Visited the hardware store to get some paint and stood at the paint counter waiting patiently for assistance because the clerk was waiting on someone but he knew I was there and he chose to do other things once he was done with the other customer. I went and asked if he could help with the paint and he just seemed like I was putting him out. I wouldn’t complain but he knew I was waiting and just seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. Customer service just isn’t what it use to be.

Awesome people at Leeway. Been buying there for years for myself and material for work. Great having them right down the street from my house and where I work. They always have what I need and are always helpful. Tons of stihl products available as well. My go to for stihl!

We shop here every spring for our vegetables and annual and perennials. The staffs is always very helpful and friendly. There is cute little Shop that has a variety of things that make a perfect gift. The hardware store has Benjamin Moore paint, things for BBQ, pet supplies, YETI products and of course your home hardware needs.Picture is of my Proven Winners Bubblegum Petunia that are thriving. This is 3 plants.

I have recently started using leeway for my curbside pick up needs during these pandemic times. They are wonderful to deal with. I understand how busy and understaffed stores are and I’m sure curbside is a nuisance but as a new mom doing her best to maintain some sense of normalcy while keeping the baby out of stores this place is amazing! Their pricing is great and often you can use your ace rewards for some great deals. The parking lot is roomy and their plants are the best quality around.

Excellent Customer Service by the cashier and the gentleman that loaded our truck. Wrong unit was originally loaded, and it ended up being a damaged unit. The gentleman called and personally delivered us a new unit within the hour. The lovely young lady at the front counter who originally cashed us out was equally wonderful. We wish her luck in her singing competition.

I've been shopping at leeway for 10 years now the prices are better than Lowe's and home depot they stock just about everything that you could possibly need and the help is always excellent

Drove from Mass down here due to fact they had what I wanted in stock. This place is set up very odd, situated off road near RT 146, the parking is definitely a strange set up, small top parking lot, then parking space littering a very narrow hill. The store itself is tucked along the side of the hill but they also have a separate nursery/garden center farther down the hill.The store itself is very tight inside, aisles very narrow and stuff crammed on shelves. The front counter area is also very tight, two registers, not much room to get by. The good thing about Ace, they have a lot of stuff in stock and its better than the big box stores due to convenience and you can find things easily. Not sure I would come back to this location since it is so small and tight inside.

Always friendly and helpful local hardware and plant store. I am tired of going into a big box store, not knowing where something is, chasing down a non existent employee, who then does not know where to find your item as well. What a hassle ! The item may be a dollar more at Leeway, but the quality of service and attentiveness at this family owned store is what you need and want. I have been coming here for decades and they have only improved their store with time. The excellent service has never changed.

I always find what I am looking for. The plants r always lovely. I have had very good luck with the perennials that I have purchased. The merchandise in the plant store and outside is great. I find the prices to be reasonable. Enjoy shopping there summer and holiday time.

This is my go-to place. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and they take their time with you. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores and if it's a little more that's ok because it's supporting a local business. I needed a piece of glass to repair a door, they had it, I needed guidance on my landscaping, they provided it. If you haven't been there yet, they are more than just a hardware store. If you are looking for a customer centric atmosphere with knowledge and experience then Leeway Ace Hardware is the place to go. Thank you for helping me select the right products yesterday!

There are two kinds of employees here-the lawn and garden center are wonderful, a couple of the front end employees in the main hardware store could learn a little from the others with greeting, assisting and thanking frequent customers instead of standing there looking like they're not enjoying what they're doing. I've decided to shop elsewhere when I can.

I love the feel of a old mom&pops store! That's how it is there,when your walking in the main building the wooden floors creek under your feet!everyone who works there treat you like your family.also they have a wonderful shop for decorating your yard or even indoors it's like a hallmark store for your yard! I found a fragile beautiful hand blown glass piece for my kitchen window.

A great hardware store, plus many seasonal and specialty items. The only place I found around that has 50lb salt blocks for our water softener.Good prices on mulch, soil, and composted loam. They can sell by the half-yard if you have a pick up and don't need a bigger load.

I've been shopping here for 19 years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They carry everything Home Depot or Lowes carry only better service. If you don't see what you want, ask. They most likely have it. Being a small store, they don't display everything.

I come here daily for hay, shavings, grain and basically all my horses and other animals needs. There hasn't been one time where I have had a pleasant interaction with a full time employee at the register named Sarah. The consistent lack of interest, care, or basic manners has reached a point. It's very rare that she isn't working and I have given the benefit of the doubt that she's been having a "rough week" for MONTHS. It's a clear indication this employee does not care for their job, the customers, or the service. I would not recommend interaction with her, absolutely ask for a different employee. The rare times I get to speak to someone else and not Sarah is very pleasant and what customer service should be.
