Hands down the best kennel I've come across!!! My dog stayed for 11 days and it was worth every penny!!! Friendly and very communicable staff!!! The property is gorgeous and very convenient!!! Not once did they make me not feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care and not once did they judge his breed!!! Hands down the one and only kennel I'll ever use again!!!

My furbaby is Maxx (Shih-poo) he is 8 years old. I've only had him for less than a year. I had him groomed at a groomer but when it was time for his second haircut, the groomer would not return my calls.I then called Cozy Quarters. I believe it was Jessica that took him and groomed him. . When she called to let me know he was done, I asked if he gave her a hard time. She said he is a tough groom. Now I know why the first groomer he had wouldn't call me back. I wish she had called to explain. I would have understood.I asked Jessica at Cozy Quarters if he will be welcome back and she said , yes of course. I'm so glad we found her. The prices are really affordable. I'm so grateful for Cozy Quarters...🌹🐾🌹

Just picked my golden retriever from a grooming at Cozy Quarters and he has never had such a beautiful grooming. I'm sure he was a handful. 😇We also use them for boarding our 2 dogs and they always come home clean and happy. I highly recommend Cozy Quarters.

I called to request an appointment, left a voicemail and received a return call that same day. I called on a Wednesday to get an appointment that week and they had Saturday morning available, super convenient because I work during the week. My dog has extreme anxiety and Jean (the groomer) was very attentive to my dog was comforting. The grooming only took about an hour and half and when I picked up dog not only did, she look great and feel super soft, she seemed comfortable. (2 days later and she still is super soft) This was sooo reassuring because when I dropped her off she was panicking. High recommend and will most definitely be back!

Immaculately clean! Super friendly, helpful employees. I was nervous about boarding my 8 month old puppy but after spending a little time here I was definitely more comfortable. I knew my dog would be well cared for. On the second day of his stay I actually got a video of my pup and a text letting me know that he was fine. Would highly recommend Cozy Quarters.

We have taken several dogs over the years to Cozy and they have always been great. They seem to genuinely love the dogs and our pets never appeared anxious upon arrival or when leaving. Grooming services are very good too.

We have been customers at Cozy Quarters for more than 9 years. It was the best place when we started, the owner was a very nice man, extremely kind to pets and very honest. Unfortunately he passed away and now the kids run the place. The quality of service is very poor, the place stinks when you walk in and I would definitely suggest that you go to another place like I am.

Both groomers were very friendly and extremely loving of my dogs. They were very patient with my Shitzu and Havanese's 1st haircut. They looked great when finished and I couldn't wait to show my wife. I will definitely be back.

We got our pup in the middle of quarantine. By the time businesses opened up, groomers everywhere were so backed up I couldn’t get an appointment. I called Cozy Quarters and explained we were desperate. They squeezed her in and did an amazing job! Ruby loves visiting her friends at Cozy Quarters.

We booked two separate appointments for our two pups two weeks apart. The first they called and cancelled due to water issues. The second we got all the way there for and were told they had no power. The woman did not apologize for the inconvenience and informed me she called me and left a voicemail, which she did not. Why would we put our two anxious dogs in the car if we knew it was canceled? We won’t be back for a third helping.

They are Amazing...i felt very safe leaving my two dogs there . Staff is Super Helpful and will send you pictures and videos of your animals while you're on vacation or work . It helps knowing that the people who work there , care for your animals as if they were there own.

Zero stars to this place went there today with my yorkie after butchering his hair and putting a bald spot on his back leg they called 3 hours later to tell us my dog was giving them a hard time and wouldn’t let them cut absolutely ridiculous am so upset he looks horrible his hair is all uneven save yourself the time and go somewhere else
