I never had a problem coming here I actually trusted and liked this place a lot. I had brought my dog there for years since she was a puppy. This past weekend it was ruined for me, I had a family emergency that was devastating and was not near my phone. Because of this the owner took it upon herself to not check her documents to see if an agreement was signed and unauthorized charged my card since I never signed an agreement stating that she could keep my card on file or charge it. You would think that after years of coming here something like a family emergency would be seen as something that I had no control over but she didn’t see it that way. I will no longer be coming back to this establishment and it’s sad cause good groomers are hard to find.

Solace will be 17 years old in January 2024. She has been going to Linda all her life. We just love her. She has so much love and compassion for both pets and their families. She is more than a groomer. Thank you, Linda.

My two Golden Retrievers love going to see Linda at A Decked Out Pet. She always washes and grooms them to our specific needs. Unlike other grooming salons who take hours upon hours to groom, Linda has them home to us within a few hours which greatly helps with my senior dog's anxiety. I highly recommend Linda at a Decked Out Pet.

My pomsky was in desperate need of a good grooming, de-shedding and nail clipping, and I am happy to say he received the best grooming of his life! The new-client registration was easy, the availability was great (even though mine isn’t), I received multiple reminders about his appointment as the appointment got closer. He was given time to acclimate to the facility, which helped tremendously with his anxiety about the groomers! He now looks and smells amazing, and he is definitely happy about showing off his fresh cut!Thank you so much for doing a great job and helping him feel comfortable!

I recently scheduled an appointment at A Decked Out Pet grooming place for my cat's grooming needs. Being 9 months pregnant, I made a considerable effort to wake up early at 7:30am for 9:00am appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disappointment.Upon my and my husband's arrival, we were shocked to find the place closed, despite their advertised opening hours of 9am at the door. To add to our frustration, our attempts to contact both the groomer and the owner went unanswered - no replies to calls or texts. We waited patiently for 30 minutes, hoping someone would show up to open the place, but to no avail.What's particularly disheartening is that there was no proactive communication regarding any changes to our appointment. No one bothered to inform us, which resulted in a complete waste of our time and added unnecessary stress for our cat.This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time is unacceptable. A business that fails to honor appointments and neglects customer communication raises serious concerns about their reliability. I strongly caution others against relying on A Decked Out Pet for their pet grooming needs based on this experience.

The owner always does a great job when grooming our toy poodle. I can tell she loves her job and our dog always looks great when he’s done. She always remembers him when we drop him off. I think the prices are also fair! I also love the product she’s uses when she cleans him .

Linda is amazing and always does a wonderful job on my Princess. Unlike other groomers Linda doesn't overbook where the dogs are sitting in the cage for hours on end or being there all day waiting their turn. Always has been 2-3 hours tops since I have been bringing her here. We love A Decked Out Pet! Princess always looke and smells amazing and the products she uses keep her smelling good for a week or two after. I highly recommend her for all your grooming needs! 🐾 🐾 🐾

This team is BY FAR the best groomers for my cat. I have a long haired cat who is about ten years old. She gets a short lion (bobble) cut a few times a year. We moved so we tried this salon and were amazed. I’ve been to 3 salons over the past ten years. My cat feels and looks better than I have ever seen. 10/10. Please note that grooming a cat is about 3-4 times the price of grooming a dog at any salon. As it should be!

We have been to a Decked Out Pet twice and both times our dog has come out looking adorable! The place is neat, clean and open. You can see where your dogs will be groomed and the staff is very friendly and takes great care of the pets. Our dog comes out perfectly groomed, and all our requests are met.

I've been taking my Sasha who is a Chihuahua/Pom mix to Linda for years now, how many I have lost, count. She is always accommodating and I don't have to wait weeks to get her in. Sasha is a rescue and doesn't like her feet touched much so she's kinda a handful, besides that she's an angel. Linda is very good with her! Thanks Linda!

I was happy to find a Decked Out Pet for my highly sensitive dog, Aslan. He has even more separation anxiety after his move to RI. Aslan was comfortable in Linda's care. I love that she works in a storefront where you can see the dogs being groomed. Nothing but TLC on display.

After looking online for hours trying to find the perfect place to bring my newly acquired Yorki, I settled on “Decked Out Pet” & I could not be happier ! Linda did an amazing job, and most importantly I could tell from the moment I walked in how much she genuinely loved animals from how she embraced “Rocky” and how well cared for he was while with her. I definitely will be returning.

We brought our dog to her because we saw some good reviews online. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for me. I have a dog that does get matted if he gets to long. I brought the dog to her before this happened. He might have had a little matting under his neck but nothing that couldn't be taken care of professionally. She was told that we DO NOT want him shaved. She looked the dog over and never said he was to matted and he would have to be shaved until about an hour after he was dropped off. I was texted he was to matted and had to be shaved. I immediately called her and she said he was really very bad. He needed to be shaved even though she looked the dog over when dropped off and NEVER said that.otherwise I would have tried someone else. else. So me being the customer and her being the "professional" I reluctantly agreed for her to do what she had to. She then called no more then an hour later and said he was done. I went to pick him up and I was very disappointed. She charged me $65 to shave him in what took her under an hour. When I questioned the price I didn't get a response. His toenail was bleeding, his $45 flea collar was missing and never found. Bottom line is I will never go there again. I've cleaned and shaved my dog myself in the past and honestly did a better job. I strongly suggest not to go here.
