Great place for all your pets needs, dog grooming, pet food and cat liter, medicine over the counter, toys, kongs, cat nip, liter boxes, cat trees, cat adoption from local rescues available at most locations. Public bathroom not sure? Handicap parking 🅿️ available.

Been bringing my golden doodle here for over 3 years to be groomed. My dog is nervous by nature, but is not aggressive at all. A couple times after his grooming appointment, he had scabs under his ears for about a week after his appointment. I mentioned it to the old staff and they were more careful. Needless to say, my dog gets nervous and is clearly traumatized from this. This morning I had a scheduled appointment for 8am and when I got there, there was about 6 people standing around that I had never seen before. On the booking ap it said "academy student." Funny since I am hugely overpaying (cost me about $130 to get him groomed here). Never had an issue for over 3 years and it's like the people have never interacted with a dog. It was clear they weren't interested in grooming him and they were unfriendly and seemed annoyed I was dropping my dog off. Within 5 minutes of me leaving they called me to say they couldn't cut him. Didn't try to remedy it, make my dog feel comfortable, or fix the situation, just couldn't be bothered to work. Complained on their website and got an email that basically said sorry not sorry. Worthless place, don't bother bringing your pet here. What a waste of time. I'm done over paying at this place and will never go back. Should have left a year ago.

Called yesterday to make an appointment for my dog to get groomed. The appointment was for today. I walk in and there are only two people working and the blonde girl immediately was negative towards me and gave me attitude. I said I had an appointment and I was patiently waiting to be checked in. She asked me who my pet was and when I told her she said “what” because my dog has a weird name and it was his first time at this location. She was just SO rude. Then she tells me, “you don’t have an appointment” and that was it no sorry or do you want to schedule another one. WORST customer service ever. I wouldn’t trust her with my dog anyways. She clearly was just lying because she was overwhelmed with the amount of people coming in and only two people were working. I called this location to make an appointment so either she was lying or they are just idiots who don’t know how to use the scheduling system. Because of this lady, pet smart has lost a loyal customer and I will find another place to bring him to.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Its always easy to find what my pet needs. I've tried Walmart and Dollar stores, but they're always sold out of what my dog will actually eat, and the shelves are a mess! PetSmart has great selection, lots of fun toys and animal clothing, even for guinea pigs! And my dog loves her special treats! There's a whole aisle just for treats, and another for toys, and another for modest to glam leashes, collars and harnesses. I love PetSmart. Going there isnt a chore, but an experience!

This store had everything in stock that I was looking for. I had a few questions and I asked the sales associates and they took their time to locate the other items for me and took the time to explain the information for the items I was looking for. I left the store with much more then just the items I had gone In looking for. There were great sales on toys that my dog adores so of course I had to get him several toys that are of his just. I will definitely return to this store for all of my pet needs.

I love going to this PetSmart I go out of my way to shop here. Good priced items in stock and good floor staff and the Store Manager is always on the floor hard at work and interacting with customers. So professional!

Love my Petsmart! I got my new puppy Miko so many supplies from there. From his new AC/DC sweatshirt and blue bow collar to his new slow-feeder mat. He's gotten so much more and I rarely ever have to return anything here! Salesperson are helpful although its still good to do your own research first. Education is power. Slow-feeder mat was only $5 and change which was 50% off of 11.06 which was a reduced price too.

My Sparky had his grooming done before his trip to Florida . PetSmart staff was able to accommodate him on the same day of our service call. And for that we were very grateful for their help . The grooming service is always out standing .and awesome staff member.

Decent size parking lot for this location. I never have issues finding parking. This is one of the smaller Petsmarts I have been to, but they have most of what you may be looking for. I love to visit the cats, birds, fish, and other animals that may be on site whenever I shop here. Staff is mostly friendly and attentive.

I’ve been bringing my dog to this location for grooming services for a year now and I’ve never had a problem until today. I brought my dog to be groomed by Delilah, and she was nothing but disrespectful to my dog. If she can treat my dog like that in front of me, I can’t even imagine what she was like when I wasn’t there. I could see him in the back whimpering when she was getting him and telling him to stop. She had nothing but a bad attitude even when I first showed up. I’ll be taking my dog elsewhere from now on. Don’t send your dog here.

Pretty awful that you dont update uour website so it says you have something in stock at your store when its something you dont even carry. I drove a half hour for jothing all bc yall cant be accurate

The management should train better the personnel in the grooming salon about customer service because our pets are very important for us and the way they look. I requested my shihtzu hair cut and the girl decided to trim it all out without leaving his face and tail at least with a little hair. It has never happened before. If the hair was matted she was supposed to leave his bear face and tail with a style. Now my pet looks like a rat.

