We were greeted when you entered the store and were quickly directed to the products I was looking for. A worker who was stocking the shelves offered assistance when I could not initially find my cat's regular food. She helped me find the food, and it was even on sale. Service at checkout was a breeze, thanks to Reilly, who bagged everything and offered assistance with the heavy bags. It wasn't needed, but the offer was nice.

Really a great friendly staff at this location! They went the extra mile to inform me when a product I wanted was back in stock, called me, put it aside for me and honored the sale price! The assistant manager, Giovanni was awesome. Would recommend this store to any pet owner!

Overall the best store I have been to yet. I usually ALWAYS go to petco & I am never happy when I go. The staff here at PSP really amazed me when I first went in. They are kind, they are willing to help you find what you are looking for. Also the prices were very reasonable. I have 5 fur babies, & this will be my store going forward. & majority of the selection of items are clean & healthy, so I don’t have to guess if I’m making a good choice. They have great products. & I won’t have to worry about my dogs getting sick. I will also be starting my grooming here & check out how the vet care is. All I know is PETCO ain’t it. I would highly recommend this place over any other pet store. Period ! 🏽

The staff at this pet store are so knowledgeable and helpful. They really care about the animals they sell. I shop here frequently and from the mammals to the fish they have guided me in the right direction regarding care. I was there tonight with my friend who wanted to buy a small animal for her son and Ashley provided great advice. She had really done her research on hamsters and knew everything about them. She made sure that we knew the real facts about hamsters and what they truly need from a care perspective.

This establishment is ALWAYS clean and extremely well organized. It seems as though they NEVER run out of what you need (and didn't KNOW you needed!). The shelves are always fully stocked. Im always surprised by the amazing sales and deals they have and how long they last! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all types of animals and pets. Not only am I happy when I leave the store with my purchases, but so are my kitties when I get home with it all!

Manager is incredible! He definitely knows how to lead his team. I absolutely know him by face, he has been there for several years but I am horrible with names. I have regularly frequented this Pet Supplies Plus location in North Providence due to the wonderful, friendly service. So often I am offered assistance with carrying items from store to car, or finding an item (and fyi…it is not because I am elderly or have a physical limitation, they offer to help many!

I really enjoy coming to this store and other Pet Supplied Plus stores locally. They are always fully stocked and their prices are very reasonable. They have an awesome rewards program. I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful which is a plus. I have two cats and never have issues in finding their food or supplies. Happy cats make for a happy owner ☺️

Customers be aware:. I go to several Pet Supplies Plus' and never have an issue. This store on Mineral Spring Ave is less than mediocre. Poor customer service. Prices marked one price however you get to the register and it rings up a higher price. When these flaws happen on the consumers part they generally take responsibility. This manager refused to give at the price marked. When I mentioned about other stores honoring there errors he walked away without saying a word.

I gave this pet store a 5 star rating, which I would never give to anyplace that sells puppies. But, my best friend bought a Pomeranian puppy there about 30 years ago! I couldn't believe that they were still in business! Dusty was the sweetest little guy you would ever want to meet. He loved everyone. He was so cute and sweet my sister went and bought one elsewhere, she got the exact opposite he was a little monster. This is a small pet store, so he is limited on supplies he has on hand, but will order anything you want within reason. And he assured me he doesn't use puppy mills. I do have to say, Dusty wasn't sick a day in his life. So I highly recommend this place.

Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite place to shop for my pets needs. When you walk in the staff always greets you. Everyone is very friendly and offer to help you with any issues you have finding a product. I recommend getting all your pet products here.

Purchased 15 fish from this place yesterday to put into our tank. This afternoon we came to check on them and 5 of them were dead. Our existing fish are perfectly fine (and not aggressive), yet 1/3 of the fish we purchased were dead within 24 hours of the purchase. Cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this situation.

Have to find a new place for my dogs food after my most recent visit. Upon first walking into the store I was hit by some horrible odor and the attempt to cover it with chemicals. When I got to where the dog food was I went to grab the last bag of the small breed Taste of the Wild formula. Under and behind the bag was an amazing amount of mouse droppings. I quickly looked around and saw more of the same around the rest of the bags in the area. I understand that this happens from time to time with dry foods like this, but the store has a culture of placing new bags over old mouse droppings instead of cleaning them. Hopefully the new location in attleboro will have better cleaning standards.
