I live in Attleboro and have a Dollar in Tree right down the street for me but I come to this one in Pawtucket. The staff is always so nice and it’s always stocked well and I really enjoy coming to the store if I could give it 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for all the hard work that you do. I do have to say I went in there one night in the cashier was like a little out to lunch, and the manager wasn’t helping her and she was having all kinds of problems with the register, but coming here in the daytime, awesome!

Poor phone etiquette. Called store to ask a question on a product today. Associate answered phone with "Hello." I asked if this is Family Dollar since saying hello doesn't answer where I've called, phone numbers changes all the time. The associates' response was "Who's speaking?" Isn't the correct response, "Yes, this is Family Dollar, how can I help you?" Or at least something along those lines, not "who's speaking?"

This store almost never opens on time....this is a frequent occurrence....the manager was in the store with the doors locked when it was supposed to be open for business, a customer banged on the door to ask when she was going unlock the door!!! (Now mind you there was lots of customers waiting to buy goods) she yelled don't tell me when to open....this store needs a new manager to get this store straightened out....it's a waste of time to go in the am.

The worst experience ever. The employee was rude, she was cashing out while on the phone. She couldn’t double bag heavy stuff for a elderly women. She had a bad attitude. And walked away without saying have a great day. The worst employee experience I ever dealt with.

Family Dollar on Pawtucket Ave. Closed at 3pm due to not having a manager and just 1 working staff. The young man had to close because he did have coverage.

Sat outside the store a half hour. Clearly it was open yet doors were locked and no note as to why. Clearly a garbage manager in charge. Dozens of customers left disapointed

Worst cashier I've ever dealt withShe was so rude and nasty, she had no personality, I spent way over 100.00 bucks in this store and she never gave me all my stuff, I got home and found that I didn't have everything, never again will I ever set foot in this store again
