Today the pharmacist and pharmacist tech were so kind and knowledgeable. I needed some vaccines for travel, and Alex, the pharmacist, gave me great information on side effects, timing and pricing. In addition, they hire the nicest people for the front of the store.

I don’t normally get my medications at CVS anymore because their prices are too high, but my doctor sent a prescription here. Not only was the cost astronomical but the service at the pharmacy was just rude and unpleasant. I’ve had a few bad experiences with unfriendly service at the pharmacy here so this was not a one-off. This hasn’t been the case with the pharmacists, they’re usually pretty attentive—rather, it’s the pharmacy technicians who I have not had positive experiences with, whether the pharmacy is busy or not. I’ll make sure to update my pharmacy at the doctor’s office next time I’m there. The only pro to this place is the convenience. The store itself is not bad other than the pharmacy.

They created an extra pharmacy profile I cannot delete, and they will not merge or delete it. On top of that, I have tried to move my refills to a CVS closer to where I live, and they continue to refill my prescriptions at this location. There’s one pharmacist who is so rude for no reason. I get customer service isn’t fun but don’t scold me for the pharmacy’s mistakes (not merging my account and continuing to refill at this location despite my multiple requests).

A regular customer at this jam-packed and often frenzied CVS, I just wanted to offer my thanks and admiration to an employee at the front checkout desk. “Lora, “ who checked me out today, 6/15, is a wonderfully kind and caring person and she went well beyond the call of duty to help me with a couple of issues. Many thanks to her for restoring my opinion of this location.

Staff usually isn't around the front but it's never too busy to use the self-checkout. They also DO NOT have document printing despite the website saying so. I ordered a document (just a return label) to be printed at this location on CVS.com and was told when I got there that they don't actually do that and to try the Hope St location. I tried to contact CVS corporate to let them know so they can update the website but sending the email was followed by an error "The folder you are trying to reach is unavailable" so I'm hoping maybe someone sees this!

Pharmacist was kind enough to answer a question, unrelated to medicine, while it was clear he was busy. Any chance the ATM could be repositioned? As is, I think customers are very visible.

Rude, unprofessional and not well informed on drugs! I am very empathic that pharmacists, techs and associates alike maybe overworked but if you no longer like your profession find a new one! You are doing the people you are suppose to be serving a disservice! CVS Angell St, Providence RI is beyond unacceptable.It starts with the initial point of contact, wether it be a prescription pick-up or drop- off, they act like you are bothering them. Then they often go on to misquote drugs prices and availability consistently!!!

Sold me detergent with the metal alarm tag and said they couldn’t remove it bc they had no scissors? 🤨 I don’t think that is how they are normally removed, but now I have some detergent with an alarm on it.

pharmacy staff is super unprofessional and rude. Calls take anywhere between 10-15 to actually get someone to speak to you, and when they do they have a nasty attitude/tone. they’ll answer your question in the nastiest way and hang up right away. Maybe they should try hiring people who actually want to work, because literally EW. Avoid having your prescription sent here

Pharmacy staff was rude and rushed me off then phone. Which i assume means they’ll take little time to answer any prescription questions you have. Other than that the service is relatively quick because they’re rushing.

The pharmacy staff is absolutely first-rate. Helpful, smart, fast and nice. I had to move a number of prescriptions from one CVS to Angell St. and they were glad to help. They go the extra mile -- probably the best CVS in PVD.

They continue to put the sanitizing wipes right next to one of the pharmacy counters. I mention this every time I walk in but nobody does anything. This pharmacy does not care about you and the rude pharmacy staff confirms it.
