This place has some of the best doggy baths around. My doggy loves it there! Plus the salespeople are pretty knowledgeable about the products they carry, which is pretty rare in most other chain type places.

Love, love, love this place! We have been on a long camping trip and our pup was very much in need of a bath. We walked right in on Labor Day and was able to bathe her for $12, which includes supplies. Sheri was amazing in explaining how everything worked. She was so sweet, we wanted to tip her, but she said she can’t accept a tip , “and besides, it’s my job.” Such a nice place!

Dog wash. Pet wash. $12/$15 they provide shampoo for $3 more dollars conditioner. The price includes towels, blow dryer (not warm, very strong blower), treats, cotton swabs, qTips, brush. Nice, clean, friendly staff.

Wow! We are up here for a month from Florida. One groomer suggested I check out Rumford to bathe our two Havenese ( they have hair so need weekly shampoo). Well, the first week they were so helpful and it was so easy for me. They supply it all! And then was surprised that is was only $12 for each girl. This past week I went in with our puppy. I was very sad since we lost our 15 year old a few days before and just picked up her ashes. I was talking about it as I checked out. He said , oh there is no charge today. I said I hadn’t used it enough to get a free shampoo. He just gave me such a compassionate smile and nod. Made me cry. That is kindness so I am passing it forward and give them some business!

Amazing staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food and treat selections are outstanding too and good quality which I absolutely love. You’re able to give your dog baths here as well and all products needed are provided! This is such a great store. I’m so glad I found it!

Need to fix the dryers!!! All duct taped!! Need to fix the drains in the tubs and put non slip footing on the tile stairs for dogs. Love the store but the bathing area needs to be updated.

Amazing place! Super clean! Friendly and helpful! Top of the line products! I know anything I purchase there will be safe for my pup. I only discovered it because it was the only store I could find in 3 states that carried the healthiest & safest dog food for which I painstakingly researched. It’s a pleasure shopping there!!!

My first experience with giving my a dog a bath at the shop. Friendly staff explained how everything works. Being able to stand and wash is the way to go. Also bought a new collar. Staff helped out with fitting and providing explanation with how it works best.
