Great prices and the guys in there are always willing to help with whatever it is you need related to dabbing, vaping, or just plain smoking, and the prices are great too! Nice selection of pieces ranging from a $20 shelf all the way up to $5k+ heady 1/1 pieces! Love to stop in here anytime I’m in the Tiv/ Fall River area, and they have discounts for veterans and medical patients as well!

One of the few smoke shops that entirely know what they're talking about. Great selection with some flashy show pieces I couldn't buy in 5 lifetimes that honestly I just like to admire. Beyond that, if you're looking for something they don't have, not only do they almost always know what you're talking about, they'll set you in the right direction if they know where to look.

Since I do art work and vape, this is my go to store for spray paint, coils and whatever else I need and it’s just a really chill atmosphere . The people here are so kind, so laid back and cool .The people here always make me feel so welcome, they are patient, so kind and just have a way of making me and their customers just feel apart of something. . I’ve had a few bad days and when I walked into that store and seen the employees, they turned my day around. We make small chat n what not , they’re all nice to talk to. They care about their customers. We aren’t just money to them and that you can tell once you start talking to them. Yesterday I was having a not so great day and I needed a few things so I went by and as soon as I walked in the door, I was met by the cutest and sweetest dog, Grim made my whole day so much better when he ran up to me and gave me lovins.. I have cats and love all animals but there is no better feeling then walking through a door and having an animal, a dog chose to come up and give you love!!! When Grim came up to me.. he changed my whole day around and gave me instant happiness!! I’ve seen him before and never got this kind of attention from him so it made me feel really good. He’s so cute and soft and he chose to give me love and it just made me so happy!! I feel all stores should have pets, they are known to brighten peoples days. When he came up to me, I forgot about the day I had. How could I not, a soft bouncing ball of love and fur made me feel so special because he chose to greet me at the door and give me kisses and even a hug. His owner told him no but I asked if it was ok and told him I prefer to get hugs and kisses because animals to me are better then most people. Their so innocent and so sweet like babies . I could go on n on about my love of animals but I’ll stop here. I just hope to be greeted by Grim every time I walk through that door because he instantly gives me positive vibes and even made me laugh. I’ve gone to this store hundreds of times but Grim coming up to me, was the best experience I can say I’ve had there and I’m sorry to all the employees, they are great but for me the dog wins ! I hope to see Grim next time I go back, I’ll be there more if that happens ❤️🐾 🐶 🐾❤️ thanks Grim you made my day/night so much better !! Love this store and everyone who works there

This place is absolutely awesome the selection in paint is great it's way more convenient than having to order offline the guys who run the store and work there are super nice and very helpful when it comes to questions about certain things you might need help with when it comes to painting and also the smoke shop part I go there mainly for the paint in the art part of the store But those Guys are doing it right 5 star for me and I will continue being a customer there for the basis of the respect they show us and their attitude to promote and help younger guys who also interested in the same thing as keep it going guys

Awesome selection, need a practical rig that won’t break the bank? They have a great selection under $100 and even some for $50 that come with a banger! Can’t beat that! They also have a great variety of your higher end, custom made glass that everyone loves so much. i’ve been going there since I can remember and I’ve never met an employee I didn’t like , highly recommend!

I just moved back to this area and needed a new smoke shop and I think I've found the perfect one! The people at Underground Culture are super knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly! Jack (or Jake I forgot oops) helped me today and was beyond amazing. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This will be my go to spot from now on!

hands down the best smoke shop in the area! Such chill people, that don’t make you feel weird or out of place. Just a overall great atmosphere. They went out of there way to order a specific piece I wanted for Christmas from one of my boyfriends favorite glass blowers and in a timely manner! Always amazed with the staff which always welcomes me back so I will continue to keep going back !!

The great staff and great experience means I will definitely be back again! Parking on the street out front wasn't a issue.

Superb.Vape AND specialty spray paint for the urban conneiseur.Specialized service with low pressure salesmanship.They have a somewhat limited vape section (esp now with the wide sweeping law banning liquid.)But what they DO have is well appointed.I'm a repeat customer.

Come for the amazing selection of glass pieces and accessories, but honestly stay for Jack. Not only was he sure I was happy with my products but he even helped me better understand and utilize CBD more effectively for me and my mother. Jack if you remember me she is doing 100% better now thanks to your advice, you are truly salt of the earth and will always have a customer for life with me. Much love.

Very friendly and knowledgeable stuff. They always make sure you are being helped but are never pushy. My boyfriend goes here all the time for dab straw tips, they are always telling him about new pieces they have for dabbing and talk to him about dabbing techniques.

Can't speak anymore highly of this shop. Any questions I have are answered in depth. They will not guide you to buy the most expensive stuff. I had a problem (my own fault) with a product about 2 weeks after purchase. I called and went down and fixed it immediately. They are now my official go-to shop!! Hands down just amazing service all the way around!!

This place is a little out of the way for me, but it was highly recommended so I stopped in for some CBD oil. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love this place! Im in the shop atleast a few times a week. They have a wonderful selection of many different types of products and the staff is super friendly and incredibly helpful. Plus they always have new iteams so there is always something different to discover. I can't wait for the expansion to be done, its going to be even bigger now so who knows what new unique items they will soon have!
