It’s been a very different experience shopping with North American. Customer service is non existent and products aren’t as they are advertised. Totally opposite experience at North American and with Marco. My girlfriend opened a new bakery and we had a ton of questions and needed multiple quotes. Anytime I’ve called Marco with any of those questions or texted, he has always answered or messaged right away, regardless of the time or day. We’ve bought several pieces of equipment so far with zero issues. The last piece being a reach in glass door fridge that I needed immediately and Marco was accommodating as always. This bakery is already growing with needs for a walk in freezer in the near future. North American will by my first and only call. Thank you Marco and team. Happy to have you so close by. We are customers for life.

Shopping for a much needed piece of equipment is stressful especially when you're on a budget. Ordered a 48" salad prep unit from this company, (SKU asp- 48 12) and honestly from the moment I ordered it to delivery there weren't any surprises. I am so impressed, Perfect condition upon arrival and in perfect working order. It came in a wooden crate which was a pain (for me) but kept it from any imperfections. I would absolutely order from this company again. It was delivered 48hrs from my online purchase as well! Runs perfectly and I love the digital thermometer on the front. Hoping it will last for at least 5 years. Will definitely update at a later time! This company will definitely be our go to at Mitzi's Table!

I have opened several restaurants with Marco's help and they have gone flawless from ordering, to delivery, to communication. I made the faulty mistake of getting an 8foot make line from a different vendor. Ordered a refrigerated sandwich station from them. Confirmed I would not be able to meet them until 1:00 pm on the delivery date. Actually spoke to the delivery driver that morning and confirmed the drop off time. Got to work at 1:00 promptly, and there was my new sandwich unit sitting in front of the entrance to my restaurant. It was disappointing because I needed help installing it and they were supposed to take the old broken unit with them. I called to voice my displeasure and all I got were apologies. Apologies don’t make up for inadequate customer service. Buy at your own risk!!!

We have just opened our 2nd restaurant and have used Marco for all our equipment since opening our 1st almost 6 years ago. All of our original equipment still works with absolutely no problems, but we bought with confidence with their free extended warranties... of course, typical, I didn't have to use any of them. Marco and his team arrive at a scheduled time, deliver (free of charge) and install (not gas) all equipment exactly where you want them without any damage to equipment or premises.
