Has a part I needed for a heat issue in my house. Before heading to HD 30 min away, I called to ask of they had one because I knew it was an uncommon part. Sure enough, they knew exactly I needed and they had one in stock. Saved me about an hour of time.

I have been looking for spline masonry bits and have had very little luck. Not even online could I find a diversity of bits that would fit my heavy duty hammer drill. I was really regretting having bought a spline hammer drill years ago. But Jerry's had a HUGE selection of bits!!! And very knowledgeable staff to help me find exactly what I needed!!! Thank you!!!

Visited Jerry's and was as usual thankful they are around. Of course live the new store. I was immediately greeted by a helpful team member something I very much like about my shopping experiences there. Donna was knowledgeable, attentive, not overbearing and I was appreciative of her help. I found everything I needed with Donna's help. Also noticed the great selection of candy up front while I was checking out but I was good and didn't get myself a treat. So when you are loooking to get your DIY project needs think of Jerry's they have everything and helpful staff to assist.

I've been coming to Narraganset since I was a kid and Jerry's had always been the place my family went for their hardware needs. Now that I am a homeowner here year round I always find them so helpful and friendly any time I go in. Couldn't ask for a more friendly and knowledgable staff! They help us with all of our home projects, providing supplies and walking us through how to use the products step-by-step. We purchased a Weber grill from them and they recently picked up the grill and delivered it back to our home to provide service at no charge. Amazing costumer service!

In a world where the big box store dominates, Jerry's is the better place to go. As soon as you walk in unless all staff is with a client, you are greeted and guided to the item you are lookin for from a knowledgeable and friendly team member. 35-40,000 items, they usually have what you are looking for, but will let you know quickly if they do not. I feel like family when I visit and refer people often. Cheers to the team at Jerry's!

If you can't find what you need here you probably don't need it. In the rare case they don't have what you need, they'll tell you where to get it. Awesome hardware store that carries just about everything under the sun and always has great service with a smile.UPDATE: Went in today (2/10/18) looking for $40+ worth of parts to fix my bathroom sink and was advised I only needed $2.58 worth of parts. Got home and Rob was exactly right! As good as new with only $2 worth of parts! Try that at a big box store! Saved me over $40 by staying local and trusting Jerry's Hardware!!! WOW! Thanks Guys!

Staff acts like they are doing you a favor purchasing products. Why would a business continue to employ such a surly staff? This has consistently occurred over the past two years. Selection is good, pricing is not the best.

A real hometown hardware store. We've lost so many, but Jerry's prevails. Fits right in with the many surrounding stores, kind of like part of a detached mini-mall; not to mention being right next to Adventureland. Jerry's success led to moving to a brand new building nearby with a better layout, but the same helpful friendly people.
