Always something good on sale at tractor Supply. If you need a tool or outdoor implement or supplies, this is your one-stop shop. I was here checking out a log splitter, and they had quite a few on display. There was lots of staff, although they seemed to be largely engaged in restocking shelves. Many items are available from this store. There's also online order pickup lockers available.

My wife and I went into Tractor Supply with the intent of purchasing a chicken coup. All the employees were professional, attentive and not overbearing. The chicken coup we decided to purchase was located in outside storage. The store manager Sean completed the purchase for us and rather than have us wait for one of his team members that were assisting other customers Sean retrieved the chicken coup and safely loaded it into our vehicle. During the process Sean was a great communicator during the loading process. During the purchase process I also appreciate that Sean made sure we had info related to product support information and made it clear that he and his team members were there at any time if we needed any assistance. Great store, great leadership and great staff. If I need something, Tractor Supply of Johnston Rhode Island will be where I get it from.

I had to pick up salt pellets for a water softener & I had never done that before, yet ever entered the Tractor Supply Co., which I have to admit, I have been missing out. They had amazing sales-I got my 2 year old son all types of animal, truck & farm toys. Plus, they also has a Melissa & Doug brand fishing game on sale for an amazing discount. I had called when before I went in about the salts and the woman who answered the phone was so kind trying to find any history of past purchases so I didn’t get the wrong one, unfortunately that wasn’t able to happen, but when I went in the young boy at the register was very helpful on showing me the different ones and helped me carry them to my car as well. I will definitely be going back there again for more than just salts. Their sales were great and the staff super patient, kind, and helpful.

Do not go to this location if you need a propane tank filled on a cold day. No one will help you. Had me waiting outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes. I went in to check and see if they forgot and they did. Went back outside and waited another 15 minutes and just got fed up and left. Another time I was refused service on my propane because it was light rain. I'll just go somewhere else from now on

People running this location should be fired. Store is looking like a job lot inside for one. Unnecessary lines because of one open register on a Saturday. Personally, I ordered a propane griddle online for store pickup. They tagged a floor model as sold that was missing handles, feet and the regulator. She couldn't understand why I didn't want it and initially was adamant it was all there. Completely clueless, something I would expect from the big box stores....that would never do that....ever. Lost my business, never going back.

Pretty good tractor supply. The clearance items are scattered throughout the store. It can be hard to find.It would be nice if the clearance items would be kept in one area, I go in to get chicken feed, and check sale items. I end up having to walk all over the entire store if I want to check on the sale items.The staff is helpful, and the wait to check out is not usually too long. No complaints. Clean store as well.

Bought 40 chicks. 37 roosters. Been raising chickens for years. Never buying here again. NEVER. UNREAL. staff won't let you look through but I 100% guarantee someone is sorting through these birds.

Went in today, 3/26/2022 around 11:15.am. Every employee made it a point to make eye contact and say hi. I've always had a good experience at the store, but it seems like there was a different positive feel in the store like a new manager that expects more from the staff. Thank you

Been there a lot. We always get our dog food there and seeds for the birds. Prices are better than reasonable on most things. Their stores are usually well organized and clean. You can slso order ahead and they will have it there ready for you (most times) to pick up.

Was this discrimination for wearing a mask?I go to this Tractor Supply regularly, and have been for 10 years. This last time was a shock for me. Wade was stocking soda as I walked in, and I couldn't locate the straw bales I typically purchase. He provided the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in this store. One word answers, no additional help offered, and then an argument when I finally found the straw and let him know they had a whole skid of it in the back. I'll give you the whole conversation, punctuated by awkward silence in between the questions:Hi! Do you have straw in bales? "No"Oh, do you have hay? "No"Hmmm...I usually buy it here. Are you out of stock? "Yes"Do you know when you will have it back in? "No"We needed additional items so we purchased those and found a whole skid of compressed bales of straw, labeled STRAW, in the back. I brought it up to him and said, hey, we found the straw and he started to argue with me! "That's a compressed bale"But it says straw...."You didn't ask for a compressed bale"I have to admit I lost it at that point and told him not to f*@#^ng argue with me, and he continued to do so.Maybe it was because we were the only people in the store wearing masks? Is this some weird form of discrimination? My best friend has Glioblastoma and I can't risk making her sick. Maybe he just shouldn't be in a forward facing customer service role? Either way, I may just drive to CT instead of going here moving forward.

