We love them!! When we just moved here I couldn’t decide where to take her for grooming but I decided to try them out and they were the one! My dog looks the best when she gets groomed here. Super friendly staff! They sell really cool and unique toys and treats. My dog loves the ice cream. They also sell birthday cakes and cookies and they are all so pretty and tasty (according to my dog🐶)!!Thank you always for grooming Pocky and we are looking forward to one more groom before we move!🐾

My dog and I both love Wag Nation. They do all of the research for you and only source products that are actually good for your pets. The staff are all super helpful and they all genuinely care about animals. My dogs is always excited to say hi to the staff, especially Amanda! I’ve been coming here for over two years now for my dogs grooming and this place does not disappoint. Marley is the one who grooms Luna and it’s perfect every time, and we all know how difficult it can be washing and trimming pet hair. But she gets it exactly how I want it. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. The store is beautiful and clean. They love when they see Luna. If you ever need some dietary advice for your dog, ask for Amanda she’s a wealth of knowledge.

I bought a lot of stuff from here for my bulldog puppy but the one time I brought my puppy to their store. My puppy was curious about what was in the other side of the check-out counter so he stood up and tried to put his paws on to their mini door to look over. But the door wasn't locked so it swung back and forth. So it looked like my puppy pushed the door on purpose like he's a bad dog. The guy at the counter who I think is the husband of the owner literally mean mugged my bulldog puppy. It was the meanest look Ive ever seen and I was quite offended so I vowed not to ever go back. If they dont want dogs jumping or doing DOG THINGS maybe dont open a dog store. lol. And him mean mugging my puppy-I will never forget the look on is face coz it made me realize maybe they dont like dogs that much and just like to profit from dog owners.

Don’t know what we would do without Wag Nation - not only are you greeted with a warm welcome but the selection of healthy food & treat options is unparalleled! Manager Amanda was amazing!! Her product knowledge regarding kibble was second to none. She also went well beyond the call of duty to make sure it would be easy for me to find the food back in Boston by calling a store that carried the brand there. An absolutely amazing buying experience. I shop here a lot but will continue to be a repeat customer and recommend this place to all my dog-owner friends!

The staff here is very kind and their selection is cute, a bit pricey like everything in newport, but that's not why i'm here. I booked a grooming appointment here. i am a new puppy owner and i was extremely nervous about coming in to get her cut. i have a doodle and her hair was absolutely beautiful and i wanted to keep it that way. i was assured that her hair would stay long by numerous employees including the groomer and the manager themselves. i had asked to keep it long and low and behold my doodle has been shaved. i know their shaving policy, they only shave if the dog is 40% matted, and i can assure you she was not (i even specifically asked her to leave the ONE mat if she couldn’t get it, to NOT shave it off. i would’ve done it myself). i understand hair grows back but i am disappointed with the communication between the store and myself as this is my dog. i will not be coming back to this store and i will not recommend to others. i asked for it to STAY LONG and i am very disappointed with the outcome.

I was pressed for time. I hadn’t any time to make a cake of my own. My friend suggested I go to a dog bakery and get a cake made by them. I googled dog cakes, found a few options. I even called to confirm to make sure I could get a “cake” there.I went in and asked for the peanut butter bacon dog bone cake that I had seen online and called about and the young girl at the counter shows me these hand size supposedly bakery treats. $8 each, so I buy 2 cupcakes, 2 cakes and 2 dog paw cookies. I also see tiny dog birthday hats ($10 each) I got 2. I only went in with the intention of spending less than $50! My bill was almost $120.00! I was livid! I left the shop and went home to go give my greedy little beggars that eat anything their special little dog treats, not only were they rock hard my puppies didn’t want anything to do with them! I tried taking a hard construction scissor to cut them in smaller pieces with dog ice cream dip and see if they became more appealing, my dog nearly choked on that rock hard garbage! Go elsewhere! Save your fur babies from these disgusting rocks!

Tallia and her staff are so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable!! I frequent the shop with my 4-year old and they’re always so sweet and patient with us. Wag Nation has a great selection of high quality food, toys, and accessories for your four-legged friend. They have a food delivery program and their customer service is fantastic. They’re also super responsive!

Inexperienced groomers shaved my dog when I explicitly asked for just a slight trim no more than 1-1.5 inches. Sadly my dogs coat went from 6+ inch to a maybe 1 inch buzz cut. Couldn’t be more disappointed especially in the middle of winter. Issues with not just the length, uneven cut virtually everywhere and didn’t even trim the ears. It’s like they tried to just give her a cookie cutter haircut fit for a different breed. Overall unprofessional and overpriced. Avoid.

My friend recommended this store so I went looking for a lobster harness for my dog. I went there we tried stuff on and the owner said she would order whatever we wanted and we would have it in a few days. Perfect! We were going away and I wanted Zoe to have the harnesses for our vacation. Days and now weeks have passed and I haven't received anything... Not even a call about where these pieces are. Have they shipped? We they back ordered? (When I was at the store I was told they were in stock). Needless to say I am not too pleased with the service. I called 3 times now and still no word on my order. I make a conscious effort to shop locally and NOT order items online but why do business with a shop that doesn't care about their customers!

Terrific customer service. Both Talia and Alex bend over backwards to make sure Tristan and I have everything we need. And, we’re pretty fussy. We need everything the lowest fat content and they keep finding treats that fit the bill perfectly. They deliver - willingly & happily - and in all weather or traffic. Such a relief to have them in town - especially after all those past years, past management that we had had to put up with! They deserve a lot of credit for their conscientious devotion to their customers.

We visited this shop at the end of January to purchase some custom monogrammed bowls for the puppy we were getting in a few weeks. The man at the counter ensured us that if we purchased the bowls and treat container he would ship them to us after monogramming within a week or two. It was perfect timing so we would have them before our puppy.Here we are, almost a MONTH later....I have left several messages, called multiple times, no one answers. I called once and spoke to a woman on the phone who said she would take my info and get back to me....still nothing. I sent a message on Facebook explaining I would like my items and an update. NO RESPONSEThis is despicable customer service. We spent a lot of money on these items and not only DO NOT have them for our puppy, we have NO update and NO call back. Shame on you.DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE.
