During my recent visit to the store, I went with my wife and newborn son to purchase some baby supplies. We decided to go to Target store for this purpose. After we finished shopping, we headed to the registry to check out. However, we noticed that there was a long queue. We then saw that the self-register was open, so we decided to head towards it. As we were scanning the baby supplies, an older woman who was working there caught our attention. I politely asked her to hold a pair of pants for me that I couldn't afford, but to my surprise, she started rolling her eyes and giving me attitude for no apparent reason. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.To make matters worse, the older woman then grabbed the pants from my hands in an aggressive manner. It was clear that she was targeting my family because of our skin color. I was shocked and hurt that someone could be so blatantly racist towards us. The older woman then proceeded to whisper in the ear of an older man who came to replace her, pointing her fingers at my family.Despite this, the older man was kind and didn't listen to whatever the older woman was saying about us. He came over to our family with a smile and offered his help and support. His kindness made us feel more at ease and welcomed. However, the hurtful experience with the older woman still left a bitter taste in our mouths. I would not recommend this Target store to anyone who is black or belongs to any other marginalized community.

Self checkout lanes closed. Lines are 10 deep, no lie. My ice cream melted completely before I could cash out. Store has gone way down hill since they started renovating it a while back. Aisles are messy. Pallets and boxes of product cluttering the aisle. Trips to target are t what they used to be š

I really enjoy shopping at the Lincoln location- friendly and knowledgeable staff, typically the store is well stocked & itās always neat and organized. Itās typically busy but checkout goes quickly.

I would give zero stars if possible. I was at register 8 at noon time and waited for a while. All of a sudden the employee stated that the customer she was waiting on was her last one !!!!! There were 2 people ahead of me. This store sucks and they need to train their employees right about customer service.

No self checkout stuck behind 20 moms with 300 things when i just need toothpaste and a toothbrush ridiculous who runs this place.Not a single express line at all.

Target...what can I sayI know one thing a great experienceThis store has a bright, positive, and welcoming perspective. I find customer representatives..the target team ready to help.One can find almost anything they need and at reasonable cost.Then, what I look forward to is a break after my shopping...There is a Starbucks to sit and savor a coffee.

I head to this location when I'm in the area or going the cinema before for snacks. The Starbucks in this location is okay, always busy so I search for my favorite clearance area's for deals. The toy, electronic and collectibles area is sometimes a disaster but they do there best to fix it. You never know what target finds you will get. I have found some great items on clearance here. š

Was using self checkout and employee was very rude. Store had left an old promo tag up and when I questioned why I didnāt the gift card deal, she was extremely rude. I had to go get the tag to prove it to her and she gave me a lot of attitude while she got the gift card. Girl at online order pick up was very nice though.

This is not a good experience. Only one cashier. Line was 6 isles long. The sel check out the same. Good thing we have Amazon. Hire more cashiers...

Just an FYI the Starbucks here will not take reusable cups but the standalone one in the plaza will. I was told that they would make my drink in a single use plastic cup and then I could pour it in at the end which defeats the purpose of a reusable cup⦠I hope Starbucks will get on this and come up with a solution for this store because the idea that single use plastics are okay and just disposable needs to stop.

I needed to buy a cell phone on Saturday March 18th at the Lincoln target.Lucille my tech was extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect phone to meet my needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about all that was needed to setup the phone and copy all my data. My old phone had some technical difficulties to complete the data transfer but Lucille kept her composure to solve the problem and get the job done while still assisting other customers. Her knowledge and great customer service skills were invaluable to me and made this experience very successful. Thanks Lucille.

Checkout is always infuriating, I purposely shop elsewhere when I can because itās always like this. There will be a super long line yet only one poor cashier trying to do their best. Target relying on self checkout is insane.

I have never been so upset with a quick run target in my life, this is my happy place most of the time. The place was an absolute disaster, the employees from the manager I spoke with, to the check out male with black hair they were incredibly miserable. The online sale for 50% most items, says below it āpurchase in storeā and I was told yes itās correct by two employees, and then told no by the manager. Whatever, not a huge deal. If that was my only issue, fine. My daughter skipped at the check out line excited for her new toy, and the male cashier snapped at her saying āNO RUNNING WATCH OUTā. My mood for the evening was killed by simply going to target? The negative energy and misery flowed through out the store, along with the mess everywhere⦠I get that most of it Iām sure is from rude customers, but I am not one of those and did not deserve it.

Very clean and top notch customer service. Had a complaint and filled out a target survey, within 24 hours the store manager reached out to resolve the issue. I will say I add coupons to my target app and often, the discounts donāt get taken off at the register. Have to go back to customer service for manual discounts to be added. Otherwise, great store! Never too crowded either

Rob B. working the front end at Target was the best! I was in a panic this morning. I mixed up sizes when ordering my girl's snow pants. I notice the error as my husband was on a commute to grab our online order. I explained the situation. Rob B. understood the task of making things easy for my husband who is NOT the shopper of the family needed to grab the essentials and bring them to the girls at school. ROB B. saved the day and made us look like super parents to our kiddos today!!! YOU rock!

Poor, abysmal, non-existent customer service. I tried calling ahead to verify that the item I had purchased online was in fact there and ready to be picked up. Because I have a sick individual at home I cannot be away for very long and don't want to waste any time. When I went to call I get this useless convoluted phone menu. And when I went to select number two to reach a particular department I get another menu that tells me to select two for customer service desk and no one answered. As a matter of fact no one answered at any of the extensions I pushed..Waste of time

Love this target... However the Starbucks staff is less than accommodating. To be told they close soon and they've cleaned the equipment already kinda leaves us not being able to give you business. Won't be returning because of this. Customer service is really something simple.

Customer service :) Kelly, who greeted me at the door, in the Licoln, RI store was wonderful. I am physically handicapped and she went over and above to make my shopping experience beyond my expectations. The facilities are closed due to renovations and she even accompanied me to the handicapped temporary ladies room to assure my safety <3

I went to pick up an item I ordered online. The store wasn't very crowded. I was able to finish my business and leave quickly. The staff was efficient and helpful. The store wasn't accepting cash payments. There was a sign stating that due to a currency shortage they were only taking electronic payments.
