They are so kind, so caring. I know each individual has their own experience, but mine was amazing. They have been great with buddy, our family dog. We just lost his mom from heart failure a few months ago and found out that buddy also has heart issues. They did the necessary testing at an affordable cost ( based on income/assistance) and helped us get him on the right medication. Thank God he is doing better now. I know my whole family is so grateful 🙏 to them all! They have amazing staff and doctors, and I love how they help those who love their pets as family. So many people struggle to afford vet care, and this organization helps with that. I am so glad they are there! Thank you for all you do! ❤️

We had to give our sweet Daisy "Snoodle " to The Rainbow Bridge today 01/02/2024. They were very accommodating, kind, and compassionate! Our family was lucky enough to have our Snoodle for 9 wonderful years. We guess her age between 11-13 as we don't know too much about her past and what we do know was not very good! She had 7 years until cushings grabbed hold! They(PIN) gave us 2 more years with our sweet girl and gave her the peace she deserved at the end!!! Thank you to the vets, techs, and all the staff at Potter League Pets In Need!!!

I was able to take my kitty here (there's a long waiting list!) But it was really worth it. I'm disabled and on a tight budget, but the costs were much more inexpensive than our former vet. Everyone was so kind and the tech and vet were really wonderful to us. It was the 2nd time my kitty had seen a vet, so he was a little nervous, but they were able to keep him calm.

Had to have pet put down. Staff was very curious and friendly. Very understanding !! From 0-10 I would give them a ,15 . Much cheaper than any other vet doing the same thing . Love this place

Best vets around, they saved my Dog Dallas's life with a risky surgery no other clinic wanted to do for the price pets in need did... literally 1/8 the the price it cost. We bring All our dogs here for shots and checkups and nail clippings.The staff from front desk to the surgeon have EXCELLENT customer service...

Staff is so caring and considerate when you are scared that your fluffy best friend is sick. I was extremely satisfied with the level of compassion these people have...they truly love animals. My poor kitty Daryl wasnt feeling so good and i cant afford expensive vet bills. They helped me outtremendously with everything. Daryl seems to be doing much better thanks to the people at Pets in Need veterinary. (even though he was hiding under the chair in the exam room)

Kind, caring staff.. My kitten needed his eye removed which the charge was beyond resonable... They did an amazing job and they were able to get my Onyx in right away.. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.. I will continue to use them as my vet for always!! Thank you so much!! Onyx's eye has healed beautifully and he is a normal, playful kitten... I dont know what I would of done without them !!!

Pets in Need is a quality veterinary clinic that I've brought my pet in to be checked on given her older age. It's a nin profit clinic that has a sliding scale fee based on one's income. The care is top notch and can be much less expensive than most veterinary practices.

Wouldn't see my sick 12 week old puppy until January!! What the hell kind of person professes to love animals, but can't fit in a puppy for 8 months? Forget this place! I found a low cost vet who saw my puppy on her lunch break so she could start her shots, heartworm, flea & tick medicine, antibiotics the whole works. Forget this place! I'll find a few extra dollars for a GOOD VET, not one who doesn't care enough to see a new puppy.

I have always been happy with Pets in Need. I have been with them for a couple of years now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.However, I was disappointed by my last visit.I took my dog in for a "Sick Visit".After the exam, I was informed that my dog needed vaccines. It didn't seem that they were busy so I asked them to give him the shot and they told me that I had to make a new appointment and come back more than a month later.Now I will have to make another trip from Western Cranston and pay for another office visit in addition to the cast of the shot.This organization is meant to help people with limited incomes.

Appointment fee$25 goes toward exam fee $30. That was great to hear. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Felt comfortable. Big waiting room for space between animals. Only thing I didn't like is they don't take scratch pay. You have to pay in full. Even with discounts, our bill was $135. I ended up going half with my friend so her cat could have blood work and pain meds.

Really not happy with the front desk service. Called before going to see if I can pick up some Heartgard pill for my dog because we are running out of it. I gave her my dog's full name. She says yes, sure, you can come over without problem. Upon my arrival, she says it is against law to give me any pills because my dog is overdue for a yearly check, to which I explained that I tried to make an appointment at the beginning of the year but their staff told me it is not due till the end of 2022! Now, I drove myself there for NOTHING! Why don't you tell me when I was on the phone that I can not have the pill? Are you so desperate to have people in your office (because it is empty) or simply out of boredom that you don't care about other people's TIME and GAS money? It is not right to treat your customer in this callously way! How would you feel if you are on the receiving end?

The people here love my kitties. They're gentle, calming and obviously love animals. And the best part? If you're on any type of government assistance, PIN charges so much less than a regular vet. If you need an inexpensive vet that does a good job, go here.

This week was my first visit to this facility. I was very impressed, not only with the facility overall, but with the kind and knowledgeable vet Dr. Schenck. She listened to my questions and provided answers. The office reception staff were pleasant and efficient. Any call I made was responded to right away or a return call made in a reasonable time. I have had many pet companions over the past 40 years and must say this place is one of the best. I have a dental service scheduled and am hoping for a cancellation so I can get her in earlier. I'm concerned about the wait. I feel very confident about the services provided.

Very good vetnerians there. My puppy had an exam and got all his shots, up to date. Great place and you save money, while having a healthy pet.
