Spent 3 hours of my Christmas Eve in this store searching for my keys and dealing with AAA delays after accidentally leaving keys at register for less then 1 min. One employee was very rude and non empathetic kept insisting keys were not and were never there and I had too many things in my hands. Another was very professional and helpful who saw the keys himself and kept insisting their existence to his co worker. I watched them both with nothing else to do but cry and wait on hold for 3 hours. The one who wasn’t nice to me, was not pleasant with anyone. Any customer that asked if he saw my keys he yelled at them that it’s not his problem and they aren’t there. He did offer me a ride while on one of his cigarette breaks. The other employee wearing a Santa hat was the complete opposite as I watched him interact with every customer in a positive helpful manner for 3 hours. By 9pm I walked to my car hysterical by now looking inside my car wishing for a Christmas miracle hoping my keys would just appear with so much to do and was already sick for a few days now in the cold rain. As I turned around I saw the Santa hat employee who’s name might be Nate, waving the most magical Christmas bell in the air I ever saw, it was my keys. The other employee who screamed he couldn’t help me for 3 hours, had them in his pocket the entire time. Someone get rid of that awful man and give the other employee a promotion just for being an amazing person and valuable worker.

This is the best family dollar that I’ve been in. The associates are nice and always greet you when entering. They always have lovely music playing in the background for our shopping experience. This family dollar always smells great. The products are in stock when I needed them. I’ve never had a problem. I’m a weekly shopper here.

The store seems to be a little bit better than other Family Dollar stores. The shelves are stocked okay, but there is room for improvement. The availability of different types of items is a good thing because you can get multiple things you need in one trip. This store is generally not crowded which means you don't need to wait long in line, where other Family Dollar stores I have been in I almost always have to wait in line. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. Parking outside is plentiful and it is right beside a CVS and a Bank of America ATM.

Was in the store may 15th about 11:30 am. Man at register was 👍 great.. First time in this store in a while and he is by FAR the BEST and I never got his name😥

Done coming here unless I really have to. Pricing is very inconsistent, and the digital coupons never work at checkout. Plus most of the stuff in the app for the digital coupons are never on the actual shelves to buy lol. Not the best store out there. But not the worst.

You have to watch out for a guy by the name of Elijah claims he is the manager when he is not he will swear at you and treat you like and he will not uphold the sales that are advertised the worst family Dollar I've ever been to

Horrible manager have walked out more than once lines to long staff dancing goofing off double charged on items be sure to read ur receipts!!

I don't go in here often but each time I have gone in, there have been young men with problems asking for money or obviously high on drugs. Today a guy asked for 1.00 to get on the bus. He loudly called everyone a fake who didn't donate, including quiet little me. Right in my face. Who needs this assault? A young woman in line said, "get a job". The guy then pulled out a pocketful of large bills. A verbal attack went on until the manager threatened him with a call to the cops. Even though this store is conveniently located near CVS, I will go to Dollar tree 1 mile away where I have never been afraid to shop.You can't predict what will happen but at noon on a Sunday you don't expect to encounter this. Too bad.

I bought 3 boxes of HOSTESS Products.. I told the cashier I didn't need the receipt. Then looked to open the cup cakes and Zingers. For all the kids only to see they are exipired..almost 2 weeks..WATCH OUT EVERYONE..

Honestly the most clean dollar store I’ve been in. The aisles are well stocked and organized. Needs more staff but they’re friendly and they’ll help you find things if you need assistance.

This store (11962) was spotless, it was spacious and well organized without a thing out of place, I've honestly never been to a family dollar that looked this good inside.
