Book and appointment with them months ago to have my dogs groomed because the only availability they had was 3 months out. Went in for my appointment and they tell me they don’t have it in their books, on top of it we waited in the groomers for someone to help us and the staff just gawked at us. I won’t go back, their services aren’t even very good to begin with anyway

I couldn’t be more happy how my Jazzy baby came out. She was a little matted so I was nervous how she would tune out. Jenny did an amazing job! Jazzy smelt so good and looks so stinking adorable. I am VERY, VERY disappointed. I brought my dog to get a trim service this past Saturday. I first wondered to myself why they didn’t even bother putting a bow in her hair like they always do. That night I take her to go visit my moms home. While my mother was trying to touch her face my dog bit her. Which was a very strange behaviour. The very next day my partner realized that my dog had a cut on her FACE! A deep one at that. The least that they could have done was let me known what happened so that I was aware and also gotten her ointment for her bad cut on her face. It can be very dangerous if she is to catch an infection there. Wow I’m so hurt and disappointed. And no bow? No wonder, NUTS!

Started going here after PetCo let me down for the thousandth time and they always do a great job cutting my PooChin. He gets a lot of anxiety and moves a lot when being worked on but they never nick or injure him.

These girls are awesome!!!! If you go to another grooming shop … you need to stop going their and definitely go to Puppy La Peu .I have a golden doodle and I bring my dog nala their and they take such good care of her and do such a great job .. All 3 sisters

I have a tuxedo cat with long fur and prone to matting around his legs as well as spot behind his ears and under his chin. I took him to a local groomer in Lincoln and he came back with just his belly shaved, it was so short his whole belly was red and almost looked razor burned, and she trimmed around his lion’s mane and it was cut short on one side and long on the other. Not to mention they were ridiculously high priced.I recently rooked Milo to Puppy La Peu for a full cut, wash, nail clipping and they cleaned his ears. The price was unbeatable and they did a tremendous job on him. His fur was cut short enough to get out all the mattes, even the tricky ones under his chin. The lion’s mane was perfectly rounded, he was clean and totally even all around. It’s a small place but extremely efficient. While I was waiting to pick him up I saw some dogs coming out looking handsome. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their pets groomed.Thank you all for a wonderful job!

We have been here before to have our Pom groomed. They always did a nice job. We had a shorthair Chihuahua who didn't require extensive grooming, so we did it ourselves. Now we have a Yorkie puppy who needs grooming. So we are back! Betty entered looking like a shaggymuffin, but looked beautiful when I returned for her! And smelled fantastic! They are so nice here. Now, I might have to bring my cat in!

Filthy place. I feel badly leaving this review but I think others should be wary. The staff seemed ok and I’m sure they do a good dog haircut but I walked out almost as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The place is simply one big, open room with all the dogs caged on the floor with the loose hair and dirt being blown into their eyes while the other dogs are being worked on. The cages also looked dirty and rusted. If you must, be sure your dog is AT LEAST up to date on every possible vaccine before going here. My last pup contracted kennel cough from PetCo’s grooming services and he never really got better. Several vet visits did nothing. He just had a terrible cough until he passed away. Illness from the groomers is very real people. Be careful!

I brought my 6 month old Yorkie in for a grooming and he looks SO cute. They said he did really good. And the staff was soo friendly!! Highly recommend this place for your furry friends!!

I’m very surprised I’ve been to this salon a few times always satisfied this time it was more money and was very unhappy with the cut. So upset that I have to wait until my dog grows out his hair until he can look the way he supposed to 😕😟😔😞😒

Bingo, my 65 lb labradoodle with very high maintenance curly poodle hair, not only gets the best cuts/washes of his life at Puppy La Pew, but he LOVES going there! He jumps out of the car and runs to the door as if it's doggy day care...he used to be terrified of a different groomers, so I know that this is a special, safe, fun place for him. Thanks, Jessica, for making him look good and feel good :)
