Well I've been taking my dog to this location for over a year and a half now he started there as a puppy and he grew very fond of one in particular groomer and as of today she completely failed him send him home completely chopped up what a mess all because he wasn't behaving the way she wanted him to and suggested that I find out if I can get him something to calm him down from my vet before bringing him back I'm very disappointed and he won't be returning my poor puppy looks absolutely ridiculous she didn't complete the job and of course we were not charged but my dog looks horrible I just don't understand how after being groomed by the same person for over a year and a half now that all of a sudden everything went wrong 😔

This store is amazing they employees are so friendly and welcoming they are doing a great job I talked to Amanda on the phone when I had a issue and she helped me in less then five minutes definitely the best PetSmart I’ve been to

Very bad customer service at pet grooming. They made me wait for like forever and finally couldn’t take me in because some of the information is not up to date. This appointment was made like a month ago and no one calls me to check or at least remind me that what information is missing and any paperwork thats needed. The groomer who is supposed to check us in is sleeping on the back and was very mad that we had a morning appointment. I had to ring the bell like multiple times for an early morning appointment and no one opens the door. I always take my both dogs here and used to have very nice people and now it’s going down the drain. Never coming back here

I know 1 bad review might not do a difference but I need people to know not to take your fur baby here , I took mine yesterday to be dematting and bath and haircut for instance my 10 month old puppy dint want to stay I shouldn't let him there , when I pick him up he was a different dog he was completely hair less when i say hairlees he even have bald spots , he came home sad depressed like he suffered abuse he never acted like that he is a very happy and active dog , he havent eat in over 24 hours he cry in his sleep , i will never ever take him there ever again , also when i went to pick him up the groomer who i handed him to didnt even show her face to me !! And I know this doesn't apply to everyone but If you don't love or have a passion to work with other peoples babies just quit because he is my son and it hurts me badly when someone else hurts him. Imagine taking home a complete hairless shitzu when there beauty is there hair ,and also that's there coat he been cold and shaky ever since.
