Very dirty place outside looks horrible trash all around the place how can you get customers when boxes are thrown all over the place you can't even look had a 50 percent off a merchandise I was buying and it came up full price I told her she said I don't know with attitude I said I don't want it people you have to understand without customers you don't get paid

This particular Family Dollar store had just about everything one needs for adults to children to infants & this includes clothing,all types,socks,underwear & all & for all. They've electronics for small things. Everything is inexpensive & set at reasonable prices. Staff are truly friendly as well.

Love the location it's convenient for many and the prices and smart coupons do. Come in handy, but the clutter and crowded isles with all the new inventory coming in is horrible! Hard to navigate with your cart through them,and the customer service is awful except 2 people Yolanda who is awesome and so nice and another young girl who is a cashier she's great too but I don't know her name because of no name tags. Sad

Don't exactly understand what transpired at the register ahead of me but the customer appeared to be inquiring about exchanging a defective mobile card purchased elsewhere...the cashier leaving spoke to the new one in Spanish I didn't understand but the customer was offended (by his tone in response). He politely said " by the way I speak Spanish" the cashier appeared embarrassed...not exactly customer relations triumph whatever she said seemed personally offensive. The cashiers were changing shifts and whatever comment she made was obviously offensive towards the young black customer. I give him credit for calling her on her behavior but remaining civil.

I live in East Providence, but the Family Dollar there is closed for a few days. I decided to go to this Family Dollar. Probably one of the most scary and disappointing experience shopping I've had in a long time. The store shelves were empty. The employees were rude and not helpful in the least. There were customers arguing over drugs outside the store when I pulled up. I will never be going to that location again.

went in Nov 13th around 5pm store is very very messy, boxes all over the store, barely stocked shelves, rude customers, isles are to narrow for the shopping carts they have if some is coming up the other way you cant get by, 3 people behind the register talking away. We get up to the register to pay niether one is marked open or closed so we walk up to one and the lady rudely tells us its the other register so we go and wait for the casher to acknowledge us or anything but shes to busy chatting away by the time she finally gets to us and rings us out she walks away again as were trying to pay to keep talking. Horrible experience would never shop here again only positive thing i can say prices are ok, but really not worth the rest of the store being so bad

Management doesn't exist..Ailes are always full of crap boxes, shopping carts (with store products in them)stocking carts etc. Very uncomfortable place to shop. It's the worst family dollar I've ever been to.The Owners of family dollar need to fire all the fake managers who don't manage anything and basically get people in there who wanna work and care about there jobs.I wonder why the employees even get paid because they don't do anything at all...Stay out of that land fill till new management takes over.

Crowded with boxes so couldnt go down certain isles but Spanish cashier very nice and tried to move line fast cause she was only cashier working the line with lots of customers waiting. Good job whoever she is.

Always a very loooooooooong line & just as everyone has said,usually only one register open yet most times for me,people are helpful if i ask,if it`s too crowded then there`s not much help at all if any & i do see this everytime i go in,(a woman in Her 50`s?not sure & she is spanish) the manager is "always" working either stocking shelves,putting things back or something! This woman "never" appears to take a break & i believe it would be very appreciated by Her,if either she received a raise or some much needed help in that particular store & no,i don`t know Her yet i see Her very often & she`s "never idle!"

If there's a line expect to be standing in it for a long time. The cashiers don't rush or aren't good at flowing down a long line but other then that, they are a go to spot.

Yolanda is the WORST manager I have ever seen.. Very unprofessional..She allowed Co workers to fight and not stop them..I stood there for 15 minutes while the employee we're fighting and I had to ask is someone going to check me out. Yolanda rang me out she left security alarms on my clothes..

Although prices are convenient I don't ever go in there if I'm in a rush. The cashiers are slow and you can spend sometimes 10 minutes in line waiting to pay.

Family Dollar has a little of everything one might need. However, usually crowded and long lines at the register. Best to arrive when it opens or just before it closes.

Place was a little out of place boxes all over do 2 stock but because the boxes were in the walkway it was hard 4 u 2 walk around the store plus a lot of the shelves were empty but had ok prices

Awful store. usually rude and slow cashiers, have 1 register open even with huge lines, and there is usually always a problem with the cash registers.
