Would not buy any of their products. They have Absolutely no customer service. First time buying their product and what a waste. My dog has worn his collar 5 days and it is already coming apart. Contacted customer service and they are trying to blame it on my dogs chewing it. Really?! Never had this problem with any collar we have bought in the past.

They are craft(wo)men of the highest talent, making beautiful and sturdy products. They are also very giving- helping new rescue parents be spoiled with leash, collars of specific need and harnesses to ensure success. This co. Is amazing check tjeir catalog out! Reasonable and "CLYDE" tested!!!
