I’m very unsatisfied with my in store pick up from the Walgreens on Plainfield never met such a rude store manager she refused to listen tried to ask about my order that was missing items, if she would’ve simply looked it up I would’ve known they were out of stock and than she would not give me her name and then she said she had an delivery and hung up on me. It was such crazy behavior from a manager. More defensive than helpful, I think I’m all set after today such horrible experience

Worse pharmacy, they close randomly because they're "short staffed" (twice!)I've been on hold longer than 20min! (Too many times) And literally as I'm writing this I've called 7 times today. Was on hold for 15 min then just hung up! Called again and hung up. Tried to call back and recording says number is no longer in service.. there's a fax machine sound and hangs up. Phones are screwed up today! 11/10/2022 fix it!I'm now on hold AGAIN just seeing if my daughters script is there. We've already switched to CVS and I've NEVER been on hold with them longer than 5 min. My recommendation DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Edit: hung up on again! 4th time! And again! 5th fkn time!

Cashier's with no experience making change. Worst attitudes. Act like someone's always trying to manipulate them. Arrogant, unprofessional, inconsiderate, just the worst store . I've been to a few. In Chicago, New York, Texas, Ohio, none with this attitudes.

_////___DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE//////___This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They are always under stocked. Twice I have tried to use clipped coupons only to be rejected and told I have to call the 800#. The manager working today 2/23/21 @ 1pm is very unprofessional and very rude. For the record both times I was told to call the 800# , left this store and went to another walgreens I used my clipped coupons with no issues.

I love shopping at Walgreens . Their staff is very helpful and nice. I also love there pharmacy. The people that work there are very Pleasant.
