Wanted to check out a different coffee shop so drove 20 mins out my way to get a burnt bagel (when I specifically asked for lightly toasted)and a Terrible watery iced coffee. I made the mistake of driving off before checking everything out. Never again.. save your time and money! What a joke

I have never, not one time gotten what I've ordered. I hand her a tip, she took it and turned around. not even a smile.ps fake eggs now like DD, yuck

I love pulling up to the drive through or just walking in first thing in the morning. I’m always greeted with friendly faces and my coffee is made before I can even speak. It’s made hot and perfect every time. The girls there are great. Keep up the great job

After having to turn around and go back to the drive thru because I was given the wrong sandwich, not only did the employee not acknowledge there was a mistake when I gave her the wrong one back, but she almost didn’t apologize at all when she handed me the correct one. And when she finally mumbled sorry, it was an afterthought. She wasn’t paying attention to me, but to her conversation with another employee. Mistakes happen, but you don’t treat a customer that way.

They gave me the wrong coffee and when I called the young lady was rude back to me. No matter what you don’t say to your paying customers “don’t give me an attitude”. Because you made the mistake and you inconvenience the customer. Thank you I’ll be ordering from somewhere else and my friends and family will too.

Love coming to this place while out riding my Harley-Davidson. It's a nice little spot to grab an iced coffee, many flavors to choose from, and sit on some comfy chairs outside and stretch your legs . Popular spot for motorcyclist to stop.

Go ahead and take the big train frozen coffee blend off the menu. The last three times I've tried to order one the employees have no clue what I'm talking about. Once or twice I can understand, three times and these people clearly aren't being trained properly.Really fun having kids exited for a treat waiting in line only to realize some teenager inside doesn't feel like doing their job today.

Horrible experience this morning, and the other day. I asked for a certain flavors and she refused both times. She said it was too expensive for the company to make that flavor so she wouldnt do it, when on other occasions I have gotten my coffee or lattes made with those exact same flavors and never gotten told no. She was working drive thru and just seemed fed up with me asking why it wasn't possible, when I have gotten those coffees made before with those flavors. I love sip n dip because of their multiple flavors, but this girl just needs more customer service training.

Stopped by while traveling. Friendly staff good coffee. Ended up with a day old donut, but they all do it. Sure beats going to the orange and pink place

I live right around the corner and every time I come here it leaves a ton to be desired. The attitudes of all employees are awful. The most recent time I ordered something she asked for no clarification and served me the wrong thing like I should have known their were variations. I just don’t recommend going here if you have any other options.

I recently stopped in to try Sip n Dip and was disappointed that their coffee is bland. I drink my coffee black with sugar and when I tasted it, it was like sugar water with a weak coffee flavor. Coffee price is not much cheaper than major donut chains with better coffee. I also got donuts and muffins which were pretty good.

Good selection of donuts and assorted pastries. Excellent cacoila sandwiches. Great coffee. Fast and friendly service in-store or going through the drive-thru. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good size clean parking lot.

It's okay. It might have been a bad donut day, but these were off. The topping was skimpy and not to attractively applied. They seemed a little old or just dry. They may have been on par with Dunkin or another chain, but I hate to be that harsh. I was really looking forward to these donuts, but just could not like them.

Had the buy 6 get 6 donuts free coupon ordered 6 boston cream and 6 chocolate frosted....got home opened the box and had 3 Boston cream, 3 choc. Frosted , 2 French crullers, 2 blueberry and 2 plain....not cool.

They have the best sandwiches and smoothies but they open a little to early and close to late but other than that I love this place and sometimes they have nothing I want but it’s still good That’s probably because there so good everyone wants them lol

I love the buy one get one deal in the afternoon. I like taking my girlfriend here for mocha coffees! Good attitudes from the staff as well.
