Quite possibly the worst cvs pharmacy I have been to. I would rather drive 40 minutes south to my original cvs than even try to pick up a prescription from here anymore. Every time my prescription is either cancelled for no reason or they somehow mess up my very valid insurance and try to charge me full price for medications that I need. If you NEED your medications in a timely manner please go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I had a fever of 101F and scheduled an appointment for a drive through rapid covid test. I was kept waiting for a long time before the girl gave me a test. I finished giving the sample. She said she will call with the results in twenty minutes. Just when I got back home, they called and said they dont have the strip for the covid test and hence ghe sample could not be used and I would have to schedule an appointment somewhere else. What kind of a a service is this? Why cudnt they call before and say the strips had gotten over? Is this a way you treat someone who is sick? Shame on the staff and CVS !

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PHARMACIES I’VE EVER BEEN TO. THE PHARMACISTS HERE MUST HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED JOY IN THEIR LIFE. THE MAN WITH THE MAN BUN ACTS AS IF ALL THE LIFE HAS BEEN SUCKED OUT OF HIM, AND THE BLONDE WOMAN WHO SITS IN THE MIDDLE IS UTTERLY MISERABLE.

CVS Hope Street Pharmacy has very rude staff, if they call themselves pharmacist they sure don't have compassion for any customers needs. I ask for delivery service the lady said she would text me the link never did, went the next day to get my prescription cost more than I usually paid for it for many years. The cashier wasn't as friendly she told me to speak someone at the drop off window... I've been in customer service for 31 years at one of the best Hospital in Boston, this woman/pharmacist I had to speak with didn't have no patience, wasn't sympathetic, had no empathy, the way she spoke to me as if I was dumb, she very pushy in explaining what I needed to know, if fact she didn't even make eye contact. VERY RUDE, PEOPLE NEED BE CAREFUL NEVER KNOW WHO MAY BE A MYSTERY SHOPPER. Hope Street Pharmacy, I'm sure you don't care about this review, but I will never use your rude Pharmacy again....

The lines are long here because one of the self checkout registers is broken and they don’t have enough staff to have two people on register. If the one self checkout register that works needs assistance, both lines stop. Considering that CVS is a Rhode Island company this is a pretty embarrassing way to run a store in your capital city. If you’re looking for a store that values your time, go to the cvs down the street in Pawtucket - they have working registers but the same staffing issues.

I called this CVS and asked them if my prescription was in, and she said it was still on back order. And then I asked her to look if any of the local CVS’s had it in stock and she openly refused and told me that “nobody has it and I’d have to go to Walmart or something” with a huge attitude. I said “did you look?” And she said yes. So I hung up and immediately called the CVS on Angell st (they are so much nicer)Its crazy because other CVSs DID HAVE IT, and now my prescription is being filledThe lady at Hope st just openly refused to look for me. I’m actually like really frustrated and think I’m going to move my prescriptions to Angell st because I NEVER get attitude from them. I get it EVERY TIME I go to Hope st. They are so rude and judgmental thereSo I guess if you don’t mind people judging your prescriptions, and you don’t mind getting an obnoxious amount of attitude every time you ask them to do you something, then keep shopping here. But if those things bother you then stay away

I love going to this CVS Angie & Trish are always so helpful, well everyone there is but they seem to stand out.Although one night I went in and Hannah and a young man helped me out.Thanks guys and I'd like to send a special shout out to the pharmacy staff as well . Thanks to all of you. I've called the customer service# as I'm sure the store manager has mentioned, however they no longer seem to deliver the good reviews.God Bless 🙏 And keep up the good work ✌️

I typically find it a waste of time to write reviews, especially because there’s a simple solution to being upset when not receiving quality service… you just don’t go back, and you move on from it. However I actually DO hope these reviews are read and taken seriously.I’ve given this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt multiple times- one would like to think something as important as medication that is saving people’s lives with mental health/chronic illnesses/health conditions, the place that supplies and handles this would take their job even the SLIGHTEST bit seriously. Healthcare is a stressful industry to be in given the times, but there’s a difference between straight up laziness and lack of care, and people who TRYING to find a solution (they are not).This place is a perfect example of people who entered an industry they should not be in unless they understand how important their role is AND show empathy towards customers who are relying on them. It’s straight up arrogance and an unwillingness to do better.Let’s do better people. Seriously. You’re making more of a mess than you are being of service. Let someone take over the job who’s going to care and who’s going to get it done.

