I am beyond absolutely disgusted by the pharmacists behavior towards me. I called to confirm that my anxiety med and inhaler were ready for pickup. Because of my anxiety I could not leave a message and wait hours for a call back so I went on the prescribers line which I know they answer since I work in the medical field. He asked me if I was a prescriber after I gave him my name and date of birth. I said no, and that's when he went off on a tirade about how i'm not supposed to call that line, I tried explaining that I have severe anxiety which he clearly knows since he sees what meds I am picking up. He continued to raise his voice at me and not letting me speak. I go to the store and was very clear to him that he needs retraining on customer service. I also let him know that arguing and yelling at a person with anxiety is completely unprofessional and in my opinion abusive. I threatened to call corporate as he continued to argue with me and taunt me causing my anxiety to get worse. He is by far the worst person in the medical field I have ever encountered. I feel bad for the staff that have to work under this person!

I'm very happy with this CVS. The store is always clean and everyone is always helpful and friendly. Very nice store.

Since I'm calling from work on my break I do not have time for a call back. It is ridiculous that I have to wait for a call back. I need to know if my father's prescription is even there so I don't leave during my break to get it for no reason. It is a new prescription so I do not have the rx number. Not being able to speak to a human is unacceptable

CVS stinks. Your services are AWEFUL. Your pharmacy people are rude & ignorant. Don't explain any new medications. . I rather go to Walgreens better service

Very unprofessional I won't be coming back here. I was here for a covid vaccine my 4th shot. The pharmacist asked if I was immunocompromised and I asked why .... he said because I didn't check yes on the questionare and I know I did. I'm sitting with my boyfriend and he got his, I look down and my appointment was canceled. I now understand type two diabetes/ Hashimotos Thyroiditis are not immunocompromised conditions unless the pharmacist see's otherwise it's at their discretion. I was honest with what condition(s) I had .... I didn't have to disclose what the imnuno compromised condition(s) were. Secondly no one told me it was canceled I had to go up to desk and ask why. Very, Very, unprofessional I'm very disappointed in how ya'll handled the situation and disgusted... it was at your discretion.... there are so many people lying saying they are immunocompromised and aren't just so you're aware.... half of you aren't and are getting the 4th shot just because you're a medical professional and others because they lie. Thanks for keeping it professional. Oh and they proceeded to write on my covid card before they cancelled the appointment. Great judge of character ! 👏 I'm not a hard person to deal with even tho I was upset I said thank you for your time we are allset let's go to my boyfriend and left. Not everyone makes a scene. The quicker you learn that 💯 the better

When shown a picture of an OTC soap, told me I needed a script from my doctor. When I insisted that the hospital contact person told me I could get it over the counter at Wal-Mart, the tech went to check for the soap in the mouthwash isle. So. You know.

I ordered photos online as the website said they could have them done in an hour. Called three hours later and was told the system was down and they didn’t know when it would be back up. Couldn’t even refund my money. Maybe don’t advertise one hour photo turn around if you can’t even guarantee photo development within 24 hours?

Decent-sized store with a good pharmacy that frequently has a wait at it - both inside & at their drive-thru. Front store staff is very friendly.

Veronica, was compasioned and helpful when i told her that i lost my medication ,she call my insurance and they override and gave my medication again ,thanks veronica for taking the time and doing a great customer service

I prefer the CVS in Rumford. This one is always packed and doesn't always have what you need.
