Well, prior to yesterday's experience, Customer service was good. Trying to quit cigarettes. This place has a great array of vaping products. Yesterday was an eye popper. I waited for a good 5 to 7 minutes with nobody in line just staring at the products while 2 guys behind the desk decided to stare at their laptops looking at doggo videos which is great! Love animals....but no customer service.

Having been unsatisfied with the customer service from a neighboring vape shop, my girl stopped at this vape store to see exactly why they were bad mouthing this shop. Not only, was she feeling fully respected, but they gave her what she wanted at an even better deal than expected. Being very educated, she knows there is 3 sides to a story. So she wanted to see for herself and came home happier that she stopped in to THE JUICE BOX. And I still haven't heard the last of it she continues to tell me in rant and rave about it. Thank you for everything guys .

I had an amazing experience at this vape shop. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable and the owner made it feel like I was visiting friends instead of a business. Overall a great atmosphere for the new and seasoned vaper. Thanks guys!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about The Juice Box & their owners & staff. I've been going here for about 3 years now & consider them my friends. That's the vibe you get when you walk in there. They're extremely knowledgeable in their business & will help you out if you're new to vaping or using any particular products.You could spend hours inside their shop just looking at the decor, and everything they sell. It's almost like a smoke shop mixed with like a Spencer's Gifts combined. Whatever you're looking for, you're sure to find it here.It's not just the prices & products that keep me coming back, but it's the friendliness & demeanor of Jesse & his staff. I couldn't be happier to have found them!! 💯

3 stars due to abnormal business hrs. To late to grab before work and closed before I get home. I mean the potshop is open from 9am to 11pm 7 days a week... But extremely helpful employees and a great selection just wish they had better hours of operation.

Being a regular customer at the juice box, I can confidently leave a 5 star rating. I am always always assisted and guided on what would be the best option for me when I walk through the door. Customer service is always on point, shout out to the owner for being extremely respectful and helpful. Prices are spot on as well. All around a 5 star experience every time I walk through the door.

My first time here, I can see they have a lot of regulars that go in and out. They must be doing something right! I did purchase a very large bottle of hemp and oatmeal shampoo for my doggies. Can't wait to try it! The price for it was reasonable as I have paid up to $20 for a small bottle of shampoo at a pet retail store in the shampoo being loaded with chemicals. 👍

I quit smoking and got into vaping while out in Texas working. I stopped in to the Juice Box while on my home time. It was pretty busy but Jesse took the time to introduce himself and really help me out. Gave me a free bottle of juice also. Very much appreciated. I was planning on ordering everything I need online but now I will only go there. Great LOCAL spot. Support your local businesses and The Juice Box. Thanks Again Fellas...

My #1 and only place I go for any of my vaping and accessory needs. Going here they treat you like family and keep that same level of respect throughout your whole experience in the shop. I recommend the juice box to anybody that could benefit from knowing this awesome place and the people running it.

EDIT: For anyone doubting the validity of this review, I was last there on 10/20/21. Feel free to contact me with any questions about my visit! I don't even know the names of anyone that work there LOL I assure you that this is a real review.**************************************************************************I went into the store recently, and I was quite surprised at the number of affordable items. They actually had vape batteries at every price point, including $10 batteries, which was awesome!The owner was very knowledgeable, and showed me the benefits of different items, as well as the cons of them. Honesty is the best policy in my book, and his frankness was very much appreciated!I also asked about CBD oils, which he was equally knowledgeable about. Overall, the knowledge, friendliness and affordability of this shop make it the best one in the area, as far as I'm concerned. There's nothing worse than walking in to a store, and the associate is "busy" playing on their phone, and doesn't even acknowledge you. Thankfully you won't find that here!It had been a while since I last went here, and I'm very glad that I decided to stop in once again!

I had inquired (via Facebook messenger since there phone line doesn't work) about a vape pen bought there 3 weeks ago that wasn't working. They told me to come by. I stopped by the shop, the owner was very nice and explained the issues to me and I was on my way.HOWEVER, as soon as I left the store and got into my vehicle, I kept receiving Facebook messages from the owners wife stating: " I knew you burnt your cardi" "I told you it wasn't my products" "STAY AWAY FROM MY HUSBAND" "You broke your cardi not my product"I'm not sure how this owner conducts business but its not appropriate or professional. In fact its HARRASSING!! I will never return there again and I will not recommend this store to anyone.My next move will be to contacting the Department of Business Regulations for the illegal items being sold there without a license.

Went in 5 months ago and grabbed a glamee box. And it stopped working. I know it was not out of juice since the last one I had purchased prior lasted me a month. I was sold a dud and when I called to ask about it they told me there is nothing they can do to contact glamee. I did not ask them to take it back. But I was not happy that I spent $30 on a vape that was defective and stopped working within a matter of days. And the owner takes 5 months to respond to this comment and continues to respond in a juvenile and petty way. It’s a wonder you have a business to run. Learn how to treat customers.

June 2020: Went in for suggestions on a new vape. Sold me one for 65. Went home and found it online for 24...complete rip off. I understand they need to make money so I expected a slight price increase but that is crazy to me.Update 3/5/2023: I'm sorry it took you over 2 years to respond but buying online was legal (at least in MA not sure about RI) during my visit. I stand by my review and how you respond to everyone who gives you negative feedback is not helping business I'm sure. Best of luck.

I've tried to go here twice at about 40mins after they "open" and not been able to go in because no one is there. A legitimate store owner would have someone there at least an hour before you open. Clean the shop, get everything prepped for opening, prepare for the day? Last time I'll ever give them a chance. If people are gonna spend money at your establishment, at least have good business ethics?
