Checked your website for your hours. Website says store is open until 10. The sign in the door says 9. Might want to fix that. I wasn't the only customer trying to get something here.I would also suggest an inventory check because a lot of the items you claim to have in stock, are not. Such as a specific ceiling fan I was looking for that was supposed to be in a front bay was not there. The employees were scrambling trying to find it because in their hand held it also said it was in stock and in the front bay.

I had a water heater go on me before the warranty expired and after speaking with Whirlpool, Lowes did honor it. A big shout out to the manager Connie there, that was extremely helpful through the whole process and made sure everything worked out perfectly. Thanks Connie!

This place is an absolute joke! Horrible customer service... Which isn't even fair to say, they are great at customer avoidance. Been there many many many times and have never had a good experience with an employee.Let's get into 2 specific visits. Went to Lowe's 2 weeks ago looking to set up a measurement and quote for a carpet install. Stood at the flooring desk for 15 minutes before an employee walked by. While the employee who I swear had a "Lowe's expert" shirt on tried his hardest to avoid eye contact while he slither by I managed to stop him and ask if anyone was around the flooring section. He said their should be. He looked left and right like he was trying to cross the street and then just walked away. I knew he made no attempt to call anyone over so I waited another 5 minutes and left. Fast forward a week and I came back with my 9 month pregnant wife to give it another go. This time started strong! Edgar was at the desk and asked us if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and he seemed like he was actually going to help us out. We picked out a carpet that we liked and he said he just needed to verify they had it out back. I kid you not 20 minutes passed and he never came back. At this point my wife wanted to get out of there, then we see ol Edgar helping someone in the light section. Thanks for nothing Edgar!On our way out I was going to ask to speak to a supervisor but she was too busy talking to the employee that stands at the self checkout. Overall 0/10 experience. You guys are a joke and should close down for a few weeks for some serious retraining.

Love going to Lowe's to shop for hammers. They tend to get worn down because of how often I have to teach my nagging wife a lesson. Nothing too serious just a broken hand haha. My daughter is an angel though and she also loves this place.

I had lowes replace my cellar windows, very recently and my old ones that I had let in cold air in the winter..I took the initiative and let lowes do the work5 stars for the whole process...would hire again for another Job..

Went in looking for a breaker for my spa. Had trouble finding it on the shelf. Already went to two other stores that also said they had it. I was pretty frustrated. Shawn spent sometime combing the shelves and eventually found it. I will look for him again next time I need help. Thanks again

Bought a washer and dryer a year ago (2022). The washer (Whirlpool - thought it was a decent brand) wouldn't drain. Eventually got a repair person to come. He had to watch videos on his phone in order to "perform" his diagnostics. Then he needed to make a couple of calls. Then he tried to fill the washer and proceeded to overflow the tub making a mess in the basement (with no offer to help clean up). Finally after his calls and experiments he determined that a new computer and a pressure valve would solve our problem. He claimed that it will take a week to get parts and then he'll be back. I'm not holding my breath.If you buy appliances from Lowe's, be sure that you can fix them yourself because their customer service stinks.

Lowe's is not a good place to buy appliances. We bought a refrigerator and had a scheduled delivery date, got a confirmation of delivery call the night before. We unloaded and moved our old fridge to our garage. The morning of delivery I got a call from Lowe's warehouse telling me they didn't have the fridge to deliver and didn't know when they would have one. I obviously wasn't happy and contacted Lowe's customer service. There response was oops, sorry.That's how concerned they were. Manny's in Sutton is a much better place for appliances and customer service.

It's a Lowe's! This one is easily accessible - not in a crowded shopping center. Staff is friendly and helpful - and long time employees - I have seen and worked with the same ones for years. Update 2024-04-06: still a nice Lowe's.

Stick to Home Depot - went in to buy appliances and plumbing fixtures for a new apartment, first sales contact (Jon) was exceptional and helped us eagerly, but wit was closing time on a Friday night and we said we’d be back tomorrow to order and bring the truck. Next day new crew, Brian was helpful but manager (Keith?) said “no sale” to what would have been a substantial order, seems the one oddball 24” range on display (which is what we needed) despite being the only one in the Lowe’s system anywhere. Said he can’t sell that one and no idea when anymore come in, so scratch the effort to buy the whole apartment there. Luckily Home Depot says they can get us the same range this week, no problem. As rental property owners we do a ton of business yearly, guess we stick with HD ahead.

Great please for everything you need for home renovations, Always good customer care. The one thing that people should be aware of in the company should be aware of is there's a Walmart right next door that undercuts you on the price of most basic goods and you should probably compete because you're losing business to them on a daily basis including mine for some materials!

Not great. Tried to grab some paint and was completely ignored. Rang the help needed bell, not one came. The various employees were completely ignoring my existence. Dropped my paint cards and left.

Convenient local box store. The lumber was mediocre for our project needs. We passed on it and went to Beauchmin Lumber for higher grade lumber for our specific needs.Had the paint and accessories I needed for my other project. I appreciate the stores convenience. Employees were helpful.

My installation was scheduled for today 3/31 and when the dishwasher installer went to pick it up it wasn’t in there. Somehow Lowe’s misplaced the dishwasher and they had my name attached to someone else’s order named Mark in Massachusetts. Now I have to wait another week. I originally ordered the dishwasher on 3/9 so it should have been delivered to me by 3/18 but due to another mistake on Lowe’s end (employee never charged me for the dishwasher installation so I had to go in person on 3/17 to pay for that) I was rescheduled to 3/24 then 3/27 and then 3/31. I’m officially done purchasing appliances at Lowe’s after this and will not be using my Lowe’s credit card either. The next time I need appliances I’m going to Home Depot.

The guy was very nice in the paint section. But they didn't have what I needed, and then I was overcharged by a young guy for 2nd hand paint. It was 10$. He charged 20$. I rarely go to Lowe's. So the next day I went to Home Depot & they had exactly what I was looking for & I wasn't overcharged. Sorry, Lowe's but I'll stick with Home Depot.

Had a great experience with Marisol. She was so helpful while I shopped for a new refrigerator. She was super knowledgeable on the product selection, and helped me get the best price on it! I’ll be coming back for a stove and microwave soon, and I’ll definitely be asking for Marisol.

Customer Service is atrocious. Second trip of the day. Spent half an hour in the tool section looking for a specific device. Roughly six associates passed by me, two of which actually excused themselves as they walked by. Not one of them aknowleged my presence and asked to help me. Chatting in the isle Six feet away. What made me put my items back and head towards the exit is a woman asking another customer if he needed help, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE. So I spoke to a manager in the front to the store on my way out who apologized and saod he would have a talk with the department supervisor.... thanks for that. You think he would offer to escort me back to the department and help me? NOPE.So, I went out to my car and got the slip and the items I purchased an hour ago and went to the Customer Service Desk. I was greeted and ask for the reason I was returning the items. I replied that it was because of the terrible customer service I received in the tool department. And... nothing. She didn't say a word. I questioned the associate why she had nothing to say. Her response, "I don't know what to say". Well, she handed me my cash and I said thank you. She handed me my receipt and I again said thank you. Again.... Nothing. This store needs some serious retraining on customer service. It's a shame because this store is in the town I live in It will be super inconvenient to have to travel 20 minutes to Home Depot. Do better LOWES.
