I take my two standard poodles here to be groomed every month and they always do an amazing job. I've taken my boy (Theo) to two other groomers in the area and he seems much happier now that we come here. They also have a great selection of healthy food treats and toys.

This place lied to me! I adopted cats that I was told didn't have worms and I didn't even have them home for 6 hours before I saw them poop and the litter box was crawling! The worst part was that the clerk Renee had guaranteed us the cats were healthy! We have other cats at home and specifically asked about worms for that reason! She promised us they were worm-free!!! Absolutely awful. So angry that I was blatantly lied to. Anyone who scooped their litter box would have known they were not properly de-wormed.DO NOT SOURCE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! EVEN IF THEY DO CALL IT A "RESCUE"! They will lie to you and adopt out sick animals (for a ridiculous amount too...)

Small pets kept in poor unsuitable conditions.Two large hamsters were stuck in small tank with dusty pine shavings and no hiding house. Hamsters are solitary, and sleep inside some type of hiding house, this was not given to them. No wheel, dirty water bottle.Rabbits were kept in a single small cage with wire flooring. Again everything is dirty and covered in dust.Staff should be cleaning constantly every day, not sitting behind a counter bored while there's a layer of dust on everything. Cleaning is the easiest part of the job so do it.If you're going to buy a pet from here, do not pay full price or give them business at all because they are not supplying quality care. I recommend haggling down prices.

So I have to say its quite sad to see ALL of the many reviews that all say the same thing, that they neglect the health and welfare of their animals and many of the cats they sell for high prices are ALL sick most by worms. Now that's where they get you though is they will make you sign a unheard of contract stating that unless the animal you just purchased is sick with disease pretty much then you will not return for your money back though. Now mind you that they "guarantee" that they're animals are healthy and not sick in any way well do not sign it because as soon as you get your kitten home before you know it it'll be crapping out worms all over your house. Even after only 3 hours of having the pet they will still tell you well it didnt have anything wrong with it when we sold it! Well I will for sure be calling the BBB, and contact someone for animal neglect and cruelty due to the unsuitable habitation of the many animals housed in their store! Sad!!

After having tried all the big pet stores and hating them, I decided to try all about pets after my daughter took her cat there and was very happy. So I took my yorkie there for grooming, And I was thrilled! Ryan did an awesome job on Duncan and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t see or feel any cuts or any issues. A few of the hairs weren’t straight, And his collar was put back on too tight But other than that I cannot complain. I will definitely take him back there! And the price wasn’t bad either. We will *always* buy our dog food here!Almost 10 years ago we had an Airedale, Willy, who was excessively (even for an Airedale) determined to play with *this* toy, stick, etc. We brought the dog and problem to Denise. We found her because we suspected the problem was food-related and she carried all of the brands that appeared to be well made, and would be unbiased among them.She agreed that it was likely the food, looked at the current and previous food components, and delivered an amazing impromptu lecture on canine nutrition. We have enough background in human nutrition to be able to understand and appreciate the differences as she described them. She suspected an allergy and suggested a few-constituent dog food to try to avoid whatever the dog was responding to -- saying that he would quickly be better or worse, depending on whether we avoided the problem food. He was much better the next day.After a few days we realized that we still had a smaller problem: reduced problem behavior, but some still there. We went back and Denise recommended an enzyme supplement. She said that while the food contained enzymes, some dogs needed more. He did. Occasionally, over the following years we ran out of the enzymes for a few days and Willy's behavior quickly reverted -- and stopped when he ate the enzymes. We made sure we didn't run out.As Willy aged he contracted cancer. Denise helped us keep him healthy through the treatment and, when the end was near, helped us find food that he would eat. (He was always more interested in play than food.) She is now helping us with a similar situation with a standard poodle.Yes, Denise *is* very damn entertaining, as her web site describes her, but her knowledge and kindness are just as apparent.BTW, I've read the negative Google reviews. I've been in the store every few weeks for a decade, almost weekly during the past 2 years and I've *never* seen any hint of mistreatment. I don't know why someone would write some of those things but I don't believe them.

I've been taking my black german shepherd to denise's store for more than 7 years. Denise is so knowledgeable about everything. My dog has major skin issues and it took awhile to find food and treats but we never gave up. Today his skin is perfect and so is his fur!! Ryan the dog groomer is fantastic he really takes his time with all the dogs and I've never heard anyone complain, they all come out beautifully. Denise deserves 6 out of five.

I would give 0 stars if I could...I bought a kitten there on July 3rd. I paid $160 for him and was told I had to buy her cat food. I was told the kitten was healthy and he has his 1st set of shots and been dewormed and so on, that was a lie. The kitten was invested with ear mites and had a parasite. Also, the kitten has ring worm and was so skinny you could feel his ribs. When I got him home I gave him a bath because he smelled so bad. The water was so yellow, He must of been laying in his urine. I've spent almost $400 in vet bills in less then 2 weeks. She did give me $40.00 back (cost for the ear mites) but said she hasn't gotten any complaints on the other kittens so she don't know. She's all about making money and could careless about where the animals go or who theygo with. She didn't check any of the information I gave her and there was other people there adopting kittens and she didn't check their information either. DON'T BUY ANIMALS FROM HER.

