We had our first appointment with A Room to Groom, and couldn't be happier with our experience here! My kittens (just under 1 y.o, and generally quite nervous by nature) really needed their nails tended to, and I was offered an immediate appointment. From the minute we walked in, Chris and Bianca were everything I'd hope to find in groomers. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chris explained exactly what would happen, and the service was executed perfectly. The cats were treated with the utmost gentleness and respect, which kept them calm and at ease. The other fur clients having grooming services done also seemed happy and very well cared for. You can certainly see the love the owners have for animals, and the professionalism here was elite. I look forward to booking future appointments with A Room to Groom, it was a pleasure visiting today.

I was struggling to find a place to cut my cats claws. I finally found Room to Groom and they accepted my appt. My cat was in and out. It was so fast and so smooth. I couldn't of been happier. Thank you again for your quick service. My cat is so much better now.

Bianca and Chris were so attentive to our dogs needs! We were nervous that he would not do well with his nails being trimmed and Chris worked with him and kept him calm through the entire process! We are so happy to have found them and they have made a life long customer out of us! Thanks again!!!

A fantastic groomer! I took my puppers to A Room to Groom here in Warwick for the first time and it was nothing short of professional. Both my dogs had a wonderful experience. Love this place!! We take both of our dogs here (Bo & Dahlia). Chris and Bianca are so caring, patient, kind, talented and just all around great with dogs! They truly care about your pets and you know when your pet is there, that they are in great hands!! They are always so patient with our pups, especially in the beginning when they were new and nervous about the groomer. Chris always took the time to come outside and comfort and carry the dogs inside and make them feel so loved and cared for! Bianca is always listening to exactly how you want the dogs groomed and makes sure you’re totally happy with their groom each time. We love this place and they really make you and your animals feel like family!

Always a pleasant experience for my bully breed mix who is afraid of baths and nail clippings. This husband wife team are professionals and listen with care. Highly recommend to anyone with a pet looking for a fantastic grooming experience. Prices can’t be beat either. Five stars all around

My first time here to have my long hair cat, Cody, summer shave. Amazing! Very professional and very friendly. They explained everything that would be done in detail and when I showed up early, they came outside to update me on what was left to be done. Cody came out perfectly shaved with no cuts! Highly recommend!

My dogs are both rescues, scared of the wind, yet, they are never nervous going here. Tells you a lot about the owners and how they treat their furry clients. And, my dogs come back smelling great, in like an hour, hour and a half. Awesome place, highly recommend.

We needed a new groomer as our long-time gal moved away. I'm so glad we tried A Room to Groom. I couldn't believe how clean and SOFT our little guy was! We could definitely tell a difference over our old groomer. Our little guy does not like being bathed; Chris and his wife were very patient took such good care of him!

I can not thank Chris and Bianca enough for the great job with Skippy. I was uneasy about bringing our rescue puppy to get groomed because he is a yapper, a nipper, not comfortable with other dogs or other people and has a little anxiety. When I called to inquire about their services and my concerns, Chris was very knowledgeable and professional, so I decided to make an appointment. The atmosphere was very calming and not alot of animals at the same time. I was so impressed how he handled Skippy for the first time meeting him. They are all about the animals care and well being. Skippy did a great job getting groomed and A Room To Groom now has a new client. Thank you again Chris and Bianca.

Absolutely did a fantastic job for my long hair German Shepherd! He was treated as one of their own animals, and they took the time to make sure he was completely comfortable. They also stayed in contact with me providing updates on him and the grooming process. Highly recommend, and great pricing especially for the service that you and your animal will receive!

Chris and Bianca are amazing and exceeded my expectations, i am so happy i found them. They treat you and your doggo like family. My boy Tango is a 70lb pit/boxer rescue who is very afraid of meeting new people and especially being in new places. Nail trimmings are always a challenge. Chris and Bianca knew exactly what to do to make him as comfortable as possible. Chris even went out and got a hot dog for him next door! By the end of it, Tango stopped trembling and he was much more relaxed than when he entered. He even let Chris pet him afterwards which in itself is a huge deal. Absolutely don't hesitate to book with them!