I don’t usually spend time writing reviews for places like this but when you have really craptacular experience like I did, then you kinda have to. I book two separate appointments for different vaccines and each time they were cancelled. The first time, they were supposed to call to let me know me that they ran out but they never did. The most recent I showed up and they closed the pharmacy without letting me and others who had appointments know. Never again at this place. Not my business, not my time and they certainly aren’t worthy of yours either.

This post is about the pharmacy. I LOVE THE FRONT STORE. But especially recently, the pharmacy has been very very disorganized. Idk if there are new workers, but the pharmacy seems to no longer understand how to transfer a prescription. I am so so distraught by my last experience here when I was trying to get a medication that I desperately needed and the worker would only call the other pharmacy after I sobbed to her. She thought that the other pharmacy had to call her, but that’s never how it’s worked. She said “I called them and was put on hold” and was very irritated. So she gave up after being put on hold? When this is a medication that I cannot go without and I already missed a dose due to their incompetence? I will not be going back here for prescription needs. I hope that the appropriate changes can be made in the pharmacy so that no one else will have to go without their medications.

Nobody would help me find qtips. I kid not, not a single staff member. They all gave me guesses as to where they may be but they were not in any of those locations. Some of the staff members I asked were in aisles, nobody bothered to help. I finally found the qtips behind a display for something on sale, it was sloppy and blocking the qtips location. Never going back.

This is specifically a review of the pharmacy. For over a decade this was my go-to local pharmacy, but over the past few years I've transferred any recurring prescriptions to either another local pharmacy or an online one because of terrible experiences with this pharmacy. I don't know what went wrong here but something did. The CVS auto-refill system should, as the name implies, refill your prescription when it is due and send you a notification to come and pick it up. Multiple times over the past few years I've received the pick-up notification only to show up at the pharmacy to find that the medication is out of stock, then having to go around town to find a CVS location that has some in stock. After that happened a couple of times, I stopped using this pharmacy for any medications that shouldn't be stopped abruptly or have skipped days.I still occasionally used this pharmacy for non-refill stuff or nonessential things, but after yesterday, never again. I went in to ask about refilling a prescription, and the pharmacist (I think it was the manager guy) was just rude. I started to say" Hi, Can I get a refill on–" and he interrupted mid-word to bark "Date of birth!". That was the tone of the whole interaction. When I mentioned that I had had trouble with the automated system, he replied "I'm not a programmer." I'm so done with this place. You know when you go into a store, and you can tell that the employees hate their jobs and hate dealing with customers? Yeah, that. FYI - V-Care is a much better option for a local pharmacy. Great customer service and they deliver for free.

Rating specifically the passport photo service; I would NOT get your passport photos done here. They came out so terrible-looking that I had to get them done again elsewhere. I went instead to The Camera Werks down the street and not only was it cheaper, the quality of the photo was a million times better.

This is my local CVS and I couldn’t be more grateful for the workers I’ve encountered there! Specifically Angie, Evelyn and Jahira- they are amazing. Angie explained some new benefits that i didn’t know about recently, to help me save money and actually use all the coupons CVS gives me. Angie is always happy and helpful- this location is really lucky to have her on the team!

This is by FAR the BEST CVS I have ever had the experience of shopping at. The professionalism of the Pharmacist and the Tech's are unbelievable, their Customer Service skills and going out of their way to please the customer should be replicated at other stores. Having worked for CVS Corporate in Woonsocket for a few years I know BOTH Sides of the retail stores. This one is outstanding. Hat's off to the Mgt team and the entire staff. Keep up the Fantastic Work. Don't worry about a few of the negative comments - there will always be someone out there who will complain.

I love this pharmacy. They are efficient, organized and professional. I think the pharmacists and staff are so friendly and even though there will be a giant line at the register I don't think they get annoyed at all. I would recommend this CVS for sure.

Well stocked, polite service, and of course... coupons for days. This location has photo and pharmacy services too.Since there aren't a lot of grocery stores within walking distance, we wind up here fairly frequently. It's a cute location, and I'm grateful for them.

Horrible horrible place! Unfortunately I live near this CVS so I have to go there sometime for convenience. Their pharmacy/prescription department is OK, but their store is horrible, full of cheating. For example they will tell you something is on sale and in the end the cashier does not know how to do it for the coupon. I thought about calling customer service about how poor quality their service is, but I suspect that the customer service is of equal poor quality as well... So the only way to deal with it is try not to go there

In general, I agree with the 5 star reviews. My issue is The Minute Clinic. Phone message says open until 5:30, but sign in by 5:15. Got there shortly before 5:15 and was turned away. This is not good health care! I give Minute Clinic zero stars!

Pharmacy is closed at random hours not listed anywhere. The only way to find out if it is open is to call the store. Don’t plan on them for anything you need urgently.
