Staff is very friendly and helpful! I love the 2 locations that I have been in...one in Cumberland and one in Wakefield, RI. We have used the dog washing station and it is user friendly, and they provide all supplies for $10.00. It is so much easier to wash the dog at a waist high tub instead of doing it at home.

We met our dog here! The Southpaws Express team had us meet them here to introduce us to Penny. We if course got supplies at the store and their staff were very friendly and helpful and I liked the selection, definitely a carefully selected set of items and a well thought out store.

Great products for your pets, staff can sometimes be overbearing but eventually they back off and they are knowledgeable if you need it. Definitely the best dog store in southern RI!

Wasn't able to pick up the dog food that I was looking for even though I called ahead to check that they have it.The girl who worked there "from 3:00" on Tuesday was very rude and unkind. Clearly doesn't know how to say hello and bye to the customers!Not coming back again!!
