Cashier didn't speak English. wrongly priced items which is illegal. Can't navigate store due to carts and empty boxes everywhere. Never going here again. They should be shut down.

In this family dollar store there's at times long lines only 1 customer service point of sales person on duty at the register, loud music continually and long conversations at the cashier line. Store product never placed on product racks making it uncustomer friendy/ hard to maneuver through out the store .store staff could be better trained my opinion.

Worst place to shopping.. Bad customer services from some employees… the hours shows 8-10pm. 9:30 the doors are already close.. if they don’t want to work there is people out there who wants to work. I will never go there again

Idk what's going on but the store is not the same. There was more shelves empty than full. Asking the workers something was like pulling teeth. All but 1 young lady in there she was more than helpful. The guy ringing up needs 2 be doing stock. Because his attitude was the worse. They need more workers in there. It needs to be cleaned up. I'm not use to seeing it like that in any way.

People that work there should all just quit; they don't want to be there. I'm waiting at the checkout line yesterday and the cashier waved over the person standing behind me like I wasn't even there. Cashier who rang up my items was miserable and couldn't be bothered. Awful service every time I go in!!!

Been going to this store for many years.Never encountered a problem until today.Manager was in a bad mood and it showed. I made a mistake a bought something off a shelve I wasn't supposed to I apologized and she couldn't to be rude. So to this experience I won't ever go back

I was overcharged by 50 cents for an item & when I noted the discrepancy the manager was extremely rude. She seemed annoyed as soon as I asked if she could help with checking the price. Then said "I'll just give you the 50 cents out of my pocket!" Geesh, a penny saved is a penny earned. Thanks for my money, have a good day.

This family dollar is decent sized. It has a wide variety from kitchen gadgets to decorating to food and snacks there is pet food and products and even clothes. They have hygiene products and health products . Great store for quick last minute things. The staff is friendly and very efficient.

Prices are fair and reasonable. At times they can be out of stock for something's like pet food and cat litter. I have both a kitten and puppy and they only eat a certain brand. Other than that I can't really complain.

Store helpers we're friendly and knew where everything was. One thing they have no control over was the customers that come in and out of the store smelling like marajuana. It's a reminder I live in Pawtucket and not one of the better areas of Rhode Island. That parts sad, but again, that's not against them. That's why I gave them five earned stars!

Down to earth members of the community work here. Treat them with respect and you'll receive the same. They have food, kitchen products, hygiene products, cleaning products, clothes, etc. I've been going here since I was 7. This Family Dollar is clutch.

Horrible, horrible service! Manager was so disrespectful, outrageously rude. Poor attitude causing big fight with a customer. I witnessed 2 incidents like this in the store. I’m totally disgusted that people like that could be in management positions.I’m appalled!! 😦 Their so gross!!I’d rather drive farther to another dollar store.I would never go back there again.

This store is always a disaster. Its shelves are a mess, and there are always boxes of products all over the aisles, blocking products on shelves. I live a block away from this store but choose to go to the Dollar General in Seekonk instead because this place is so unorganized.

I was just at the store. They rude and loud some of them were not wearing face mask I attempted to let the lady know to tell the guy to put on his face covering she just ignored me. The reason the pandemic is still spreading.

Horrible place, unorganized and horrible customer service!! Slow cashier's that have an attitude when they lack good judgment. Definitely wouldn't recommend this particular one.

No toothpaste or mouthwash in the store on Broadway (pawt.). Was told delivery issue. 8/20/22: still no toothpaste to speak of on shelf.

Too many boxes in isles, check out lines are too long and only one register being used, deliveries when they come in they don't yield to customers, store is not too clean.
