This is an amazing place to have some coffee and hang out with some adorable, friendly cats! Some of them were up for adoption and some were not yet because they were still too young. The staff were really kind and informative about the cats and the place was well taken care of and super clean. I will definitely will go there again!Parking: Limited spaces in the back of the building but enough for 10 or so cars.

The cats here are super healthy and very sweet. It’s a large, relaxing space and I enjoyed the gingerbread apple cider I got alongside my visit with the kitties! When I am thinking about adopting again, I will definitely come here.

My family had so much fun. There were so many cats, and some were super friendly and came on our laps. We reserved the room for 1 hr, and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back again.Parking: Parking is behind the building.Kid-friendliness: Room for all!

Very cute place! Many sweet cats!! I had a lot of fun the chai is very good. Kiki kept trying to climb into my arms which I would have loved but her bottom was a bit dirty I think she could definitely use a bath :)

Amazing place! I'm so happy that there is a Cat Cafe so close to my home. Great cats, cute place, good coffee. You're paying a little extra to help out the kitties, and it's so worth it. Everything is a cat pun or named after a famous cat. The café is really cute, and the cat room is adorably decorated and filled with friendly cats. The Russian Blue iced tea was particularly amazing, the Tiger Lily was also excellent. The people were polite yet firm when explaining the rules, and they were friendly. Will definitely go back.

Awesome cat cafe! I've been to a few, and wasn't sure what to expect, but it was beyond expectations! The cafe itself is separate from the cat room, and you can just order drinks and food separately, if you do not want to see the cats. Everything is cat-themed, very clean, and the service and food were wonderful. We got a couple of baked goods, and then some coffee drinks. Love that the coffee drinks were themed names. My son said the cookie was delicious.We did sign up ahead of time and did the waiver online to visit the cat room. Came early in the morning, and we were the first group in there. Love that we were the only group. The room was very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the number of cats in the room. Perfect amount to play with and snuggle. The cats all had different personalities from playful, to affectionate, to grumpy. Love that! We were there for half an hour and really enjoyed our time.Last, I will say that the employees were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend stopping in just to get some drinks, snacks, or to visit the kitties! A great family activity as well, as we took our two school-age children and they loved it.Parking: There is parking in the back.Kid-friendliness: We took our two school age children, and they were welcomed.

This little cozy, cat café was our first visit. Although you need an appointment to visit the cats in the next room which was separated from the actual cafe eating area we was still able to visit one car that the staff brought to our table while he was holding the cat the whole time. I ordered the dairy free hot chocolate made with almond milk which was solo good! I'm hoping they will start selling non dairy cream cheese, plant based breakfast and vegan eggs for the bagels. Great place to chill with family or friends for a little breakfast sandwich and something to drink. FYI. You do have to make an appointment to visit the cats so they are nit overwhelm with to many people in the room where the cats play.

Due to weather, we had to change up my kid's birthday plans so we decided to give Bajah's a try. We know it is a reservation process and also a company that helps homeless animals, so we showed up a few minutes early. We got drinks and a snack, both were tasty. The cats were cute and we enjoyed hanging out with them. I wish I didn't have 3 cats already- I really loved Big Boy and his sister. I love elderly cats.I appreciated the staff taking the time and letting us know the ground rules with the cats. A lot of parents treat animals like toys for their young kids. It's good to know they're looking out for these homeless pets.Very cute cafe and I'm glad we visited. Keep up the good work.

i love bajas cat cafe and have been going here for years. the atmosphere is great and it’s meant to be a quiet and relaxing place. however, i went today and there was a reservation i had for 1 with 5 people. they let in 4 more people with NO reservation when the max is 6. it was loud and the cats were distracted by the people. my boyfriend and i have previously been here and we made a reservation for the wrong day and they did not let us in. what happened today was quite upsetting.

It's April vacation week here in MA, so my family and I decided to take a little day trip to this gem of a place. It was our first time visiting a cat cafe, and we had a blast! Drinks and pastries were delicious, but of course the stars of the hour were the kitties. We had a fun time relaxing in the wonderfully decorated, clean cat room, and made some new furry friends in the process. Will definitely be back in the future, and hats off to the owner who handled it ALL solo.

