Our cat is 20 and in good shape for his age, but many groomers won’t consider taking him as a client because of this.Dtails is the exception! They were able to remove most of his matted fur that was painful for him, and gave him a bath. He’s definitely a happier cat now! We had a really hard time finding a groomer for our aussiedoodle. She would come home stressed every time and would be running away from the building every time we went to other groomers. We then found dtails. Our dog Meiko is a completely different dog now and is happy going. Morgan is amazing with her and she is even excited to see here every time! She always looks perfect after going.

We have taken our German Shepherd to Dtails twice now and both times have been really great experiences. After an oatmeal shampoo/condition for her itchy skin, she is the softest we’ve ever felt. And she clearly feels happy and comfortable with the groomers because they expressed how well-behaved she was. Will definitely be returning!

Amazingly clean, girls are talented with my Biewer Captain. He's usually skittish around other dogs, but he couldn't wait to get off his lead. Today I took his lead off and he was excited and tried to run downstairs. I have a forever salon ❤️

Dtails Pet Salon is worth the drive! I traveled from Newport to find a professional and knowledgeable groomer to bathe and and clip my cat Jasper. They have a great selection of pet foods, treats and accessories. The staff is friendly and most importantly, Jasper left his appointment so clean and perfectly clipped (and he wasn’t stressed). I can’t wait to go back with my pup Lillyanna and give her a salon day. Also can’t wait to SHOP their selections!

Our pup Finley has been to Dtails twice. First bath and first haircut for him. Both visits were such a positive experience. Their salon is immaculate and the staff is welcoming and friendly. At his second visit he ran right to the door. You can see how much they love animal and treat your pet like their own. They do a fantastic job. Kayla gave him his first bath and groom and he was so relaxed and comfortable he almost fell asleep. Karissa gave him his first haircut on the second visit and spent over 3 hours with him. He went in a shaggy mess and came out perfectly groomed. Their services are well worth it and Finley already scheduled for another appointment.

I was on the verge of crying from making so many calls to many different groomers w absolutely no luck… I literally prayed to God before I dialed DTAILS! My Prayers were answered !!Phenomenal work !! Great staff and we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who also serviced my FUR SON PEANUT !! We love you Karissa! They did an amazing job! Rio felt so soft and cute as ever with bow in hair! Hard to find anyone who will return your call and their response was prompt. They even went out of their way to reschedule due to the upcoming nor’easter! We were greeted by super friendly staff and was given a free sample to try without pushing to buy. Loved the mobile spa! Karissa is so knowledgeable, fun, high energy to keep your pups excited about their groom, etc. she did a great lion shave on our older kitty, and a full groom bath on my 3 year old 80 lb pup. They loved her instantly. It’s a few extra bucks to have the concierge service but so worth it for animals who don’t do well in the car or just for someone who is as busy as me!

I just recently started taking my senior dog to get groomed and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Our shy boy looks fantastic and smells clean for 4 weeks after being groomed. Both groomers did an amazing job and our boy was relaxed and excited when I arrived.

Prices are not accurately expressed on the website, be aware that you will be charged far more than you could imagine for a dog groom. I went in thinking this would be a little higher than the average groom based on the reviews, never did I expect to pay over $600. & on top of that tip the groomer $100 not realizing that would be under 20%. Almost $800 for 2 dogs. One of which was already shaved 2 weeks prior to the groom. But I was charged anyway for a haircut and dematting - which by the way is $50 per 15 minutes which isn’t shown on their website. And if your dog has matting expect to be handed their fur and a lecture. I will fully admit my sheepdog had matting on her chest because she pulls against her harness, but to be shamed for it is ridiculous. Take your dog to another reputable place that will provide the same service and care for your pet without taking advantage of your wallet. Pictured are my dogs before and after.

Dtails does an incredible job taking care of my senior dog. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. They make sure she leaves looking fresh and clean, but also accommodate her needs as she does have to take breaks often to rest. This is the fourth time I've brought her here and I would fully recommend you consider bringing your furry friend here too!

Our YorkiePoo, Carmen, is very particular and can be very difficult when groomed. Kayla is very patient with Carmen and I honestly couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else. Kayla does an exceptional job and is by far the best groomer we have found. If you aren't taking your pets to D'tails, you're definitely missing out!!!
