We made our first visit to the Wakefield Rumford Pets and Elliot was extremely helpful! He took so much time sharing information on the best food for our pet. He is friendly, knowledgeable and will certainly be the main reason for our return to the store!

Rumford Pet Express is awesome!! The do-it-yourself dog wash stations are always spotless and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of items. I won't go anywhere else to give my dog a bath.

This store is always clean, well stocked and the employees very pleasant and helpful. They gave my dog some welcome biscuits when we came in which was very generous and appreciated. They wash dogs here as well although I have not used this service yet.

The store is packed with great pet items! The bathing area is clean and well stocked. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they give trial sizes of many items which is great as my dog is super picky and it helps to try a new item before purchasing a whole bag!

Rumford Pet Center in Wakefield has been the best thing that has ever happened to my pets! This past year I’ve dealt with my dogs digestive issues, my kitties vomiting (tmi?)… & Elliot and staff spent a lot of time reviewing diff foods with probiotics, from imported to grain free… and the results have been astounding! It took a bit of patience but thru the teamwork of the staff and my trust in their passion, I have 3 super happy energetic pets with beautiful shiny coats - a drastic change thru diet alone. As an aside, my son who had some allergic reactions to one of the cats- the allergic reactions have disappeared since her diet change!Thanks Elliot and team! We’re very grateful!!! You are so good at what you do!

The employees there are so helpful and kind! It really made my day when they asked if I had any pictures of my guinea pigs when they noticed what I was purchasing. It was a nice gesture that surprisingly meant alot to me. Not to mention, I am in full support of pet stores that do not sell animals!!!

Went in with a very dirty pooch. Their wash station is a great setup for washing dogs and the price was very reasonable. The staff was extremely helpful. This has become my default pet store.
