwick, BCWT is conveniently located right off the highway and very easy to get to.I remember the first day dropping my dog off. It was the first time he was apart from us as well as the first time he was around newer people, so the little guy was a bit nervous (he was only 16 weeks). Heidi (the owner) was more than understanding and for the first half of the day he hung out with her behind the front desk under he become more comfortable (they have a fully blocked off area for dogs who need some alone time). By the end of the day, he began playing with other dogs in their Small Dog area. Since BCWT has web cams, we were able to watch him run around and play, which is awesome! He quickly became much more sociable, both there and at home.Since that first day (about 2 years ago) our dog has become a regular at BCWT. We use almost all of their services, which include boarding and grooming. They are also open later than most of the other day cares, which is great for people that work longer hours.Heidi's staff is amazing. They have taken great care of my dog over the years and some have developed a very strong relationship with my little guy. It is very apparent that the employees that work their are happy and truly enjoy what they are doing. They also take incredible pictures (photo here is one that they took). My dog is exhausted from playing when I pick him up and immediately wants to snuggle and dose off (perfect!).I cannot think of a better day care for my dog. King Bradley our Chocolate Dapple Dachshund has been going to BCWT for approximately seven (7) months. I'm his person everyplace else but there, lol. He gets so excited as I pull up and as soon as we walk through the door he's off to one of the handlers, who also love him to pieces. Without hesitation or thought on a few occasions we boarded Bradley at BCWT. Thank you BCWT for treating and caring for our baby with the love and care we give him. BCWT is absolutely AMAZING!

I am so glad I found Bow Chika Wow Town for my puppy, Boba! He's quite attached to me and doesn't like when I leave him at home but whenever we walk into the "Town" he's super excited to great all the staff and goes back without much fuss. It's obvious the staff truly love and care for the pups and the updates they send during longer overnight stays help put my mind at ease while traveling.

Cannot recommend Bow Chicka Wow Town enough! The staff are warm, personable, and friendly. My puppy is taking training classes and he loves it. I’ve seen such a difference in his behavior already. He gets so excited to go there a few times a week. Highly recommend being your puppy, or dog here! Will be continuing classes, and day care here in the future!

We’ve been bringing our rescue pup here for the last few months, and every time has been a great experience. On the first day, the staff was so informative about what to expect and gave us comfort, as we were nervous dropping her off as well. Rylie was a little scared at first, but the staff are always so welcoming and made me feel safe and comfortable dropping off our fur baby. Rylie now runs into daycare when we drop her off.We really enjoy Bow Chicka Wow Town and all the care and love they give to our pup.

We recently moved into town, and after doing some research on doggy daycare locations we could not be happier with our choice. I initially spoke to Nicole who was extremely helpful and made my initial appointment for an evaluation. As it turned out she called me a short time later and gave me an appointment the following day. She really followed through and I appreciated it. My dog Finnegan had his evaluation and I was welcomed by Jacky. She was equally as helpful and I knew right away that Finnegan was going to be fine at Bowchikawowtown! Everyone made us feel welcome. At the end of the day I received an extensive report on how my pup did on his first day. The facility is very clean and I plan on continuing our relationship with them. Kudos to the whole team. Thank you for making us feel welcome in our new town and doggy daycare location.

Killian is new to the Town. An energetic Chocolate Lab one year old, she needs to expel some puppy energy. On her eval day they said she was the life of the party!! S'es been back for daycare once and will be going once or twice a week to play. She wines as soon as i turn down Meadow St. She can't wait to get in and see her friends.I do wish that the indoor dog park hours could be returned, even if it's on Sunday only. We would love to go.

Not only do I appreciate the service from doggie daycare but most importantly I am completely comfortable having my dogs stay overnight in a safe environment. My dogs act very happy when we approach the building and always run right up to the team members, which is impressive since one of my dogs has separation anxiety. I can almost compare it to them going to school because I even get little notes and report cards about them, as well as cute little gifts from them around the holidays. Thank you for treating my dogs like your own.

Been bringing the dogs here for daycare for years now. The team are all friendly and helpful, and the facility is literally nicer than some of the actual for-humans hotels I've stayed at. Terrified to ever move, because I doubt another doggy daycare will ever be up to the standard of BCWT and all they do for our family!

I brought my first babyto BcWt and they were amazing with him. Sent me pictures and calls me to let me know how he was doing!! Now I am taking my 2nd baby to BcWt!!! They are fantastic with all of the animals and very very clean!!! Everyone who works there are very nice and pleasant!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Had a wonderful party for our 2 years old golden and some of his friends and everyone had a great time. Facilities were ready in advance and already setup by the friendly staff. Toys, treats, and party favors were a huge hit, too! Our boy had a blast and I expect we'll be back in the future. Dog parties are a thing and they're great!

My pup absolutely loves it here! The staff is amazing, they’re super friendly and it’s evident they truly care about each dog that walks in. The care and treatment each dog receives is top notch. I love that I get a report to let me know how my pup is doing during the day, with some pictures as well. She tends to like the humans more some days, and there is never a shortage of affection and attention for her. She runs inside every time we go and it’s hard to get her to leave! She gets so excited to be there. I feel so comfortable dropping her off and I know she’s in good hands, I never worry about her. And I love that I can have a snack sent to her when the dogs go for down time! It’s also so convenient that they have grooming on site! I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone without hesitation.
