Horrible customer service. Sad to see how far customer service has slid down the toilet. If you need a manager, they will not pick up. You'll need to call repeatedly. Call the pharmacy, and you will be lucky to get an actual person to pick up the phone. The front desk will hang up on you. The employees seem to think having a larger attitude is more important than customer service and problem resolution. Oops, it looks like you guys won after all. I always try to resolve an issue before I write my reviews.I had 5 prescriptions called in. They only had one of them in stock. I had to wait 4 days for the prescriptions to come in. I wanted them delivered. I called the pharmacy to have them set up, and they answered and put me on hold. I waited minutes.. call again on hold 5 minutes passI decided to set up delivery on their application, but it makes order each prescription one at a time. Requests a tip for every single one.I call the pharmacy back again to figure out if they will all be delivered by the same person, but I can't get a hold of anybody. Now, I have 5 prescriptions being delivered by several different people, and I only tipped one time thinking they would come together.I called 1800 Walgreens. Wait ten minutes. Then get put on hold.. 10 minutes later, I hung upCongratulations, Walgreens, for losing thousands upon thousands in prescription money monthly!BTW Dennis, if you have 0 customer service skills and have 0 ability to deal with a person that YOUR staff angered, you sir are in the wrong job.Are you proud of your 2.7 star rating of 129 reviews?The Pharmacy Manager was able to talk to me and help me out to some degree, but most of the damage had already been done. Hey Walgreens, put Melissa in charge of the store. She seems to actually care.

This is honestly the most unreliable Walgreens in the city of Pawtucket claims 24 hours on the building itself as well as the hours of operation on the front door,yet always closed “temporarily” both in the morning and afternoon especially late night. It’s been going on for months now and nothing is being done about it. This is over the 10th time literally that I came here both on personal and for orders(I help the community an shop for those who won’t or can’t shop for themselves) I really am not a rude person but this is ridiculous. Despite the area, people rely on the medication(over the counter)and convenience of this location. There is literally 3-4 buildings for the elderly and disabled right across the street on both sides and two blocks down. I’ve said my peace hopefully something is done soon.

Honestly worst Walgreens ever employees have no kindness towards customers with disabilities… a few months back I placed a pick up order I saw how the manager went to the other side of the parking lot then walked into the store when I went inside and asked what happened she said I went and no one was at the number even though I clearly saw her walking to the other side I think this place need to be closed down and they need to find new employees from the manager to the employees I’ve been coming here since I was a kid literally 4 years old never in my life had an issue until now which I had to call it quits with Walgreens it’s not worth the stress nor horrible experience I now pick up my prescriptions at target and do my shopping there

The Manager could have approved my ID , but I guess she just doesn't get it . There is still a wait time at Registry to get new ID ! They don't take that into consideration at all . Now because of that . My Grandson will not be having the Christmas he so much deserves !!! Karma is a itch little girls behind the register front and manager w green hair !!! Trust and believe . The way you treated me should have gotten u reprimanded . I worked with the public all my life , and never would that behavior been tolerated . And there are exceptions to the rule sometimes

Everytime I try too purchase a item if the cashier is in a mood they will denie me. Very bad customer service I've been denied multiple times trying too purchase items. Weirdo's!!

This particular Walgreens has to offer the worst customer service of any store in the entire region, nevermind the state. I empathize with anyone who needs to use the drive thru at this place because even if you could control time I doubt you'd have enough control over it to make a difference to the wait times in this place. It's especially frustrating when you see the car in front of you pull away allowing you to finally pull up to the window only to catch a glimpse of the employee runinng away from the window for another 10 minute break.Important to note that all this happens while the Wendy's next door absolutely cranks through their drive thru lines making you wonder... is this particular Walgreens contained in its own temporal plane where time moves 100x slower? I'd ask them but I'd likely be dead before I finally get an answer.

Picking stuff up for a friend.. I like Walgreens but , this has to be the dirtiest store ever. Parking lot is full of trash the store hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I really felt bad for the people that had to work in this filth. There isn’t a cleaning crew? The floors are disgusting I will go to another store before I return to this one if ever.

Went to this location because it's the only one near me open 24hrs and it was late and I had and emergency and I needed something specific from that store. They had the doors locked and they were turning people away! It was around 10:30pm on a Friday. I hope it was for a good reason and not just because people didn't want to work.

