My dogs both get so excited when they are taken here. Jamie does an outstanding job and always puts cute bows on them. The haircuts are proficient and done carefully. Have taken my dogs here for 4 years and never have a problem.

Rhonda does a perfect job cutting and buffing Marlene's nails! Plus Marlene is very comfy with her! The entire Petco grooming team is wonderful!

Is it normal for an employee to take my phone out of my hand when I was scanning a coupon from the app and then proceed to scroll through my phone “just checking it’s under the right vital care account.” My dog was groomed nicely but I don’t think I want to have to deal with those employees again.

Petco app said that nail trims did not need an appointment. I went to Petco on a Friday and they said I need an appointments on the weekend but it was a Friday which I pointed out to them, and they said that was considered a weekend It took two people for them to explain this and make the appointment. I returned the next day before the appointment time, and my dog was serviced for a total of four minutes to get his nails trimmed, It took more than four minutes for two people to make the appointment and this didn’t make sense so it was a wasted trip back. The groomer also said that she was hoping that was her last nail trim of the day. I’m not sure what she meant by that but it didn’t sound good.

I love every experience I’ve had at Petco. The grooming folks were all very friendly and helpful. And my puppy looked beautiful. We’ll be back!