Tractor Supply! Can I tell you I'm a big fan? I'm going to anyway. This place is the best. Need a new high quality snow blower? They got it. Need chicken feed? I think they got it I'm not sure I don't buy chicken feed but I'm pretty sure they do. Want Cowboy boots? They got 'em. A pretty random item by the way. And they have zero percent financing also! How nice is that when you get that Husqvarna chain saw that is pretty expensive? And you can't afford that big but up front? Did I mention plenty of parking? Well they got it. This store is just fun to walk around in and the quality of their items is top notch. I once bought a trenching shovel there. I didn't even know they existed. Actually I'm not sure it was a trenching shovel but it had a thin blade and was real long and perfect for digging a trench I was working on so that's what I'm calling it. I did say I'm a big fan right? One more thing,BABY CHICKENSIn fact they have all kind of pet and horse supplies. I'm so excited about the place I want to go now. Dang they're closed. Hey they haves grills too. GRILLS! I'm not kidding. Smokers too! food smokers, not people who smoke. Although I'm sure people who smoke shop there. The people who work here are helpful also! Just a very cool place. Go and check it out and be amazed.

Leave often without shopping when I walk in and see one cashier and a store full of shoppers that havent reached the ridiculously long line and will most likely top off the line before I get my stuff. Other employees beside single cashier are few and far between usually hiding in stock room.

Usually love stopping here on our way back to cape cod from Connecticut, but after today I refuse to come back. In the middle of the pandemic an employee decided to touch my almost 2 year old while saying hello to her. Did not appreciate it at all And was uncomfortable so I paid for what I had in my cart and left. Will not be returning.

Get my dogs all natural food here. Very affordable. We have a Great dane and spend about 35 bucks a month for a 30lb 4Health bag. Can't go wrong.

Know your prices. Great bullet lanterns for $5. The zucchini plants purchased there died immediately after transplanting to ground. I have an extremely green thumb and this was highly unusual for me. They were 3 98 for 4 plants.

We go here when we need random parts for the wood stove. They have a great selection of products for the wood stove that I'm not sure where else to even look and reasonable prices for that area. Feel like certain things prices are really reasonable and some things are super expensive.

I'm biased bc I used to work here but not crazy about the environment. The corporate structure doesnt care about their employees, trust me they dont. Half of the stuff in there is Chinese junk. Yes they have the odd things but that's about all they're good for. Would personally just rather shop for the stuff online than go there.

Wouldn't necessarily classify this as a "home improvement" store, it's really more of a lawn, garden, and feed store. Fairly good selection of rather unique products not found in other "home improvement" stores. Horse, poultry, rabbit, and other domesticated animal feed available, as well as a stellar selection of backyard bird feed and feeders, hummingbird accessories. Knowledge and competence of the employees leaves a lot to be desired but is marginally better than stores such as the Home Dippo or Lowe's.

Do you need birdseed? They have it. Do you need a muffler for your tractor? They have it. Do you need antibiotics for your chickens? They have it. Do you need a new pair of jeans? They have it. Do you need great gifts for your family? They have it. SERIOUSLY, I love this place! Friendly staff, TONS of merchandise, and huge variety.

Good collection of products, hardware, clothing, tools, pet supplies, farm supplies ect. I mainly go for pet supplies, treats for my dogs but I always look around because you never know when you're going to find something that is perfect for a project that you are working on.

This store doesn't answer the phone. What kind of customer service is that? I needed to know if they had something in stock, and I live about 25 minutes away so it's not worth the drive just to find out they don't have it.Please answer your phone!

They should call this place cowboy supply co. Cause, yeah they have tools and auto parts among other things, but i don't think someone could buy cowboy hats and boots of such great quality in many other places around here. 5 stars for sure.

When I called the store asking if they sold stirrup irons, the girl who answered the phone had no idea what they were so she said "I dont think so" I asked her to find someone who would know for sure. The next girl who responded to the question also had no idea what stirrup irons were. She asked me what kind of iron I was looking for. Iron supplements, irons for welding or staking? When I clarified, irons for a saddle she was dumbfounded so I tried to be a little clearer and told her they were for a horse saddle. The girl huffed and puffed on the phone while she walked over to the horse supply section (unbenounced to me). After a five minute silence I asked again if the store carried them. This girl said wait Im looking. Another 5 minutes passed and she said "No, I dont think we have them" I asked if they carried them and were out of stock or do they not sell them she said " I dont know, there are a lot of empty spaces on the shelf. We could have sold out if we do because I dont see any." When I told her I wouldnt mind going to another TSC location if she would only confirm that TSC does indeed sell them, I was put on hold for 20 minutes until the stores automatic voicemail eventually picked up. Needless to say...... I never did find out if TSC carries saddle irons, I took my business elsewhere. This happened 6/16/16 at 7pm
