I went to the pharmacy today to pick up my prescription unfortunately without insurance. It was $90 and the pharmacy tech (I wish I got her name) looked through two systems to get a coupon to get my script down to $30. She will never realize the difference that made for my whole week, I can now buy groceries. I told her that made my whole day and it really did.

I love this store. The pharmacy team are always so kind to my 85 year old Mom. Couldn’t ask for a better group. They are all amazing.

The app is terrible. It has old expired meds on your list, but not all of what you currently take.

I really love the all the pharmacy staff are wonderful. I had one staff member at cosmetics. Who was very rude today. I always purchase something. I waited in line, while she was talking with a nice woman. Step back for one second and she told me. After I waited ten minutes in A man came came from no where. Told me he was next. I said no I have been here ten minutes. She took the other man, then another women. I will not be going back there again. While she is on, she's rude and makes smart remarks. I will cash out at my favorite pharmacy people. who are nice smile. Great job pharmacy people. I refuse to be treated like trash in health and beauty.

pharmacy staff - has no patience.. at all. Esp the one with blonde hair. She got very aggravated with an old woman picking up meds. Also the way they were treating one of the pharm techs was unbelievable. Every 2 seconds they were calling his name asking if he did something.. i know it could be a lot of pressure working in a pharmacy but kindness and patience goes a long way.

Have been using Walgreens for many years now. I have always been treated respectfully. The staff are always courteous and obliging with whatever I might request. The Pharmacy staff goes above and beyond any other drug stores I have tried within my home area. Walgreens Pharmacy is top notch! I highly recommend Walgreens to anyone who doesn't want to wait 30 minutes in a drive-thru or in store pharmacy pick up line. I have experienced that! A total put off. Walgreens Pharmacy has your medication ready and waiting for you! I am a Walgreens customer for life!!! Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy ❤

Edit--Since I have determined how to direct my complaint about the specific employee in question towards Walgreens itself, I am modifying my previous review to reflect that. I have never had any issue with front store staff, they are always friendly and helpful and do not deserve a negative score.

Walgreens, Johnston RI.#1largest Drug Store Chain.great service,clean facility, they care of all your medical needs, they have a huge section of over the counter meds.drive up window for your convenience. Mini food Mart. Great for those days you run out milk and bread etc.plenty of chocolate for the holidays.. photo Dept. Debit machine.plenty of parking, even Handicapped pkg. Watch for sales!!! They have a fine app,to do your refills,and photos. Plus more, take advantage of the app... thanks for reading..

The older guy with 20 gold rings and movado watch up on the front end register was extremely rude when my item rang up regular price even those it was on sale, gave me amd my father an attitude, I had to ask him to call IC3 or someone to go check, he didnt, instead he adjusted the price and didnt even apologize for being rude and loud.

I give 4 stars it would of had five it's just because of this one pharmacy tech that wants to think she's a pharmacist she's not a pharmacist she's a tech she harasses me every time I call and now today she hung up on me so I had to put a complaint into the company everyone else treat you nice this one girl gets under your skin and it's not just me the store says she has numerous so should I get four stars or should I even take another star away thinking about it I really hope they do something with this girl this time her name is darlene if anyone else ever had problems with that please post this way I don't think I'm only the only crazy one😩

I was on the outside window for 8 minutes before someone came and asked my name!! There was 2 lady in there and nether on said will be right with you! They did not acknowledged me!! Bad customer service I will never go back!!
