The merchandis at Kohl's is of very good quality and fits me well. I am on a fixed income and therefore cannot afford to spend much. However, there's always great choices in the Plus Sizes and great deals on the clearance and sales racks. I always manage to find quality clothing at great prices and the store personal are eager to assist me and are very knowledgeable about the merchandise.

I mean, every time I go, I have no rewards or kohls cash linked to my account. And I shop here often. After i completed my purchase, they handed me ten dollars in kohls and told me i only had a couple of days to use it before they expire. Then I find a 20% off offer on the app, and when I try to use it, I am told I can't use it on name brand merchandise. 👎

Ordered some candles on sale as a gift only to find out a few days later that half my order was canceled and only 3 measly candles were mailed instead of the 6 that I originally ordered. If you’re going to notify people late that they are not going to receive the order that they THINK they are, the least that Kohl’s can do is give people free shipping.

Bought 2 items online with a 30% coupon with $10 Kohl's cash that was applied.Two days later another email stating that what I ordered would apply to the get $10 off a $50 purchase. I had to return both items, repurchase the items only to find out that my original purchase of $52.50 is now $55.50. Why? Because they take the $10.00 off right away then apply the 30% off.Buyer beware.

Love Kohl's, my wife's go to place.she always finds a deal.she spends over an hour in this store, nice staff, great merchandise, plus sneakers, shoe's everything full blown clothing store. This place is very clean, clean bathroom, plenty of parking, plus handicapped parking spots. Price's are, love the Kohl's cash!!!👍🏻

Friendly fast service and willing to help you if needed. They go above and beyond for their customers. And I even opened a Kohls card which saved me around $127.00 dollars well worth the small trip there . Who needs a mall when you have a place like this .Thank you Kohl's

The store is neatly organized, and the staff is well-trained and readily available. This is a smaller store than some other Kohl's but they had everything I needed. The store was relatively empty on a Sunday evening at 7 p.m. When you spend a little bit of money here, they give you some Kohl's cash to use later. One downside is every time at checkout they asked you if you want to open a Kohl's charge.

I always thought Kohl's was expensive. They had an awesome sale. The worker said they have sales like that at the end of every season. We had bought over $1,000.00 worth of clothing for less then $400.00. I will definitely shop at Kohl's in North Smithfield again.

The parking lot is a decent size. Finding a parking spot is not too bad. The staff seem to be pretty friendly. Some prices are a little high, but you can actually find some really good deals on some nice items here. On certain holidays the line extends into the aisles, but don't let the size intimidate you because the cashiers keep the lines moving.

I have heard that this particular Kohl's isn't very big & doesn't carry as much of a selection as other ones do- & that they couldn't ever find anything they were looking for- but I have been very lucky on this trip. I found plenty of good sales & things I liked throughout this store & I got everything on sale- & when I went to cash out- I received an extra 20% off on all of my clearance items! I was surprised & very thankful- & the cashier was very pleasant & she folded my clothes with care while bagging them, & I told her I appreciated that. I will be returning.