Amazing! I have a very nervous dog and he (and I) immediately felt welcomed and comfortable here. Chris and Bianca obviously care about their clients. My dog is very difficult with groomers, but A Room to Groom exceeded my expectations. I look forward to many years of continued business with them.

NO CALL NO SHOW THREE TIMES.I’d been bringing my Golden Retriever here for around 9-10 months and up until about a month ago, I never experienced any issues. The services here were reasonably priced and I was satisfied with their work.About a month ago I had a scheduled 9am appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early to an empty shop and parking lot. I waited until about 9:25 for someone to show up before I had to leave to get to work. I left assuming they’d reach out with an explanation or apology but there was no contact. I tried calling them several times to no avail and eventually sent a text to which they responded with an apology and their availability for another appointment. I agreed to an 8:30am appointment the following week. On the date of the reschedule, I (once again) arrived 5 minutes early to an empty shop. I waited until 8:45 and when no one showed up I left. I received a phone call about a half hour later from Chris apologizing and asking if I could do an 8:30am two days later. I agreed to this because it’s nearly impossible to find a groomer in the middle of the summer and at this point my dog desperately needed to be groomed. I cannot overstate how understanding I was. I was STILL willing to give them my business. Once again, I arrived to an empty shop, waited 15 minutes and departed with my dog. They never reached out again after that. I have still heard NOTHING. No phone call, no text, no apology for the inconvenience of making me late for work a total of 3 times in a two week span. I’ve truly never experienced anything like this from a business.

The groomers here know what that are doing. They take care of my baby like she was theirs. They make sure she comes out just how I asked. Both Daisy and I trust the groomers. Your fur babies are in good hands!!

First time bringing my dog there and I could honestly say it was the best decision I have made. Such a great husband and wife team. When I first brought my Bella in Chris was approached her in such a loving way. He also took the time of explaining to me the process of how they groom their pets and he was so kind at all times. His wife was also very loving. They are such amazing people and that will be where I will be taking my dog. My daughter was so happy with how she came out looking. I also had some concerns about to where this particular smell was coming from my dog and he got to the bottom of it. He showed me a couple of products I can use on her and took the time to explain to me everything about the type of dog breed I have and what to do and what not to do. He couldn't have been more thorough with me because it was just not possible. Chris and his wife have such an amazing personality and are very loving to each pet brought there. So happy to have found something close to home. 5 stars isn't enough for them. Great people skills and just overall all greatness.

This is the third time I’ve brought my golden retriever to A Room to Groom. I could not be happier with how she looks. Her paws are done great every single time and all the other “poofy” areas look fabulous. Most importantly, for a nervous dog, she likes them. It means a lot to drop her off with people who don’t stress her out at all. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer.

Chris and Bianca are amazing! We have a rescue terrier mix that has always struggled with vets & groomers because he doesn’t like to be touched by people he doesn’t know. But Chris and Bianca have taken the time to let him trust them and work with him each time he comes in. Plus he always comes home looking adorable. Cannot recommend them enough!

Daisy is a little anxious around new people and they were both great with her and even gave us updates on how she was doing. We didn't have to worry about our fur baby . We loved our experience at A Room to Groom! From the beginning, the process was fantastic. The intake forms allowed us to make sure that they were all on the same page with our dog’s needs and our desires. When we got there, we instantly felt comfortable leaving our dog with Chris. He made sure our dog felt comfortable with him and worked with him with such care. Since it was our first time there and we were nervous, Chris called us twice throughout the process to keep us updated. They gave our dog one of the best haircuts he’s ever had! A Room to Groom is positively amazing! We brought our 2 pups here this past weekend. Both were a bit on the anxious/nervous side, but Chris was great with them. He took the time to reassure and soothe them. He made sure they were comfortable in the environment before even beginning the grooming process -- that included actually sitting on the floor of the salon and calming our dog before actually getting started. The staff here TRULY CARE for your pets and want to ensure the best possible experience! Bianca was fantastic as well – I lost count of how many phone calls/questions I had for her, but she was always super polite and professional. When picking up our dogs, they looked fantastic! Chris then even took the time to discuss vitamins, meal enrichment, etc. with us for at least another 10 minutes. A Room to Groom goes above and beyond – we highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their pet groomed while also enjoying the peace of mind that comes with knowing that they are in the best possible hands!
