The words customer service is thrown around by many businesses but this business, Pet Wants Newport, takes that to a new level.We live in Texas and feed our dog Tedi Pet Wants whitefish kibble. We tried many foods including kibble and this is the only one she loved (and her stomach tolerated).We left the heat of Texas and are spending some time in the NE and traveled with Tedi. Obviously traveling with 20 lbs of dog food (flying not driving) is impossible.I contacted Heather from Pet Wants Newport and asked if I could purchase the kibble from her.We are staying an hour and a half from her warehouse. Even though I’m not a regular customer she arranged for her husband Dean to drive out of his way to meet us and deliver 20 lbs of food. Big shout out to Dean!You just don’t see customer service like that anymore. I was so appreciative and blown away.I know your business thrives because of this amazing customer service.Many many many thanks.

We just discovered Pet Wants not to long ago & the products, customer service is A1! What blows me away is the “to your door” delivery service provided (no charge!) usually on the same day you order. Now, we own a Yorkie and he can be an extremely picky eater. We got a free sample of very fresh kibble, but our Yorkie didn’t like it and Heather offered another sample. What he did like was the very fresh & tasty turkey jerky. He loves it and doesn’t hurt his tummy. Also, Heather is very attentive to her customers and we strongly recommend her!

Discovered this place by chance. With much uncertainty in todays world with pet food supplies its reassuring to find a local store that offers delivery to keep me from having to take time from my busy life. Heather dropped off my samples today and as soon as I opened the package both cats were exstatic and asking for this food. I chose the grain free duck and herring dry cat food. My cats are free fed with a feeder and have unlimited dry food and water, with wetfood in between. They recently started turning their noses away from the large commercial "fancy" brands of cat food which will remain unnamed (lol) which made me weary to keep buying them. Pet Wants makes their food in small batches and the quality is apparent when your animals no longer want their usual food they have been eating their whole lived. Phoenix and Oreo approve! Four Paws Up! Pet Wants has what your pet wants!

One day at a craft market we came across them and decided to purchase some of their products. My puppies are obsessed. Now if I buy them I have to struggle to get in the door because they are so excited.