The store staff is kind . And the grooming was AWESOME. I brought my now 13 year old. She was 12 bot full breed rotty. whom I refer to as my lil ham and cheese sandwichlol to be groomed for her 13th birthday and they did a remarkable job. I will refer them to everybody. Much gratitude

Amazing place, way better than other locations! The pets are well taken care of and the staff are friendy! I got a ball python last month from them and they always ask how she is. I just really like this petsmart.

Always has a very helpful team of young people to help with fitting a dog sweeter or answering a question about Seresto flea collars. They have a paperless policy and a lot on both store and on-line shopping. My wife, dog and I really like going there.

It was good. Not enough options for martingale collars, which I found weird since they have training classes on site. I recommend this store to anyone who likes any other petco but if you need a martingale collar, maybe go elsewhere

Took my little guy for his very first grooming service at this location. I booked our appt online and was so happy they had same day availability. Amanda was great! She did a very good job! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Very bad and rude customer service at pet grooming. I don’t know why they call in first place to take appointments and cancel when we stop by for grooming appointments. I had to ring the bell like multiple times for an early morning appointment and no one opens the door. The groomer who is supposed to check us in opens the door because her boss shows up at the door and was very mad that we had an early morning appointment. They made me wait for like forever and finally couldn’t take me in because some of the information is not up to date. This appointment was made almost a month ago by PetSmart team by calling me in about some grooming specials going on for couple of days in April. No one informed me about expired paperwork or at least call me few days before to check or at least remind me that what information is missing and any paperwork thats needed. I always take my both dogs here and used to have very nice people and now it’s going down the drain. Never coming back here.

Head groomer has a terrible personality. She's rude. I booked an appointment online and saw my dogs photo chose him . I booked the appointment and, thought that I was all set. I went to the appointment the next day. This girl pretty much told me I have two accounts and that one has Shipoo and the other Terrier (Pitbull) and told me they can not honor the appointment because the dog breed will take too long. She told me it was booked for a bath only for that Terrier breed. Not true, I ordered a bath and cut. I do have two accounts and didn't know that ok, my mistake but since when you you have to dbl check by finding a details button (very tiny by the way) to check what the dog breed is. I've booked appointments on both sites, not knowing one had the wrong breed and was never told that the wrong breed was in one at the appointments. I was spoken down to, very condescending. I'll never go back, and that is too bad because his cuts have been nice. I always tip 20%. My cuts cost between 80.00 and 98.00 for one dog with add-ons. I'll never step foot in this store again. Off to find a professional groomer who is kind to their customers , i would have understood if she was Courteous instead of Rude. I understand they are short staffed but, people like that don't think of others before they open their mouths.

I've had problems with this groomer in the past, but with the recent better reviews, we tried to take our dog back. Was told our dog was "nervous", who has never had a problem being at the groomer before - I chalked it up to a bad day. They had cut her quick and weren't going to say anything until she started bleeding at pickup. I get accidents happen, but let someone know.The fact nobody would've said anything until she started bleeding makes me wary of coming back.

I DROPPED OFF A HEALTHY 17 YEAR OLD DOG. told the staff I would be in my car if there were ANY ISSUES OR CONCERNS. I walked in to see how things were. They said he was done, only to find out after being there 2 hours, my dog was "TAKING A REST BEFORE FINISHING HIS DRYING" went back to my car. 2 hrs later, I went back in. My dog was on a table TREMBLING IN FEAR. I don't know what happened. My dog was not fully groomed. IT WAS ALREADY PAID. They said " WE HAD TROUBLE WITH HIM TRUOGH HIS FULL GROMING, BATH, AND cut. The dog was terrified. I picked up my dog three times as he fell trembling. I brought him to my sister near by. Gave him water, and cooled him down. The dog could hardly walk he was so OVERHEATED. WHY WAS I NOT CALLED, OR EMAILED TO COME IN FROM THE PARKING LOT THAT MY DOG WAS "HAVING PROBLEMS STANDING UP.". If anything happens to him due to stress and overheating. My next call will be my attorney. My dogs have been going for grooming for 17 years with NO ISSUES". Petsmart needs to address the issues in this store.

The young, male cashier (I'm sorry I didn't get his name), was cashing me out around 5:10pm this evening. He asked me, "Can I ask you a question? Is someone of your size still considered a little person? ... Just wondering because I want to make sure I say things correctly because you know nowadays.....". I have to say I was quite taken aback that someone would say something that rude. I am not a little person and can't believe someone would suggest or insinuate that I was one. I am just short. Customer Service personnel should never speak to their customers in such a hurtful manner. He was quite nonchalant about it as well.
