All the grooming staff and really the whole store staff is so nice. They are always very accommodating and helpful. Taylin in grooming takes customer service to a new level. If anyone deserves a promotion you should definitely be looking at Taylin. She’s the reason we love Petco and the reason we come back every 4 weeks.

The visit itself was good until I got to the checkout. The cashier was fabulous. However, when we called to get my coupon redemption, the customer service rep made it turn into a 20 to 30 minute ordeal. There was no need for it at all. I had the validation code.it took forever for Customer Service to authorize this code that originally Customer Service issued before.

I m very happy with Abby's bath and care! They staff was so friendly to me and my Abby. They helped me immensely by helping to determine the status of Abby's coat, concurring with my vet's diagnosis of a skin allergy and suggesting I seek the treatment of a canine dermatologist. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Petco!

We had Sarah at The North Kingstown Petco and she was Excellent to deal with. My Schnoodle Bogey loved her! Sarah did exactly what I asked her to do and she had many tips how to maintain his coat until next visit!I will definitely have her do it again!