Worst experience ever... just picked up a prescription for $157.00 and it was not the one I needed. Went back to the store and I cannot return it. Not even a chance. So, I just throw away $157.00 to the trash. When no one told me this items were standing by over there.Very unreasonable policies.

literally the worst walgreens you could ever go to seriously. i mean the lines just to grab your medicine is ridiculous. they literally dont take anyone in the drive through. Ive been sitting in the drive through for almost a hour and a half and no cars have moved. thats so unprofessional. and as the inside i mean its just even worse. you have to wait even longer inside.

Not sure what your plans were with the store in pawtucket. It looks like a convenient store. I needed dial hand soap. I could get the exact item at the dollar store, this store wanted 2.79. Didn’t want to do it but you made it easy to shop amazon. Very sad won’t be back

There are not strong enough words to express my frustration and disappointment with the staff at this Pharmacy. There is never enough staff to cover the influx of people who come in to get their medication and after waiting half an hour in life to pick up my medication, they tell me it's not ready even though they said it would be at the time I was there (I was waiting even PAST the time they promised yet not available) this is a medication I need to take every day and I do not have extra supply to get me through since they told me my meds wouldn't be ready until the next morning. When asked if I could have a small one or two day supply to hold me over, they told me no. I don't know the pharmacists name but I'm so extremely angry. These people don't take seriously peoples needs and then tell me no because they don't want to do their job and give me what I need. Not what I "want" but what I LITERALLY NEED. so since they told me no and told me my meds wouldn't be ready tonight, and I don't have any more meds, I guess I won't be taking anything tonight and will suffer through the symptoms of missing a day because clowns at Walgreens can't do their job to just fill some bottles with pills. Get real. This location is trash. These people suck.

By far the worse customer service I have experienced. Took over 2 hours to get my prescriptions that were stated "ready for pickup". Two associate was serving a line through the store. Will no longer be using Walgreens.

I needed some birthday invitations printed last minute and their customer service was great. I called to make sure their printer was working. It wasn't but the associate said she'd call me when it was and she did. By then I had found another 24 hour store to go to but I really appreciated her following through. They get an A+ from me.

Horrible. Not enough staff or staff not helping customers. I have a baby and going inside is a hasle. The wait for the drive through is ALWAYS at least 15minutes to 45minutes. I have NEVER been to a pharmacy with such bad customer service. hire more staff or tell new customers you cant accept them! OR hire more staff !!!! Your the busiest pharmacy in the area . Im sure you can afford it! God i hate this place. Yes i will be switching. ( while writing this, ive been waiting in the drive through for almost 30mins now and there is ONLY one car in front of me and its 2:30pm, last night i sat here for 55 minutes just to drop off, i couldn't move last night because cars were blocking me in and now its the same situation AGAIN)

This particular store is the worst of them all. Outside is always trashed and with winos and bums accosting people going in into the store. Inside is filthy. Everytime i try to use the drive thru i am in line an hour or more. They dont answer the bell to drive thru. Always understaffed. Clearly indifferent to the people trying to pick up their scripts. Dont use this store.

At least 4 customers without masks on, 3 workers (including manager) with masks under their noses or chins. Shift manager says 'I don't have the experience to tell them'... so he gets the branch manager who also doesn't tell them.No distancing in register line. No masks needed either. 🙃Got pushed past by staff near back room.No price labels on lots of stock shelves, some price labels outdated and ring up different at register.Review is a 2 because at very least, one staff girl pulled mask up when asked directly; so shines a good deed in a weary world~

Waited over 12 minutes in line and once I get to the register the cashier sends me to foto waited another 10 in line since the foto staff and supervisor talked more than work and told me to return to the front cashier that send me to foto in the first place .. finally the person in foto after I told her about me getting sent to her she returned my product.... Walgreens needs to properly train the staff and build a better culture. It all starts on top ..my advise hire better management and you will succeed ...let me know if you need help..

Recently went to get antibacterial soap and Aquaphor lotion as aftercare supplies to care for my new tattoo I recently got. One of the pharmacy techs helped me find the Aquaphor,since it was my first time purchasing the product,and I didn't know where exactly where it was. Employees are very courteous and helpful.

The location is great for this area.and it has a huge parking lot, there is plenty of parking.I think the prices are high for the non pharmaceutical products. The store is clean and they have a good inventory of items. Walgreen's has an awards program that helps on the prices. I guess all pharmacies have about the same type of prices,There is a Western Union if you would like to send money. Prices are reasonable on these types of services.I had problems with the Wester Union application machine there, so the manager gave me some rewards points. Ok thought she was kind and considerate. I appreciate d the help she gave to me and the machine is working good now.