Do not trust these people. I adopted two kittens from this location on 9/9/2018. I signed a contract stating that I would not return the kittens if they had minor health problems such as worms or diarrhea, however, before signing the contract I was guaranteed by the clerk that the kittens had been dewormed and did not currently have worms. I was told this more than once, not that they had been treated with dewormer, but was explicitly told that they did not currently have worms. It was under these guarantees of health that I signed the contracts to adopt the two kittens. Mere hours after settling the cats into my home, I discovered they are both infected with worms and will require pricey medication and a trip to the vet. I feel betrayed and heartbroken that these animals are not only suffering from worms, but that I was lied to and coerced to sign a contract under false pretenses. Unfortunately, the contract that I signed says I am not allowed to return the animals due to worms, and any animals that are returned do not qualify for a refund, only an exchange or store credit. After this debacle, I do not trust this company and do not want any further ties to them. I would like the contract to be voided and a full refund for the adoption fees of the cats. I will return the animals if required, but I do not feel as though I should be denied a monetary refund due to a contract that I signed under false pretenses.

My experience has been nothing but great service, great advice and excellent grooming at All About Pets. They go the extra mile to be helpful. I have been taking my dogs here for 3 years and have only good things to say. Highly Recommended!!

First went in there it was nice we were greeted as we went in, but afterwards had terrible service. First off one of the other employees asked the lady in the front are you going to help these customers? And she responded with oh they look to young anyways to adopt anything. She judged us based off of looks didn't even get to talk to us assuming we were too young when we weren't. Then My boyfriend and I were looking at kittens and asked about adopting one and she gave short rude responses saying they aren't ready. And when asked when will they be ready for adoption she replied with I don't know. And as we were leaving we said have a good day and she completely ignored us. Definitely would not go here again.

DO NOT BUY KITTENS FROM HERE!!!!! i bought two kittens from here and both were infected with worms. their contract says that they were dewormed but there aren't. every review says their animals are sick in some way. the small animals, birds, and reptiles are not in the right habitat. bunnies are in wire cages, hamsters with no hides and on pine wood bedding. that bedding can make them sick. all the cages are dirty and dusty. the water bowls are dirty as well. don’t give them your money. they will just use it to get more animals that will have to suffer. this place disgusts me.

I'm not from around here, and stopped in on a whim. The lady behind the register didn't even acknowledge us. We were, however, greeted by a friendly black pug and a mastiff who seemed neither thriled nor apprehensive about us. Both dogs are tubby...which is a shame, but I suppose nether here nor there.The store is small but has higher quality foods for dogs and cats, which is great. Unfortunately, the store also sells small animals, select reptiles, and kittens. Chinchillas are in a barren cage with a wire floor; the chins and birds are in dirty cages without toys or enrichment, which is important for all animals, but especially for caged animals.I'd would have loved to give this place more stars for the food section alone, but the condition of the animals (and the fact that the store even sells animals) prevents it.

Denise is one of the states best pet store. She always gives me excellent advice and has helped me many time. This is more than a pet store. I can't say enough about good things about the grooming and all the pets. Denise you are a 5 no a 6 star establishment. Customer for life. Joan

Popped in to buy dog beds for my brewd and treats etc, did not see the hours door not locked open sign on ; so we opted to go in. A beautiful cat tried to escape and the rudest person in an ugly tone informed us they were closed; perhaps lock the door. put out a closes sign? leaving we noticed they closed 14 minutes prior to our arrival... Pro Tip - be polite to potential customers, same message said differently brings me back. Also lock the door and turn off the open sign... will not be back ... was hardly surprised to read 3 stars!

This place isAbsolutely horrible !!!! Had a death in the family and missed an appointment after bringing two dogs and having family bring many pets here ! I was told that I’m irresponsible because I didn’t have a chance toCancel the appointment and IHad someone just standing around to do the haircut and they weren’t making any money standing around. Not once did Denise theOwner ever say I’m sorry for your loss or anything . I stayed on the phone after all I’ve been through with going through a family death to be told I’m just irresponsible and kept getting told this over and over again with no remorse for what I’d been through . I understand that cancelations are important but the last thing I’d ever expect was to be treated with such disrespect. I’m sad for Amanda because she’s a great groomer .But when the owner Denise thinks she can treat customers any way she wants it’s disgusting and can’t get the bad taste out of my mouth. And because ofDenise the owner mind you I and my family memebers will find a new groomer . If you treat people like that I can only imagine how you treat my dogs . Thank you to amanda sorry we won’t be seeing you anymore but you can thank your boss. I would give no stars if I could !!! Denise treating people the way you do will only lose business and when it all comesDown to it you areThe one that will lose out . I hope all that read this will think twice before going here . The groomers care but the owner doesn’t at all she’s money hungry and cares only about that not about your pets .

I was very satisfied both with the service and atmosphere(pet friendly), my dog was groomed beautiful by Amanda and the owner greeted us along with her own dogs and shop cat, i felt very comfortable there. By the way miss Amanda is the bomb- thank you all !!!

Worst pet store I have ever been too, other none pet stores are more welcoming then this store. Lady at front desk gave me a hard time that I had my dog with me, yet her car was roaming around, which I'm allergic too. I'm not satisfied and will never go there again.
