Owners were lovely and welcoming. Briggs needed a last min nail trim and we didn’t even have an appointment. They mentioned they were slow at that point and took him right in! Took less than 5 min. Very happy pooch and owner here! You can tell they care deeply for their clients and for the services they provide. We’ll return very soon! Thanks again!!

I am in town visiting and before we leave I want to have my small dog looking amazing as always. The lady refused to take my dog because is not worth it to her since I am not a regular customer. What a way to do business. Thank you I know now where not to go when I visit the state.

I have been going to pucci's for twenty years. They are amazing. They have told me when they tthought my dogs were ill and I took them to the vet, and they were correct. They care so much a About the dogs they groom.

I love it!! Owners are super nice, caring and provide a lot of helpful information. My Yorkshire's hair usually goes back to a mess within a few hours after grooming and is been 3 days and looks like he just came out of Poochies.

I left a review but it has been deleted Billy was amazing, I give him 10 stars But 16 months ago Dee tossed me out before grooming Rex, as I asked for his collar to be tightened So I traveled to Petco had a great experience, but in Feb he was thrown out, and he will not be groomed he will not allow me to touch him in many areas. I don't think I can get him groomed anywhere, no one will touch him. I may have to give him to a no kill shelter if I can't find someone to groom him. And I put a lot of the blame on Dee I thought she was a friend, and I raved to friends about them And I say Billy is great but Dee not even close to great. She has caused me a massive problem with my dog, a daily problem And as the hair grows it just gets worse

I have had various terriers for the past 30 years and have groomed them myself and had many professionals also. I have used Poochies for the past 11 years and find them to be exceptionally well qualified and reliable. My current terrier has had beautiful grooming during that time. They are punctual and the dog is always done at the promised time.

I don’t normally leave reviews but in this situation I just had to! My dogs name is Machacha ! She’s an 8 year old female yorkie/poodle who suffers from extremely bad anxiety and is oh so nervous every time she goes out not only to the groomers but in general ! She bit the poor owners which I was just so embarrassed and I felt bad but that didn’t stop the owners from providing excellent service to my dog they really went above and beyond and were so patient ! I’ve recommended this place to my friends because I loved everything about the salon and the owners !!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DANGEROUS GROOMERS!!!! My dog received a full dog groom at Poochies East Side, about a month ago, and got a bad cut on his chest. He needed antibiotic shots from the vet the next week after it got infected. The week after he needed wound treatment from the vet to further prevent the infection from spreading. The two trips to the vet cost $650 including the sedation. I was not even told he was cut on his chest an could not see the cut because it was covered by his fur. A week later it became infected, my dog stopped eating, sleeping, and could barely move for a week. It was terrifying. I am writing this review to hopefully prevent another dog from going through a similar experience.

This is an edit after going to a new groomer to find out that my dog has an old bad scar right on the top of his left eye that I wasn't aware of!! It is covered by black spotted hair. My dog did not have any groomer for years but Potochies. Now I understand why they acted as the following:After being a customer for quite some time giving them buisnes, they refused to groom my dog because he is old. After making appointment I was cancelled twice not by the phone but after making the time and effort showing up. Not mentioning how rude and main to tough dogs that are very nervous for apparent reason!.They posted a reply to my review and the least I can say that my dog is a shih tzu, so they don't even know the right bread!. Their reply is a made up story and I wish I could post a picture of my dog and their message. On the top of being nasty they are also a terrible liars too.Please don't do buisnes with them for your own sake.I'm definitely going to report them to the appropriate authorities.

They take really good care of if the dogs. Small family own business. They will trim my dogs nails in between visits free of charge, which is amazing