Bajah's was a wonderful experience. We were fortunate to go when they had 7 kittens. My son absolutely loved it, and I have to admit it was very therapeutic to me.We only had drinks from the Cafe, and they were also delicious.We cannot wait to go back.

This cat cafe was adorable! So happy to have one in RI. I've been to many around the world, and this one was one of the best in terms of the cat room. Very relaxing atmosphere, lots of extremely cute kitties (Kiki had a very cute outfit), and the location is very nice. There is dedicated parking in the back.The folks working there were nice. I'd say the only downside was the coffee - while I did manage to finish it, I wasn't a fan of it. Tasted watery and with a very fake flavor. My mom enjoyed her hot chocolate, so that might be a better bet.I'd definitely come again!

The cat room was awesome, very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed playing with the cats. I gave only 3 stars because the coffee I ordered was terrible-lukewarm with no flavor, probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered a cookie and it also had no flavor. The worker there was also a little pushy with asking for donations. My daughters had boba tea and really enjoyed it though. Would go back just for the cat room only, no food or drink

I've been to many cat cafés throughout the U.S., so I was very excited when I learned that one was finally coming to my home state of Rhode Island!Baja's Cat Café is very cute, clean, and well-maintained. In terms of a cat playroom, you can tell that a lot of love was put into its design. And all the cats have plenty to do on the daily.With cat cafés, the café part is usually hit or miss. Here, I found that it was okay. I didn't really see anything I'd call a "must-have," but it has serviceable options overall.I do wish they had more toy options available for purchase - their selection felt a little underwhelming. But their paintings available for purchase were very cute!My friend and I had a great time socializing with the cats. There were so many of them in the room and a handful of them had such fun personalities. My personal favorites were a super friendly grey cat and a very vocal orange/white kitty. One cat did sadly scratch my friend suddenly with no warning - but that's something that cannot really be controlled! Cats will be cats, after all. Best we can do is try to give them space if they seem overwhelmed/agitated.I definitely would return here again! I hope they consider adding on to their cat toy options. I also must mention that the litter smell in the cafe is a little overpowering - hopefully they'll get some Litter Robot donations in the future! Fingers crossed. 🤞

We were passing through the area and found there were openings in the cat room via their website. The booking process was easy and we arrived and were allowed into the cat room. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the health of the cats. There was a great variety of adoptable cats from young kittens to elderly cats with medical needs. All looked to be very well taken care of. There were a variety of drink options available from coffees made to order to bottled products, baked goods to breakfast sandwiches. It was late in the day so we didn't opt for the coffee or breakfast sandwiches but the brownie was delicious.

Love, love love this little place! Reservations are needed to enter the cat villa and it is $5 per person. Or you can stop in anytime for drinks and other goodies. I’ve been there when there were only two kitties and when there were lots of kitties. Both times were equally enjoyable. The villa is large, bright and full of cat toys, beds and houses. They are very obviously loved and well cared for. I recommend arriving a little before your reservation time so you have time to order before entering the villa.I’m not looking to adopt a kitty, I just love the concept and the atmosphere. Who doesn’t love drinking coffee and playing with kitties?

We had an amazing time at the cat cafe! The owner and staff were amazing, very attentive! You can tell the cats are very well taken care of. We had hot cocoa and a vanilla spice drink which were amazing as well! Highly recommend this place to everyone! It’s so cool to chill with the cats in such a comfortable environment 😊 will definitely be returning!!

To preface: the cats were great and the space was clean and well maintained, and the drink that i got was tasty, so no complaints about that. I’ll even say that the fact that they took orders very slowly seemed to be an issue with their register than of the staff itself, so i was patient and happy to wait for them to resolve their issues and start my order.however, i left my bag behind in the cafe area and didn’t notice until i got home. I called and confirmed with them that it was still there, and told them i’d probably come in tomorrow to pick it up. i ended up going back about an hour later, and the bag was still in the cafe area where i left it, and could have been taken by anyone before i had a chance to retrieve it.
