Claudia and her staff are so efficient with all of mine and my husband‘s prescriptions. They are always very friendly and personable and will go an extra mile if necessary. I look forward to going to pick up my prescriptions and sing all the smiles from the staff. I would never go anywhere else.

Never used an insulin pen before Claudia the pharmacist I think really helped ease my nerves and walked me through how to use it. Tthe lady ringing me out was very friendly and took her time w/ me even w/ them running around back there they really run

I have been going to this particular pharmacy for about 4 years and I am very happy with the service I receive. Claudia and her team do an excellent job hands down. They actually care about their customers.

This pharmacy has gone down hill completely. It was amazing when it first opened but now complete utter chaos. I am a diabetic and they never have my medicine correctly on time. I get text messages my prescriptions are ready and I'm told to wait another half hour when I get there. Just for them to close early. And the staff is always new people who don't know what they are doing. Also they never contact your doctor's for refills and prescriptions they just send out text messages they tried to contact your doctor. So you're telling me for almost 2 years never once got a hold of my PCP? You guys either need better management or something. I will be going elsewhere I cannot deal I need my prescriptions and I cannot get them on a timely matter ever now. Don't bother coming here the location is convenient but that's it.

Every time I call the pharmacy I get put on hold immediately without notice. They pick up and then just press the button which is rude. They need to step up their customer service.

I been at this pharmacy for quite sometime an I was about to leave a few months ago..Don't know what happened but the past two or three months the service excellent. For example I was haven a regular conversation with the pharmacist Claudia I believe her name..As I was explaining a situation I was alittle upset by she took care of it before I was done with what I had to say...so whatever talk they had I believe the store is heading in the right direction!!The whole pharmacy is doing better from a frequent customer point of view.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Had to come 3 times to get a medicine for a baby. They’re excused was they were back up…. really??? The first time I came they said wasn’t ready come in 15 then wait to hours I come still not ready. Come back in the next hour still not ready. Then Indi give me attitude. Helloooo I already came 2 times. Now waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes more. Very unprofessional

Called in prescription day before and got a email confirming order was ready for pickup. Wait till the pharmacist people are done talking to each other only to find out none of the prescriptions were ready and I have to go back in 30 minutes.

I personally think the staff it great. Yes, Ive had a few rude ones in the last year since i moved to RI, but overall the good outweighed the bad... If the entrance was fixed so my car doesn't scrape every time i go in (all 3 are awful) & in the winter the parking lot was plowed (heels at 8am in slush is not fun), my review would be 5 stars.

It's 11am Friday, THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED!!! I have never seen such an unprofessional and ignorant company! I'm handicap, due to a rare disease that has the highest pain level in the world, call CRPS. There's no cure, and the only thing doctors can do is try to help with easing some pain. Due to the negligence of customer service and management, I myself have to suffer, even more, because of them! I tried having another Walgreens fill it, but due to the status of my scripts nature, they can't unless I have a doctor refax it. The script was sent over 4 days ago, and the doctor is now on vacation, so refaxing is out of the question. Yet, the other pharmacy I went to try and have it filled at, is about 3 miles away from this one, and they had about 5 to 6 people there, yet couldn't send 1 or 2 to the pharmacy that's randomly closed today? If it's not one thing it's another with this pharmacy. I only been coming here for the past several months, and every month it's either they put the wrong script in, never have it filled, when they've had the script for days, and could notify ready for pickup on the day it's due, they say they're out of stock, but actually have it and say it's a computer error, or tell you they're busy come by later, yet all they're doing is standing around talking to each other. I'm definitely switching pharmacies...SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND AGGRIVATION...DON'T COME HERE!

I was there yesterday before noon, my wife needs her medicine she's all out, she was promised it will be ready tomorrow.went back next day after 45 mins of waiting in line "Pharmacist says is not ready yet" i did reply, i will wait for it since it was promised today i can't return today due to i'm going to work in 30 mins.again she replied "it will take more than 1 hr"and went on on how short staff they are that is not her fault." So i said "it is your fault, do not complaint to me if you are short staff, complaint to your company, today is the 2nd day my wife do not have her meds and patients needs their meds to to stay alive". she was rude and ignored me ,left me there talking to my self and went to another counter and took care of another person.Certainly wish if the had cameras there so high admins at Walgreens can observe what's happening there and stop putting patients at risk for been so cheap and didn't want to add someone else and leave the whole pharmacy with one person only. No wonder the Walgreens stock is sinking like the Titanic.This is not the first time, but is time for everyone else to know and get better service somewhere else.

I go here maybe once or twice a month. The employees always seem courteous. Until my last two visits a few weeks apart and completely at random….The first time I noticed (refer to pics)I was bringing my mom for her vaccination.We saw the employees sitting on the ground scoffing down cigarettes & ice cream or whatever it was. My mom said “are they the ones that are going to give me my shot?”I responded, “I actually have no idea….let’s just go somewhere else!🤦🏽‍♀️🤣”Went a few weeks later and saw this second group talking loud and about someone getting pregnant on purpose to get money from the baby daddy😳I smoke cigarettes, and truly understand most of the world, but it looks like just bad homeless management. When inside I asked who the GM was, no one knew!I really never leave a bad review, but this is an embarrassment to the company as a whole.

The cash register girl name Cj that has her hair out and curly was really rude to me. I asked her for $8 in quarters. She makes a remark saying "why can't people do $10 in quarters." She counts the quarters and hands me $7 in quarters not $8. So I have to go back in. I said hey you only gave me $7. She doesn't apologize. She says the same thing again "Why can't people pay with a $10 bill or $10's in ones" So I said I don't need your attitude. She literally sat there laughing. Manager said he spoke with her after I left and she said she was joking around. It was funny when she first said it but she repeated herself after not giving me the right amount of change. I don't see what was funny.

This is for the pharmacy. It's awful. Whomever filled my son's amoxicillin prescription gave me a bag with the bottles literally stuck inside , dried medicine on the outside of the bottles. looked like they just poured the mixture over the top of the two bottles until they were full then threw the caps on and stuffed them in the bag still covers with the medicine. wasn't sure if the pharmacist is just sloppy or containers leaking. 😡

Customer service is terrible they do not care about their customers any at all, I live 1 minute from there pharmacy is the most convenient location but the customer service recurved is the worst.! I called in a prescription a week a head of time go to pick it up and they do not have it ready because the insurance wouldn’t go through didn’t call about it nothing just left it until I came to get it? 🤬 and this is not the first time they have been told to fill it anyways. I’m done going back to cvs.
