I have taken my dog to Lisa for 5 years now ! The owner is the best. I can always get an appointment, even when they are busy. They are so kind to my dog and make me feel comfortable leaving my dog there. My dog always look so adorable when they leave the groomers love them! Lisa is the best !!!

Lisa is amazing with my dog. She is very attentive and gentle with him to the point he enjoys going there. She also remembers his skin sensitivities and always takes well care of him while he is there.

Can I say PHENOMENAL!!!! I have had both of my dogs go to Lisa’s for about 5 years. Both dogs were very difficult to groom and like to nip but these ladies made it so easy and comfortable. Lisa is great and has reasonable prices. I have friends and they are all pleased. Thank you ladies keep up the great work!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough to people who are always asking me where my dogs get cut because they look so good. I tell them that not only is the owner the best groomer I have ever been to in terms of her talent but that for many other reasons this place is above and beyond the rest I had ever been to over past 20 years of being a dog owner. She doesn’t schedule dogs in a way that leaves them going in and out of a crate over the course of 4-5 hours - my dog goes early in the morning around 7 and is ready to pick up by 8:30. Also, she keeps her prices very reasonable which is like finding a needle in a haystack these days. When you go in you don’t walk into a typical shop where things are done out of sight but she is right there working in front of you and if she isn’t cutting a dog she is cleaning her space and tools getting ready for the next dog. I appreciate the fact that she keeps it simple in terms of having a small, clean space and doing things in a manner that make it easier and quicker for me, my wallet and my pups.

I have taken my dogs to Heaven Scent for years now. The owner and staff are the best. I can always get an appointment, even when they are super busy. They always make it work. They are so kind to my dogs and make me feel so comfortable leaving them there. I know they are treated lovingly. My dog's always look so adorable when they leave the groomer....so much that many of my family members travel over an hour away to bring their dogs to Heaven Scent. My friends have also started going there. I can't say enough about this grooming salon, the owner and the staff. Simply the best...love them!

Heaven Scent Grooming is rated #1 in my book. I’ve been going there for years and never once has Lisa EVER been rude! She is an awesome groomer and shows love and compassion for what she does. My dogs love going there and I know they are in good hands when I leave.

Your pet will be closely monitored and handled with care at all times. Prices are very fair, and the haircuts are detailed and done to your specifications. Awesome service. I brought my dog here to get groomed today and they were super friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Also, my dog is 8 months and is not quite used to the groomer and was a little afraid and she can get nippy and scwormy but they were able to work with her. I have been other places and wasn’t pleased, but I will definitely be returning to heaven scent!

This is the WORSE and most UNPROFESSIONAL “dog grooming place” I have ever experienced… took my dog to get a good haircut for the summer and they began to shave his back but stopped. They called and said to pick him up because he was trying to bite and didn’t even try to put a muzzle on him. I have gone to multiple places before and each time they have successfully groomed my dog with no issue. This place is ridiculous and the workers there are a bunch of clowns

I have been taking my Havanese here for several years. I'm incredibly happy with them. The last time I took my dog to Petco she came back pink. You could see her skin everywhere. Never never again. Heaven Scent does a great job. Their prices are very reasonable.

HORRIBLE customer service. i tried calling several times this morning to tell them i couldn’t make my appointment due to an emergency. they didn’t answer. later on in the day i got left a very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL voice message by the owner, Lisa. saying how she was mad i missed my appointment and was extremely rude about it. i called back in hopes to resolve and apologize for the inconvenience. HOWEVER she was extremely rude and told me she didn’t care why i missed the appointment and that its her business so i have no right telling her how to treat her customers. i was nice and tried to reason why her, but she was practically yelling at me and trying to start an unnecessary argument.... after getting yelled at on the phone for a few minutes i had enough and the phone called ended. then a few seconds later she called me again to continue on with the argument!! i DO NOT RECOMMEND this place whatsoever !!!! if i could give this zero stars i would. very disappointed.

Horrible place! NEVER bring your puppy there, she said would take 1:30hs to full grooming my dog, after 30min they called for I pick up my dog and she said she couldn't finish because my dog was a BAD dog. Who can say that about an adorable puppy Shi Tzu lol and being a Pet Salon so unprofessional. When I go for pick up my dog she continues repeating BAG dog a lot times. Sad to see a business being so RUDE!

Ive been taking tommy for more than 7 years and they are always good with him. Tommy is a little agressive, he dislike people touching his face , and they always do a great job on him , i honestly dont know how she does it.When it comes to price i think is very affordable, no expensive, no for me at least i have a 16 pound shitzsu.

This place is so unprofessional, definately not the place to go. And the audacity to minimize others experiences is horrible!!! Being in business for 25 years means nothing! When you’re not capable of calming an anxious dog down nor are capable of coming to an agreement to satisfy the client. And to sit up here trying to make YOURSELF sound better is so sad.

Had emergency surgery and was unable to keep my scheduled appointment. Called to cancel 24 hours in advance and requested a call back to reschedule the appointment. Finally got call back after 3 messages, because my last voicemail said Lisa obviously didn't need my business. I explained to the caller I was allset and hung up.
