I’ve been bringing my chow chow for a few months and NO COMPLAINTS EVER!!! I used to bring my chow to petsmart and petco and they never got through the whole service and I still had to pay over $100 (they would claim she tried to bite) my dog has never bit anyone and only growls when someone shows or is aggressive with her. Chibis is the only place I will ever bring her. They are very patient with her and allow her to take time if she is getting overwhelmed during service. She doesn't show any signs of trauma when I pick up up like she used to when I took her to petco or pet smart so I know my girl is well taken care of! I will never stop bragging to friends and family about this grooming place because they are the best!

Aldo and all the guys there do an awesome job, my Teddy loves them, comes homes smelling good for days.I wouldn’t leave them for anything and now with their own daycare, I’m so excited. Í wish them the best.❤️

I will never go anywhere but Chibis’s! I trust them 100% with Dolce. She is tiny and has anxiety, however, when I say the word Chibis, her ears pop up and tail wags. It is so personal in there, staff is amazing, no dogs in cages barking, they listen to what you want, I love them and so does Dolce ❤️

I have been looking for a place to get my dogs nails clipped and no one would get back to me. I stumbled upon Chibis based on a review and I texted them per their website. They got back to me a day later and got Miss Marvel in today, a Sunday. I walked in and immediately knew this was the right place. In and out in ten minutes. Everything was easy and simple via text. I am so glad I found them and Miss Marvel, my little old lady diva, has perfect nails now at a reasonable price!

Erika did such an amazing job on my Harlee girl ! I can’t tell you how special she made me feel as a client, and she treated Harlee girl like she was her own . I highly recommend bringing your beloved pets to Chibis choice for all your pet grooming needs .

My dog has an apt this morning and I just called to ask a few questions as the prior lady who booked my dog didn’t say what their website says. I made the apt for 10am first one of the day, but today I was told he might not be first they’ll get to him when they get to him based on how the day goes could take up to 4 hours. My dog is a baby staffy he has short hair he just needs a scrub and a dry no more than 45 minutes at most ever !!! And they say 4 hours who cages a dog for hours in an unfamiliar place to get to when they feel like it. What’s the point of booking a time if you don’t get seen at that time? Not to mention before answering my question the male on the phone said “you sound bothered” ok sir but I asked what do they do the whole time sit in a cage and he responds “ you sound bothered” Of course I do and I hope the owner listens to that phone call and how you speak to people !!!

Can’t make an appointment.Wife turns off cell phone.Charges kept rising and rising.And now Dog care?Last time my Dog came running out guy screaming about his anal glands. Spraying disinfectant. Untrained staff.Too small maybe it’s good for small dogs but not an excellent facility.

Aldo was very kind and patient and clearly loves dogs and knows how to handle them. He tunes in to the dogs and meets them where they're at. Haircut was adorable!

The first groom was great, and they were so nice. But then I had him groomed recently, drove him down the street back home thinking all was well only to see THEY burst his blood vessels in his eye. I wasn't concerned with telling them at first just as they didn't tell me this happened. There's no way to "miss" that. Instead, I was immediately calling vets to get him in. It cost me $200 to fix their mistake and luckily it healed. But I just got told on the phone after I showed them what happened that it was my dog's fault for "alligator rolling". Like, what?! Did you REALLY just blame my dog? He said that the groomer doesn't work there anymore, but I got no apologies, because apparently it was my dog's fault. And because I didn't immediately tell them it's my fault, too. I think THEY should have told me. I mean it only took me driving down the street home to notice, they clearly knew what happened and said NOTHING. I'd post the picture I took of his eye but it doesn't allow and would be DISTURBING anyway.

