The staff there have no respect for anyone. The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen and the manager is the ring leader. The store is a mess as the employees stand there and talk about people and laugh some of us heard every word can not believe 5below employs such trash

The name of the store suggests that everything is under $5 . This is not true . It used to be . Now things are $1.25 , $5.55 , and even a wireless speaker for $25 ! While the store does have some unique items , and it's hard to leave without buying something , just check the pricing before going to the checkout or you may be in for a surprise . The store is not like it used to be (neither is Dollar Tree). The store was well stocked and organized , but most of the books for sale were not priced at all . Plenty of parking is available as well as public restrooms.

Sometimes they have precisely what I need for $5 or less. Usually not. I would come here mainly for some school or office supplies, small kitchen needs, quick gifts for a swap or Secret Santa, a hat in a hurry, flip flops that I know won't last forever, last minute beach or snow toys, toys for a trip or game prizes... Or CANDY. (They sell LOTS of candy.) That kind of thing. Easy in and easy out. Big parking lot. No bike rack but there is one nearby at Target. Exceedingly easy to reach by bus as the bus stop is at their front door. :-)

HORRIBLE customer service. The employees act like because they have self checkout they don’t actually have to assist anyone. If the prices weren’t so convenient I would never step foot in this place.

Since when do we not put all the cages out even when its raining?? And since when do we tell customers you will hold an item until the next day for them behind the counter with their name on it and when we go pick it up we're told they don't know what happened to it and it was probably sold?? What a waste of my time and gas. Your website says you have it in stock. Maybe if you were recovering throughout the day and the tee shirt wall wasn't a mess you could find it. Glad to see how the standards have changed since I left. Lmfao

My friend and I walked in about 40 minutes before close. As soon as we entered the store the workers starting loudly telling each other that they should have just locked the doors. I frequent this location but have been noticing that the staff has been rude lately. I understand having a long day, I understand being understaffed and overworked — however, it’s out of line to make comments like this in front of customers. Save frustrations for the break room.

Great place for those last minute Christmas or Birthday gifts for those people added to your list last minute. They have fun and imaginative products that make a wonderful last minute gift. The quality of these items do not reflect the price of the items. They're generally good quality items. The saying you get what u pay for does not apply to the good quality items sold here. 😊 HAPPY browsing!

My favorite place to get some cute things cheap. Great for gifts and home stuff. There is a variety of interesting things to purchase from home to college dorm to kids room toys and candy. It is located in a super convenient place as well the plaza has a stop and shop a gas station mc Donald's target famous footwear job lot and it has a Asian restaurant as well as five guys and a chili's.

Great place to buy candy and snacks. The selection, outside of an actual candy store, is second to none. They used to have a decent selection of Japanese candy/treats, but going here recently (early December), it was much more limited, likely due to the seasonal stuff crunching the floorspace.With the risk of having this review date itself, if you're worried about social distancing, maybe don't go here during peak times... There's so much stuff that it crowds up quickly.

Found it to be overpriced. Some things at Dollar Tree for 1.25 cost 2 or 3 dollars there, or even more.

I hadn't been here for awhile, and lots had changed. They seem to have a lot more product, but it's arranged nicely, and they made good use of the space they had. There's definitely a lot more clothing being sold, along with the usual makeup, toys, and party stuff. They have food and candy spread out through the store, and much more than they used to, it seems. I really liked Five Below about a year ago when I was here last, and I like it even more now!

I love Five Below. They have some really amazing things that you will find. Every time I go I find something different, but I always am happy with that I stopped in & looked around. They have an interesting assortment of books for the whole family. You can always find a fun craft project to work on or a bunch of odds & ends. I have always found a great selection of toy figure's for kids that are name brand & well recognized like SpongeBob, Avengers, Hello Kitty, Mário Bros., etc. They had a huge selection of headphones, earbuds, phone cases & many other electronic add on's.

I love this store lots of cool things for low prices. Clean and organized and the employees are always kind. The new self checkout is a little confusing and not all are working but thats new to the store so im sure it'll be fine over time

Cool store and they have a lot of good deals! It's a great place to get themed party favors and candy since a lot of the party city store shut down. You can also buy different toys and books not usually sold in popular big stores.

I always get greeted as soon as I walk in. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. Never actually needed help finding anything because the set up is very easy to follow. They have a good selection and everything is fairly priced. Some of the things are now priced over $5 but still very reasonable.

Good looking place that has a lot of knock knacks. The employees were sweet and friendly. Although the men's room could have been cleaner, but what do you expect when a lot of children use the facility. They have many different things here including phone chargers, skateboards, and coloring books.

2/8/23 at 7pm I visited this store. The man working there not only was sweeping right over my feet while shopping but upon checkout rudely told me to put my shopping basket away. I’m sorry I must’ve forgot I work there. Seriously? Do your job.

It was awesome!! Staff Greeted us at the door, product was fully stocked, easy aisle access, and Great Check-out. This 5star rating is totally worthy.. Prices and friendly nature make for a GREAT shopping experience! Thank you staff!