UPDATED REVIEW: We found we needed weekend visits and found another groomer, and while it was okay and just okay for awhile, we came back to Aldo and Chibis, glad we did, love the cuts WAY more and price and time it takes is competitiveMy mini sheepadoodle loved Aldo, Megan and Sam. They were so great with this puppy's first cut expierence. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place I brought my 4 month old pup for his first grooming he is a shi tzu I also brought his 10 year old brother Same breed .I have maybe placed 3 reviews for places in my whole life and this one was most deserving of what gave them ...I wish I could give more💯❤️ The energy that they have Definitely shows The dog's sense it and it puts them at ease it's obvious if you see it they were so happy no stress and I can't say enough about the grooming they did ,my pups looked amazing! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel safe and comfortable leaving their fur babies and know that that they will be given love too them and even give them breaks🐶❤️they really love what they do 'Im so happy I made this choice thank you guys YOU HIT IT OUTTA THE PARK

We have brought our Poodle to Chibi's Choice 3 times now.The actual grooming has been the best we've seen anybody ever groom our dog. He looks at his best after every visit. Staff are very professional and very kind to our fussy dog.We know our dog is a big baby, but the staff here are truly amazing and very patient. Our dog is very expressive and when he had a bad day at other groomers, but when we bring him here, he comes home happy and behaving as normal as any other day.Thank you for treating our dog with care and kindness. My wife is convince she will never take our dog to any other groomer ever again. Chibi's Choice is simply the best.

It's hard to find a pet groomer that has time for a new client which lead me to Chibi's. They were quick to reply and fit us in the following day. The shop is big and clean and the groomers are fantastic. You can tell they love dogs and treat them all so well. We will definitely back!!***update. We have been going consistently over a year and my dog RUNs into the building. He is obsessed with them and loves the attention he gets. They are so good to him we won't go anywhere else!

I lost my vet of 8 years and I tried Chibi's and we loved it!! Everyone there was so friendly and seemed compassionate for animals! Even in these hard times they were very accommodating and eager to get your pet in as soon as they could! I really recommend this groomers! I'm so glad I found them because I have two dogs that are family. Our aging Roxy the Shih Zhou and our newest addition who just turned 3 yesterday Mr. Cuddles 😍🐾 Thank you for treating them like family too!

This grooming service is amazing. Took my two dogs today to get a full service haircut and the service, attention and professionalism was outstanding. The facility is clean and well organized and spacious. A very calming environment for the pups. The groomer was so polite and attentive to us! He was very good about listening to my pups needs and left them looking so cute! I def recommend this place and will certainly be making more appointments in the future. P.s they speak Spanish also which is a huge plus ! Ty !

They take the best care of my Lagotto Romagnolo! They spend time making sure he looks like a Lagotto while providing expert advice on care and how to keep him happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has a pure bred dog. Especially one with rare/unusual grooming needs.

For reference I have a Goldendoodle with a deepwave/curly pattern.Chibi's Grooming has made my life so much easier. I drop the floof off and by the time I pick him up he smells great, he's clean and fluffy!Most importantly, he seems pretty happy with the treatment he receives. The staff is incredibly sweet and talented.The cuts at other places don't really compare, Chibi's delivers a high end groom, excellent service, and the staff are all clearly pet lovers.10/10 Communication10/10 Quality of Groom10/10 Ease of Scheduling20/10 Staff

Brought both my Maltese girls in for a full grooming and they came out excellent. They are very active girls and needed nice short cuts and that is exactly what they got. They look and smell fantastic! We couldn't be happier and will definitely be going back.

Chibi's was amazing with our dog. She 3yrs old, doesn't really like her nails cut and they grow so quick. They cut and grinded/ buff her black nails with ease! She's no longer ripping all my clothes. They are very affordable and was able to get her in within a few days of my texting them.

Highly recommend! I contacted Chibi's Choice after hours via Facebook and they responded very quickly and were super helpful. We had just picked up our new rescue pup from transport the day before; she desperately needed a bath but I was worried about traumatizing her further after her travels. I let them know of our situation and they were amazing with her! She was calm and happy upon pick up and smelled great! I typically use Petco for grooming but will definitely be switching over to Chibi's Choice as their pricing and overall customer service is far better.

My dog loves all the attention he gets here! I couldn't believe how chill he was getting his his nails trimmed. We've been here a few times and every time we are treated great! I find the price is always lower than what I'm expecting. That's a plus!
